Son un poco ladrones. Me di de baja y no me han devuelto el dinero del resto del mes que no disfrute ni la fianza. No soy la única persona. Cuidado, porque es poco accesible si te toca el otro extremo de los trasteros, ya que no hay plaza de aparcamiento y es imposible de aparcar en la zona. Antes tenía oficina física y ahora es todo por teléfono, por lo que da la sensación de estafa. Suben muchísimo los precios a los clientes más antiguos, pasé de pagar 60 euros a 110 euros, en vez de premiar la fidelidad. No recomiendo estos trasteros.

Muy buenos profesionales, nos ayudan en nuestros requerimientos y tienen buen servicio de atención al cliente, tienen baños y muy buen servicio de limpieza. El sistema de seguridad está genial porque cada persona tiene un código personal de entrada además de tu sistema de seguridad de tu propio trastero. Por comentar algo mejorar sería que tuviéramos toma de corriente para poder tener aire fresco en verano mientras estamos organizando en el trastero

Estoy muy decepcionada con la gestión de esta empresa. Llevo tiempo pagando 177 € mensuales por un trastero, una cantidad que ya considero bastante elevada. Ahora me anuncian una subida de 30 € más sin ofrecer ninguna mejora o justificación clara.
Me parece un abuso, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que no ha habido ningún cambio positivo en el servicio. En lugar de premiar a los clientes que llevamos tiempo, se nos penaliza con subidas desproporcionadas.

Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Stellen, gibt es hier IMMER einen Mitarbeiter, der auf die Sachen aufpasst und dir Auskunft geben kann. Die Mädels sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sprechen gut englisch.
Die Räume sind weiträumig und sauber. Es gibt nicht nur Schließfächer, sondern auch einen großen Abstellraum.
Die Lage ist genial. Unweit von der Markthalle und des historischen Zentrums von Málaga, nur ein paar Schritte von der Bahnhaltestelle Linie C1 entfernt. Perfekt also, wenn du danach zum Flughafen mit der Bahn fahren möchtest.
Die Preise sind sehr fair – für einen mittelgroßen Schließfach, wo ein Rücksack passt, zahlt man 4€ für den ganzen Tag. Solche Preise wirst du nirgendwo in Málaga mehr finden.

The ladies here were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took time to explain the town and the near by attractions and guided us perfectly to where we wanted to visit. The cost was extremely affordable but overall the customer service was priceless. What an absolute joy it was doing business with them. Very much recommend.

Hanno anche un bagno di servizio che è una cosa molto utile. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Di meglio non c’è. Inoltre è a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione per il treno C1- da e per l’aeroporto è praticamente a 10 min a piedi dal centro città.

A great place to leave your luggage in a good location not far from the port bus station or the main bus/train station. It has the added peace of mind that there is someone on the desk, and not just an automated lock up. The staff were really lovely too, very helpful. Plus, there is a toilet you can use before you head off. All at no extra cost. Perfect.

I really liked this particular locker. It has a door, where you only can enter from your booked time on. Not before. Nevertheless, your have access to your things all the time in your booking period. That insures that nobody else other then other people that booked a locker have access to the lockers. This is particularly nice since we were away the whole time. This is also unique as a lot of other lockers don’t have a front door and are open to everyone. Furthermore, it is really near to the main train station and you can charge your phone. Would recommend!

Sugestão: colocar um ar condicionado, pois o espaço é muito quente, que até poderia ficar programado só para ligar quando estivessem pessoas dentro do espaço. E a porta quando eu cheguei estava aberta, não deveria ser possível a porta ficar aberta.

The code of the door refused to work and I was forced to reserve another locker in order to get another door code when I was going to retrieve my luggage after putting it. And while retrieving my luggage, I had reserved 2 lockers, one opened and the other refused to open. I missed my train and was forced to book another one and I tried calling customer service, it was hard to find the number and once I got hold of them after 5 minutes they put me on hold and I had to call them again. It also has no air conditioning system and it is very stuffy and hot in there.

Very simple system. Code is sent to your phone and enter it to the console in the store to open the locker. There was a plug socket inside which is useful for charging a phone. Small locker was big enough for a couple of backpacks.
We had a 7 hour wait in Malaga after checking out of our accommodation. Someone recommended Lock and Store as a way of leaving our bags in a safe place so we could enjoy the day around the city. The weather was so hot we could not have lugged them around with us.
Lock &Safe was a really easy and affordable way for us to make the most of our last day in the City. There are lots of Lock & Safe facilities around the city so we only had to walk 3 minutes from our accommodation. A welcome bonus in the heat.

Lock and Store in Malaga city center is very easy to use. Just give your email, and you’ll get a PIN code to access. It costs €12 for a full day to store big luggage. We stored one large suitcase and two backpacks with no problems. Simple, safe, and convenient!

Convenient location just one block away from the station, fairly easy to use, you need to ensure that you have access to email or SMS as this is how you receive the locker PIN. I found the price quite steep, but it still beats schlepping your luggage through the city.

Si fa tutto online e non si interagisce con nessuno, ricordarsi di ritirare i bagagli entro la mezzanotte perche si apre in automatico lo slot.
Scegliendo lo slot XL abbiamo messo 5 zaini e un trolley, comoda anche la presa usb interna allo slot per caricare cellulari o altro.

Requeríamos almacenamiento asequible cerca de nuestro piso y encontramos una empresa con numerosos puntos de almacenamiento en toda Málaga. Ofrecen un sitio web y asistencia en inglés, y puedes visitar la sala de almacenamiento antes de firmar el contrato con la guía remota del operador. El acceso se otorga mediante un código. We needed affordable storage near our flat and found a company with numerous storage points across Málaga. They offer an English website and assistance, and you can even visit the storage room before signing the contract with remote guidance from the operator. Access is granted through a code. Additionally, access to the storage point is available from 06:00 to 22:00 all year round. Our visit was smooth and quick.
They provide various storage options, including lockers, ranging from 1.5 m2 to larger sizes. Unfortunately, they don’t offer a competitive yearly plan; instead, they require an advanced yearly payment with a discount of about 50€ compared to the monthly plan.
We opted for the 2.5 m2 option at a 99€ monthly fee. Contract signing took approximately 30 minutes, with a 30€ administrative fee and an optional 15€ for the padlock. The notice period for plan cancellation is about one month, and they charge the monthly fee directly through the IBAN.

Tenemos un trastero allí de la empresa y las veces que voy y me he cruzado con el personal siempre han sido educados y muy agradables incluso me hizo falta tirar unos cartones y se ofrecieron a llevarlos ellos ya que llevaba mi coche lleno de otras cosas y en la oficina lo mismo las veces que he tenido que hablar con ellos siempre muy atentos. Las instalaciones siempre están limpias y arregladas.
Un sitio ideal donde guardar tus muebles y enseres. Está abierto 24 horas por lo que puedes ir a recuperarlos cuando quieras. Hay vigilancia continua y las instalaciones están muy cuidadas. Lo recomiendo, es una tranquilidad tener tus cosas bien cuidadas. Tienen desde espacios pequeños hasta locales más amplios. Buen trato.

Me atiende la persona de la oficina y dice que hay disponibilidad, me piden los datos personales y que para la semana próxima puedo disponer de él pero antes le tienen que autorizar ( al parecer esto de los trasteros es para un grupo muy selecto de la sociedad ).
A las 15:00 de la tarde me llaman
por teléfono y me dice que no me lo puede alquilar que su jefe no quiere, así de profesional el señor.
Bueno pues pongo esta reseña para ver si por lo menos podéis darme el motivo por el cual yo Carlos Alberto Sánchez Serrano no tengo derecho a alquilar uno de vuestros trasteros porque no lo entiendo.
