Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ ωραίο σημείο στην πόλη, βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο σε 5 λεπτά περπατώντας. Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ καθαρά και άνετα και το πρωινό του είναι πολύ πλούσιο και χορταστικό. Το προσωπικό είναι αρκετά εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο να σου παράσχει πληροφορίες για ό,τι χρειαστείς. Θα ξαναπήγαινα άνετα.

Σαν μισή Ισπανίδα εκτιμώ ιδιαίτερα αυτό το μέρος!

We stayed at the NH Hotel with a group of 50 people. The room reservation process for such a large group was easy to handle through a staff member and the hotel platform. On-site, we had a separate and pleasant breakfast area for the group. For a last-minute welcome drink, the bar staff went above and beyond and served the group very quickly. The hotel is perfectly located, right in the city center near the old town and the harbor. All of the hotel staff are exceptionally friendly. We would gladly come back.

We had a short stay 3 nights but had a fabulous time at this lovely hotel. Upon arrival, the check-in was seamless, friendly and helpful. They checked us in early, which was great and not always the case at a lot of the hotels.||The rooms were exceptionally clean. The location was fantastic close by all the main attractions that Malaga has to offer. The breakfast had everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel, a great choice and delicious. ||I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

Adiacente al centro storico, posizione privilegiata. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile , la struttura è di qualità e offre anche una terrazza solarium con piscina di circa 4×10 metri e una piccola palestra. Le camere sono pulite comode e ordinate . La colazione è su ordinazione e a pagamento , offre un buffet molto buono e con vasta gamma di pietanze, bisogna provare almeno una volta. In reception offrono gratuitamente un servizio di stoccaggio bagagli nel caso arriviate prima del check in oppure dopo il check out se l’aereo parte in serata. Personalmente mi sento di consigliarlo a tutti.

Loved the location of this hotel, everything was just perfect! Immaculate place and breakfast was superb! My only little gripe with the place would be a changing room with a shower for people departing later than check out, we had to try and clean ourselves after a day at the beach in the sink at the toilet. Not ideal for a 4 star and never experienced this before even in 3 stars. That said I would return but please consider this as it would make it 5 stars for me and im sure others. There is plenty of space in this hotel to make it possible. Loved our time here and would recommend to anyone.

Fui a hacer el circuito de spa, el hotel espectacular en una ubicación inmejorable. El spa no se queda atrás con una decoración e instalaciones acordes al hotel. Nada más entrar en recepción del spa, Teresa nos recibió y nos hizo sentir especiales desde el principio con una cordialidad y profesionalidad que es de agradecer, desde que entras hasta que sales te olvidas de todo y el disfrute mucho mayor. Mención para Alexis y Flavia que gracias a sus benditas manos nos hizo pasar una gran velada. Sin duda volveremos

Very nice hotel, or palace. We feel like visiting a unique place with its own history.
The staff is very very welcoming, a great plus.
The swimming pool is good and the outside, with small gardens, are great.
We regret that the spa is not included in the room, especially since it is exclusive to the hotel and not open to the public.
The sport room is a bit small and enclosed, but functional.
The breakfast is good and we appreciated the location near the big fountain.
Access to beds on the beach in a secured area is included with the room, this is a useful addition.

We got back from our stay at Gran Hotel Miramar in Málaga last month . We stayed from|July 5-8-. |it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The whole place feels grand and elegant, but still really warm and welcoming. The building itself is stunning — so much history and charm, with beautiful gardens and views of the sea everywhere you look.|Breakfast each morning was amazing (so many options!), and we especially loved the rooftop bar in the evenings — perfect spot for a sunset drink. |The pool area was peaceful, and the spa felt like a total escape. Every detail was thoughtful, and the staff made everything feel effortless. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Málaga.|Nooshin S

We recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Miramar and were truly impressed by the beauty of the property and the excellent service provided by the staff. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, and the team goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and cared for.||One area that felt less than ideal was the pool. While it is a lovely space, it backs up directly to a busy road, which creates more noise than we had hoped for in such a luxurious setting. It also makes the pool feel somewhat separated from the beach experience. We completely understand that the hotel cannot change its location, but we do wish there were more efforts to help soften the traffic noise—perhaps through additional greenery, landscaping, or even some background music to create a more relaxing atmosphere.||Overall, we had a wonderful stay and very much appreciated the beauty and service of the Grand Hotel Miramar. With just a bit more attention to the poolside experience, this hotel would be close to perfect.

This was the second visit this year. Absolutely love this place, so immaculately clean and the staff are so pleasant, not to mention how smart they look as well.|The location is perfect, just a short stroll into town which we did every day, we certainly got some steps in.|The only criticism I have is that some guests were reserving sunbeds with their towels, there was actually 2 rows where nobody appeared for the 3 hours when we were by the pool, this really needs to be addressed.|We will certainly go back, don’t think we could stay anywhere else.|Thank you for a pleasant experience.

We stayed at Gran Miramar Hotel for 5 nights, and it truly exceeded our expectations. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Spain. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture and elegant details throughout. Everything was spotless and so well-maintained, you can tell they really care about the guest experience.

The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. From the serene atmosphere to the luxurious amenities, every part of our stay felt relaxing and special.

I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience in Spain.

Τα δωμάτια ήταν απίστευτα στο κέντρο της μάλαγας όλα ήταν γύρω μας και μπορούσαμε να δούμε όλη την πόλη περπατώντας φοβερή εμπειρία το πρωινό ήταν καταπληκτικό αξίζει να μείνετε εκεί σε ένα τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο για να μπορείτε να χαρείτε τις διακοπές σας

Got an automatic upgrade to a family suite and it was great. Hotel staff were very friendly and very attentive. Suite was 2 bedrooms with 2.5 baths with separate tubs and huge walk in showers. Living area was spacious with a sofa, two side chairs, dining table and bar! And real flowers!

Location is fantastic! Walking distance to the beach and other hot spots in Malaga. Wasn’t noisy although the streets were crowded. Convenient taxi stand right out the front door.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Although the hotel does offer valet, their allotted spots in the garage were already full. I was redirected to the Plaza de la Marina parking garage, which still had availability in the late afternoon. In hindsight, it would have been easier to head there directly, since reaching & exiting the hotel by car isn’t exactly straightforward.

Room was good, but I wasn’t fond of the half-glass shower.

Location is great; it’s right by all the shops & restaurants.

The staff is nice, they helped me to find parking & gave us a nice cookie cake.

I recommend getting a room with a sea view!

With ideal location near the cathedral, old town, nearby restaurants, shopping, ancient sites at walkable distance.|It was one of my favourite city holiday.|I went here with my sister and my mum for my birthday celebrations.|The reception staff especially Karmem who we delt with was very caring, gentle checked us in smoothly. They organised a wheelchair for the days we were there.|Concierge staff were extremely helpful polite, always greeted us with a smile asked about our mother.|We had the junior suit with balcony over looking the port, cathedral, shops it was wonderful to sit outside watch the work go by.|The rooms and bathroom were very clean spacious spotless. Beds were very comfortable great sleep each night.|Loved the powerful shower room.|Lighting was great.|Breakfast was good fresh with warm drinks, restaurant was amazing rooftop with surroundings. The staff ladies were extremely friendly fast service and always smiling.|We loved the rooftop pool for relaxation.|It was such a beautiful location place hotel we really liked and would definitely recommend staying here. The service, the staff everything was excellent.|They made my birthday very special with the gifts abd balloon. Very thoughtful

The hotel keeps the bars and restaurant open to non-guests, and guest safety and comfort are secondary. The pool offers no privacy. Security is weak, especially in the elevators. The hotel is well-located and offers wonderful views from some rooms and a stunning view from the rooftop. Events taking place in the city are publicized and hosted at the hotel, which is very beneficial and should be very profitable. However, management needs to review the basic functional conditions of the rooms, such as paintwork, leaking ceilings, door handles, and personal hygiene items.

I love this hotel! My room had a beautiful view of the ocean and city below. The location is in the heart of everything. I walked to museums, churches and stores not needing a taxi even once. ||The staff is attentive and friendly. Housekeeping did a wonderful job! The atmosphere is elegant. ||It was my daughter’s birthday and the manager sent up an impressive chocolate dessert! She was thrilled!||The hotel and area felt very safe.||I loved the view at the rooftop restaurant. The food there was good, but not special. You’re eating there for the breathtaking view!||I will stay here again for sure!

We previously stayed here several years ago. Not much has changed…it’s still one of the best located hotels in town and still has a rooftop bar/pool with great views. It doesn’t have a car park, so you’ll need to park at an underground public car park (‘Parking Plaza La Marina’ was the nearest that we found).||Our Elite status was recognised by the hotel and we received a reasonable room upgrade (with sea/harbour view) plus a $10 credit per person per day for food & beverage. Whilst our room was quite small, it did include a full size bath. The only issue we encountered was with the air conditioning which was very weak. ||Not surprisingly, the rooftop bar is extremely popular and as such is opened up to the general public for a fee. The problem with this is that – unless you are a bit of an exhibitionist – hotel guests can’t really use the pool for a large part of the day as you are surrounded by people who have paid to enjoy the view and a drink! Also, security has been bumped up to deter the casual instagrammer who just wants to visit the rooftop to take a picture. ||Breakfast is primarily a buffet affair together with the option of ordering cooked-to-order eggs any which way. There was nothing particularly special about the buffet but it did include a good range of items.

Mooi modern hotel. We verbleven hier 6 nachten. Het hotel beschikt over een welness gedeelte, gym en een heerlijk groot zwembad. Ontbijt was elke ochtend heerlijk! Veel keuze, alles netjes aangevuld en je kon ter plekke van alles laten bakken. Hotel ligt op ongeveer 20 min lopen naar het oude centrum en ligt 8 minuten lopen van het trein/busstation. Het is best een prijzig hotel en hadden wel iets meer service/luxe verwacht. Bij ons in de badkamer kwam er vaak koud water uit of ineens super heet, stopcontacten lagen los. Hier en daar is het wat verouderd . Elke dag waren de kamers wel netjes schoon. We hebben het hier prima naar ons zin gehad, maar wat ons betreft is dit hotel wel wat aan de dure kant voor wat je ervoor krijgt.

Nice, clean and fresh hotel in the El Perchel/port area of Malaga. Local vibe, slightly less touristy. The city centre, the historical centre and La Malagueta is a little bit off, but walkable. Close to San Andres beach, metro and Maria Zambrano station.||The hotel itself and the room was big, nice and clean with decent amenities/facilities. Not a big fan of bathtubs, but it’s not something that bothers too much. Staff was very friendly and service-minded. Check-in and check-out was fairly smooth. There were a couple of drawbacks though.||Breakfast was pretty disappointing. Fruit was good, but bread, pastries, cheeses, pancakes, coffee etc felt stale and were pretty bland. The buffet lacked options and variety when it comes to hot dishes. They use liquid pasteurized eggs from carton boxes for omelettes/scrambled, which is a no no.||The cleaning staff always took back the iron/board and it had to be re-requested multiple times. On one occasion, when coming back from a day out, our door was left slightly open after it had been cleaned, which is a major security and integrity issue. Likely a mistake from cleaning staff, but nevertheless not acceptable.||Overall, the hotel is OK, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it’s a very good deal. There are probably better options in regards to most categories and criterias, especially in this price class.

Het beste van het hotel is het uitgebreide ontbijt! Daarnaast viel ons het hotel een beetje tegen na al die goede reviews…

Hotel: mooie lobby, mooie relax zone inclusief zwembad, maar ook wel wat achterstallig onderhoud te zien zo hier en daar door het gehele hotel. De gym is niet geschikt voor bodybuilders . De lift is bloedheet overdag en heeft geen ventilatie. De binnenstad is lopend bereikbaar vanaf het hotel in 20-25 minuten.

Qua kamer: de badkamer was gedateerd met een loszittend toilet bril en een douchekop in een badkuip die telkens wisselde van ijskoud naar bloedheet. Verder viel er een stopcontact uit de muur op de kamer. Er is geen internet / smartphone connectie mogelijk met de tv.

Gezien de prijs van het hotel aan de hoge kant is hadden we meer comfort verwacht. Ook had ik meer service verwacht waarbij toch in ieder geval bij de checkout gevraagd zou moeten worden hoe het verblijf was geweest.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a due passi dalla stazione dei treni “Maria Zambrano” per quattro notti ad inizio agosto e mi sono trovata decisamente bene.|La struttura è nuova, moderna, molto pulita ed elegantemente arredata. Lo stesso dicasi per l’ampia camera assegnataci, posta al terzo piano dell’edificio. L’affaccio su strada trafficata ha reso impossibile tenere aperte le finestre, ma dato il clima caldo l’aria condizionata era comunque necessaria ed in ogni caso l’isolamento acustico dei serramenti era perfetto. |Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che, nella sala da bagno, i sanitari (c’era anche il bidet!!) fossero divisi dal resto dell’ambiente da una porta a vetri satinati, permettendo dunque maggior privacy ed al contempo un uso promiscuo dei servizi. Un po’ scomodo l’ingresso nella vasca da bagno, particolarmente alta e scivolosa. Pochi gli articoli da toeletta offerti.|Letto comodo, frigo a disposizione per tenere in fresco l’acqua e grande TV: tutto era perfetto.|Molto buona la colazione: forse un po’ poche le varianti di piatti caldi salati, ma le uova, cucinate espresse, erano strepitose. Ottimi gli affettati ed i formaggi, così come i succhi, la frutta e gli yogurt. Ogni tanto il personale passava tra i tavoli ed offriva dolcetti e mousse: tutto davvero squisito.|Personale molto professionale e garbato, soprattutto la giovane ragazza italiana della reception.|Non mi è piaciuta molto la piscina, con le sdraio solo da un lato e molto spesso in ombra, ma era comunque molto ben tenuta. |Bella la zona, comoda per stazione treni e mezzi pubblici in generale, ma altrettanto vicina al centro storico e alla spiaggia (San Andres e Huelin).|Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto soddisfacente.

5☆ buffet breakfast w/ wide variety of options, incl. actual honey comb, and chef on hand for guests’ special orders. Were offered an iced fruit mousse w/ whipped cream at the table, which was a first. Nice touch! Ilunion’s social responsibility is highly commendable, as is its pet-friendly policy. Hand/Body cream & hair conditioner would have been nice, though the hotel does invite guests to request missing toiletries.|Desk lamp and floor lamp weren’t working & Reception notified.

We (my husband and I) had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff, facilities, breakfast and most importantly our room were all amazing. We would rate this hotel as 5 stars and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Hotel Ilunion for everything! You were incredible!

Πολυ καλη ποιοτητας τιμης, νεος εξοπλισμος και καινουριο δωματιο, εργονομικο, υπεροχο (πραγματικα υπεροχο) πρωινο. Ολα αυτα στο κεντρο της πολης.|Κανενα παραπονο. Α! Και αν φτασεις πεινασμενος βραδυ εχει παντα κατι να φας στο bar..

The rooms weren’t very big for two people, but having space under the bed for suitcases was really handy. The reception team and cleaning staff were always friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and since our room faced west, we didn’t feel the heat too much at night even without using it. The location is fantastic—most attractions are just a 10–15 minute walk away. The beach takes a little longer, about 25–30 minutes on foot. One of the best parts was that we could leave our luggage safely in a locked room both before check-in and after check-out, which made things much easier.

Tramite booking, abbiamo prenotato 6 mesi prima una camera standard doppia, peccato che al check-in ci siamo ritrovati con una camera per disabili. Nonostante la segnalazione alla reception ci han detto “it’s the same of the other rooms”
Non è così, es: vedi il bagno con la tenda che allagava la stanza ad ogni doccia…ma gli faceva comodo riempire le camere che sarebbero rimaste altrimenti vuote!
Camera tenuta in condizioni discutibili, al nostro ingresso non riuscivamo ad entrare in camera per via della porta bloccata e le signore delle pulizie han dovuto chiamare Alejandro per farci entrare. Inoltre la porta del bagno non si chiudeva benissimo, allego foto per vedere le maniglie montate al contrario.
Di notte sentivamo i rumori delle camere del piano superiore, isolamento praticamente assente.
Unica nota positiva la posizione sicuramente buona.
Insomma la prossima volta ci penserò bene ad andare in un ibis hotel

Ottima posizione,5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto l’albergo. Pulito. Personale educato ma struttura senza un’anima. Se dovete pernottare una max due notti ok. Soluzione discreta ad un prezzo accettabile. Unico neo le tessere della camera che spesso non funzionano

Siamo stati in vacanza in questo hotel per una settimana. Hotel a 5 minuti dal centro. Abbiamo scelto la formula solo pernottamento. Colazione pagata ogni mattina appena fatta cappuccino e cornetto ottimi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Camere pulite e ben curate.Consigliatissimo. Nn ho capito ancora il senso delle 2 stelle

Hôtel bien situé juste à l’extérieur du centre de Malaga, donc tous les lieux touristiques sont accessibles à pieds et même la plage à 25-30 min ! Facile d’accès depuis la gare ferroviaire ou routière. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, pareil pour la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est un peu basique mais fait largement l’affaire. Seul petit bémol, pas de frigo dans les chambres.

Great hotel, but much larger than we expected. We got a room in one of several buildings, several hundred meters from the beach.||The location is on the outskirts, but peaceful and safe. Good proximity to the beach.||We really appreciated the cleanliness, especially in the rooms. Could have been better in the dining room. ||Better sun loungers by the best pool, but it was so crowded that we lay by the other one. Superb breakfast. ||The shower could have been better in the rooms and the balcony was so small that you couldn’t turn around.

The stay was perfect. We had a room with sea view. Sara at the reception gace us the warmest welcome and upgraded us to premium breakfast as it was our wedding anniversary. The food is always fresh and plenty of choice! The staff are friendly and the pkace spotless. A special mention to Mayte whose cocktails are to die for and she looked after me and my husband always a smile and gave the best service. Gracias Mayte!! Absolutely unforgettable holiday at Occidental Torremolinos!

Wij waren met vrienden 12 dagen op vakantie. Het is een leuk hotel, kamers zijn basic en netjes. De kamer word elke dag schoon gemaakt en ook elke dag schone handdoeken.Zwembaden zijn netjes onderhouden, water is wel erg koud. Om bij het zwembad een plaatsje te willen hebben moet je vroeg op. Het hek van het zwembad gaat om 9.00 uur open. Er staat dan een beste rij aan mensen die naar binnen willen,
Om zo een beste plek en een ligbed te bemachtigen. Het eten is er prima, goed verzorgd en afwisselend goed van smaak.
Het recreatie team zijn selectief met wie ze praten, Engels is niet hun beste kant.
Praten voornamelijk met Spaans talige gasten. De ligging van het hotel is vlak aan zee en is prachtig. Er stopt een bus voor de deur. Mensen van bediening en bar personeel zijn vriendelijk en doen hun best voor de gasten.
Wat voor ons een verrassing was bij het uit checken wij nergens meer recht ophadden.
Wij checken om 12.00 uur uit en vlogen pas om 20.30 uur. We konden geen kamer bij boeken, de lunch koste €25, elk drankje moest apart afgerekend worden. Niet echt gastvrij. Wij hadden all in en 12 dagen en geen 11 1/2 geboekt.Dit zou in de voorwaarden wat beter aangegeven kunnen worden. Kortom een mooi vakantie gehad eindigde voor ons anders dan verwacht.

Appena rientrati da una vacanza fenomenale!! Pulizia impeccabile, si trova ovunque e a qualsiasi ora del giorno qualcuno che sta pulendo.
Eravamo con pensione completa e il buffet non ha mai deluso offrendo una varietà di cibi a dir poco eccellete!
Animazione top, sebbene mio figlio Alex non abbia ancora 2 anni si è divertito un mondo con la mini dance della sera, spiccano soprattutto i ragazzi dell’animazione Miguel, Diego, Samuel e Isaam mi pare si chiamasse.
Lunica pecca ma reception. Zero empatia e zero solarità.
Abbiamo chiesto informazioni per la conferma del nostro transfer e la receptionist Andrea, invece di occuparsi lei in prima persona, ha semplicemente digitato il numero dell’assistenza e mi ha dato la cornetta del telefono in mano e ho dovuto arrangiarmi io!

I loved the room, it was very spacious & clean. The housekeeping was excellent. The hotel & environment is great & you just have to cross the road to get to the beach!||The all-in buffet could have been slightly more varied at times. Loved the sea food night!||The staff is very friendly & helpful. I was bummed to see that a Michael Jackson tribute was the week before my stay 😀

From the moment we arrived (group of 6) the staff were lovely – from reception to the restaurant to the bars everyone was so friendly and made our holiday one to remember. We struggled working the shower first night but help was on hand and no problems after that. |We all loved the food and there was always a good selection. Wines and cocktails were great (and we loved the ‘chupitos’). The saxophonist by the pool one of the days was amazing. As the beach is just across the road we enjoyed early morning walks. We really loved the dancing at the end of the night – big shout out to the DJ for all the great tunes. Special thanks to Alejandro, Manuel, Isa, Vaquero, Blanca, Louis & Borja. We had such a great holiday and would definitely come back to the Occidental!

1. Σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη η ηχομόνωση. Ακόμη και τα αυτοκίνητα ακούγονταν από τους δρόμους με κλειστά τα παράθυρα.
2. Δεν διέθετε το δωμάτιο δεύτερο stand για τις βαλίτσες, παρότι πληρώθηκε για 2 άτομα.
3. Χρέωσαν ένα μικρό μπουκαλάκι νερό από το ψυγείο 3!!! Ενώ άλλα ξενοδοχεία το προσφέρουν δωρεάν. ΝΤΡΟΠΗ!

Δυο μόνο βραδιές μείναμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο γκρουπ φίλων και συναδέρφων .Βρισκεται 5 km μακρυά απο το κεντρο της πόλης στον παραλιακό δρόμο και κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο .Μοντερνο ξενοδοχείο με άνετα δωμάτια ,πολυ καθαρό ,καλό πρωινο και ευγενικό προσωπικό .Το μόνο αρνητικό που για να περπατήσεις απο το κεντρο μέχρι το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται 40 λεπτα .Διαθετει πισίνα εξωτερική

Ottimo hotel fronte mare posizionato a metà strada tra aeroporto e centro storico di Malaga, con una passeggiata di 35-40 min che costeggia le spiagge arrivate tranquillamente in centro. Vicino all’hotel potete comunque trovare sia autobus che taxi che vi portano ovunque vogliate.
Accoglienza perfetta, personale veramente disponibile a spiegare tutto il necessario ed a rispondere alle nostre domande su dubbi e perplessità.
Le camere sono belle spaziose e sempre tenute pulite dal personale di servizio. Ottimi i letti sui quali abbiamo riposato benissimo. Buono anche il ristobar e la colazione continentale.

Standard room was a little small, but excellent storage for luggage and clothes. Excellent breakfast. Location is good with park next door and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Das Hotel hat für einen Städtetrip die perfekte Lage. Vom Flughafen sehr gut zu erreichen (Uber um die 15€). Um zum Strand zu gelangen muss man nur eine Straße überqueren und schon ist man an der Promenade. Wenn man gerne läuft kann man an der Promenade entlang bis zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen laufen. Ca 45 Minuten zu Fuß. Ansonsten nimmt man den Bus für 1,70€.
Sehr nettes Personal und wirklich ein mega Frühstück. Hier gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten ein paar Tage einen Mietwagen den man bequem im Umkreis abstellen kann. Es gibt ausreichen kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe-allerdings öffnen diese teilweise erst ab 20:00h.
Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Buen hotel con habitaciones muy confortables. Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas y agradables. El personal es muy amable. Además, esta frente a la playa cruzando la calle. Como pequeña critica, es que si coges desayuno sin buffet deberían tener unos precios estipulados y no calcular lo que te has comido “a bulto”. Porque un día por el desayuno nos cobraron 11 y algo euros y al día siguiente desayunando prácticamente lo mismo nos cobraron 22 y algo euros.

Habitación amplia y cómoda con muy buena climatización. Personal de comedor y recepción muy amable. Lo único negativo es el precio, algo elevado para contar con pocos servicios (no hay piscina, ni actuaciones para) ser un hotel juntos a la playa.

Επισκέφτηκα την μαλαγα και έμεινα 3 μέρες πολυ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο οχι κέντρο αλλά εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο .Πολυ καθαρό μοντερνο ανετο δωματιο ωραίο πρωινό και γεύμα. το προσωπικό χαμογελαστο και πρόθυμο .Έχει κοντά μεγαλα εμπορικα κέντρα τον σταθμό του τρένου οπου πηραμε το τραίνο και πήγαμε στο αεροδρόμιο αν ξανα πηγαινα θα ηταν μεσα στις επιλογες μου.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο κεντρικό και δίπλα σε ένα μεγάλο πολυκατάστημα. ||Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή. Το πρωινό επίσης ήταν καλό και με άψογο σέρβις. ||Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Came for 6 days and wanted to be away from downtown and closer to transportation. Perfectly located besides train station from airport and a nice shopping mall. Easy walking to downtown and beach. Very happy with breakfast quality/variety and the beds are amazingly comfortable. I’m a frequent traveller and can safely recommend this hotel, you will not be dissatisfied. Great gym as well, very quiet in early morning.

Albergo situato in un posto strategico ove sei internamente alla stazione e al centro commerciale, a 1 km circa dal centro storico. La location è alquanto accogliente e le camere dotate con cura di ogni confort, il ristorante è pulito e come mangiare discreto, potrebbero avere più attenzione nella cottura( capitato cibo poco cotto, crudo). Cmq nell’ insieme ci ritornerei.

Hotel interior was fab! |Hotel was clean and tidy. Pool area very nicely kept with reasonably priced bar serving cocktails etc.Breakfast was absolutely lovely especially the smoothies and omelette.|I just wanted to say how professional and kind a member of reception staff were in particular. We arrived too early for our room to be ready on Monday 11th August. The chap on reception asked us to come back at 2 which we did and he could not apologise enough as the room we had wasn’t yet ready. He showed us to the bar and said we could have any drink we wanted for free. The room only took a quarter of an hour more to be ready. |The same staff member was on duty as we checked out on the following Friday morning. To cut a long story short I stupidly had left to get in the taxi to the airport and had forgotten to get our passports out of the safe. I raced back to the reception but he calmed me down and instantly reprogrammed the key for me. He was so kind telling me it was ok not a problem. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel. We have stayed here twice. The hotel is in a great spot, the staff are lovely and helpful. Are rooms were always nice and clean (thanks cleaning staff). Breakfast lovely and it would have been lovely to have the breakfast roof open like our last trip. Sorry we don’t speak Spanish but everyone can speak English which really helps.

This is a great hotel right next to the cathedral. Room was modern, clean comfortable and quiet. We used the roof bar which was good with great nighttime views. with a fair size pool for a roof bar, but as it popular it might get busy. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful

Stedentrip gedaan, tophotel met heerlijk zwembad op het dak met fenomenaal uitzicht over de cathedral en de haven. Perfecte ligging in het historische centrum met alles op loopafstand. Eten heel goed, hotelkamer ruim en mooi. Vooral het personeel is super meegaand. Had mijn voet opengehaald en kreeg meteen ijszak paar keer mee. Zelfs nog chocola gehad met kaartje dat ze hopen dat het beter gaat. Kortom super vakantie gehad mede dankzij hen!

Stayed for 3 nights in a suite lovely view of the cathedral from the room. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean received one bottle of complimentary water in 3 nights.Matiz the hotel restaurant was fantastic both for drinks and we tried the tasting menu on the final evening. The food was fantastic the staff were professional and friendly as was our experience the previous evenings for drinks only. |That’s where it all goes sadly wrong. The breakfast was chaotic. The first morning waited to give our room number which we did, waited for waitress to advise us where to sit or tell us to sit anywhere she walked off. The following day was very similar till the last day we were advised as you have pre booked breakfast we could have a la carte breakfast or buffet breakfast. This seemed odd as there was no mention of this the previous 2 mornings ! After being sat down for about 20 minutes staff returned to the table to apologise that we were not entitled to a la carte breakfast. I might say I am still non the wiser ! |The roof top bar however far exceeds the breakfast debacle .|Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff for hotel guests paying good money to stay at this hotel. The person managing the Saturday night of our stay marched us back behind roped barrier you are greeted with getting out of the lift ! Then advised we could have a drink but no cocktail. The description would be over zealous. Seemingly the roof top bar seems to cater more for customers walking in off the street than customers paying to stay at the hotel. Anyone booking through the hotel website if you are advised the booking includes a welcome drink or bottle of wine in Matiz with tasting menu ask or you will not get it !

Muy agradable. Céntrico. Habitación cómoda y amplia. Desayuno excelente. Piscina pequeña que permite refrescarse sin salir de casa. De tarde noche se convierte en una terraza bar muy concurrida.

Just checked out of the fabulous Hotel, room was very clean and super comfortable. Location was very central right by the waterfront and the cathedral. Superb stay. My only critique would be the stairs into the pool need looking at and space at the rooftop is limited. It could also benefit from a few umbrellas as it gets very hot up there. Other than that we had a fantastic stay. Isreal in front desk was very helpful and friendly.

I honestly believe that every stay here is better than the last! Staff here are superb and very obliging Love the location of this hotel as it offers great access to all areas being nestled beside the cathedral. The sleep quality is outstanding as always with quiet air con – essential for summer. We love sitting on the rooftop watching the harbour with a G&T. Just amazing

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ θέση σε σχέση με το ιστορικό κέντρο. Το δωμάτιο, αν και μικρό, ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό και η εξυπηρέτηση πολύ φιλική.

Καθαρό και ήσυχο το ξενοδοχείο αλλά σε σχέση με τα IBIS που μείναμε σε GRANADA και SEVILLA οι παροχές ειναι σημαντικά λιγότερες. Συγκεκριμένα με τα ιδια σχεδόν χρήματα το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρότερο και το πρωινό πολύ φτωχό. Το μόνο καλό ήταν ότι μπορούσες να πας στη πόλη με τα πόδια.

Χρειάστηκε να μείνουμε 13 βράδια στο ξενοδοχείο (2 άτομα) λόγω επαγγελματικών υποχρεώσεων. Το δωμάτιο σχετικά μικρό αλλα ικανοποιητικό. Μεγάλο αρνητικό η διαρύθμιση του χώρου κυρίως του μπάνιου. Αλλού η ντουζιέρα, σε χωριστό χώρο η τουαλέτα και αλλού ο νιπτήρας. Ίσως και μια ντουλάπα θα ήταν καλό να υπάρχει. Το πρωινό σχετικά φτωχικό χωρίς ποικιλία. |Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.|Οι πετσέτες αλλάζονταν καθημερινά.|Σε γενικές γραμμές θα το χαρακτήριζα αξιοπρεπές.

Στο κέντρο της πόλης. Φυσικά χωρίς bar, εστιατόριο. Μόνο αυτόματους πωλητές. Οι νιπτήρες στον κύριο και μικρό χώρο του δωματίου. Το πρωινό σχεδόν ανθύπαρκτο. Ελάχιστα και μέτρια πράγματα στις επιλογές. Αρκετά οικονομικό όμως. Πολύ λιτό, ακόμα και για Ibis.

Η σχεση τιμής/υπηρεσιων είναι σε πολυ υψηλο επίπεδο ,βοηθάει η θέση του ,το ευγενικό προσωπικό ,και δέχεσαι τις μικρές διαστάσεις του δωματίου ,και αν λάβεις υπόψη ότι τελικά ΔΕΝ μεένεις στο δωμάτιο όλα καλά

Our second visit in 2 years. As last year the room was very clean and comfortable and so quiet. The housekeeping team were really efficient. The breakfast is always fresh and tasty with lots of choice, it certainly sets you up for the day ahead, the team behind the scenes work hard to keep the stocks replenished and general area clean and tidy. The reception team are so friendly and helpful, a special mention must go to Begona and Valentina who both kindly and patiently allowed us to practice our Spanish on them, thank you! On hearing we were staying for 11 nights, we received a lovely poem about staying in Malaga and some chocolates, such a lovely, kind gesture. Rest assured we will be going back next year, our third year in a row! See you then!

Esperienza disastrosa. Mai più.
Soggiorno davvero terribile, probabilmente uno dei peggiori mai vissuti. A partire dalla stanza minuscola, del tutto inadatta per ospitare due persone: nessun armadio, niente mini frigorifero, nessun vero bagno. La doccia è montata direttamente nella stanza, accanto a un lavandino minuscolo e a quello che è, di fatto, un bagno chimico incastrato in un loculo.Spazio vitale inesistente. Una soluzione assolutamente indegna per una struttura che si propone come hotel.
La pulizia Inesistente.
Abbiamo trovato gomitoli di capelli ricci e scuri sul pavimento. Io sono bionda, mio marito ha capelli cortissimi — quindi non nostri. Ogni giorno lasciavamo bottiglie d’acqua vuote e tazze usate, e non venivano mai rimosse o lavate. Le pulizie consistevano nel passare una straccio visibilmente sporco sul pavimento e via. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere esplicitamente il cambio degli asciugamani, perché altrimenti non venivano effettuati.
Nè saponette, ne cuffiette usa e getta, nessun servizio di cortesia.
La zona colazione è un altro disastro.
Tavoli sempre sporchi, senza mai un cambio da una colazione all’altra. Ho dovuto chiedere io stessa lo spray e un panno per pulirmi il tavolo. In più, ogni mattina subivo sguardi sospettosi perché prendevo un caffè prima della mia passeggiata mattutina, con l’intenzione di tornare per fare colazione: ogni volta dovevo giustificarmi ricordando il numero della camera.

Il peggio? Il servizio taxi.
Alla partenza abbiamo chiesto di chiamarci un taxi per l’aeroporto, tragitto che abbiamo già fatto molte volte e che non ha mai superato i 15€. Questa volta ci è stato chiesto 25€, e il tassista ci ha spiegato che l’hotel trattiene una commissione di 10€ a cliente. Assurdo.
Conclusione: Un’esperienza da dimenticare e assolutamente da non consigliare.
