La experiencia es muy mala, No recomendamos Bocanegra Abogados

Contactamos con Bocanegra Abogados para solicitar sus servicios en una negociación bancaria para nuestra empresa, y la experiencia ha sido decepcionante desde el principio. Después de casi tres semanas
insistiendo, finalmente respondieron a un mensaje de WhatsApp y nos agendaron una cita. Sin embargo, cuando asistimos, nos dejaron plantados, alegando que “se les pasó”. Es increíble que un despacho de abogados cometa este tipo de descuidos.

Posteriormente, nos informaron que habían pasado nuestra petición a otro compañero, quien nos contactó días después, pero solo tras múltiples llamadas de nuestra parte. La comunicación ha sido prácticamente inexistente y, cuando logramos hablar, nos pidieron dejar todo para enero. Ahora estamos en la semana del 20 y seguimos sin respuestas claras ni avances.

Tras escribirles nuevamente, nos dijeron que su compañero nos llamaría “al día siguiente”, pero ya ha pasado una semana sin noticias.

No recomendamos para nada a Bocanegra Abogados. Su falta de seriedad, el pasotismo y el nulo profesionalismo con el que tratan a sus clientes son inaceptables. Si buscan abogados responsables y comprometidos, les aconsejamos buscar en otro lugar.
