Customer Reviews
They have a variety of dishes from South American cuisine(s). There’s tofu alternatives for the majority of the dishes in the menu, which is great. Despite this, we were told they didn’t have tofu at the moment and we left. Second time, I asked for a glass of tap water but they brought a regular bottled water, probably a miscommunication but it didn’t sit well with me. Overall, it’s good, I’d go again.

If you find yourself wandering the charming streets of Málaga, craving a vibrant, soulful Latin American meal, Andino should be high on your list. This humble, inviting spot brings together flavors from across the continent, offering a mix of comforting classics and fresh, veggie-forward options.
We grabbed a seat on their beautiful patio, nestled right on the street, where the lively energy of Málaga paired perfectly with a rich red wine and a refreshing margarita—a duo that set the stage for an excellent meal. Inside, the space is smaller, cozy, and unassuming, but the patio is where you want to be.
The menu spans multiple Latin American regions, and there’s something for everyone, from carnivores to plant-based eaters. My dining partner went for a beef and French fry dish, a classic comfort plate with tender, well-seasoned meat. But the real surprise? The rice. Too often an afterthought, here it was light, flavorful, and cooked to perfection—a small detail that speaks to a kitchen that cares.
I went for a veggie enchilada, and it was exactly what I hoped for: stuffed with actual vegetables (not just a pile of cheese), wrapped in a soft tortilla, and smothered in a deeply flavorful sauce that tied it all together. The balance of textures and flavors was spot on, and with just the right amount of cheese, it hit that comfort-food sweet spot without being overwhelming.
Service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely. The entire experience had a quiet, humble charm that made it feel like a true neighborhood favorite rather than a flashy tourist stop.
Final verdict? Absolutely worth a visit. Whether you’re a fan of Latin American cuisine or just looking for a great meal with a welcoming atmosphere, Andino delivers. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
Julian Foster (☆ 5/5)

Wow, what an unforgettable experience! We ordered five different dishes, and every single one was an 11/10. Beautifully presented, and bursting with Latin American flavor. From the first bite to the last, it was nothing short of amazing. The cocktails with Pisco were also amazing
Dont miss this place!
Mike Schouw (☆ 5/5)

Heyuan Wang (☆ 4/5)

Loved it! Stumbled upon this place while looking for Latin-inspired food. The service was very friendly, food was really tasty and flavourful, all ingredients tasted fresh and good. We are full and happy ❤️ Maybe a little pricy, but nonetheless recommend!
Maria Berens (☆ 5/5)

Wszystko pyszne.
Do picia polecam mrożone herbaty, szczególnie tę z czerwonych owoców.

Lihg (☆ 5/5)

The food is delicious and the price is fair. The service was wonderful as well! I totally recommend this restaurant!!
Orlando attended me and his service was PERFECT!! All the recommendations he gave me about the menu and wine were great!! 5 stars to him!!
George Rosa (☆ 5/5)

Cenowo lokal ok.
Kacper Orłowski (☆ 5/5)

Great restaurant on a beautiful square. I loved the ox tail stew croquettes ( reminded me of bitterballen, that you would get in Amsterdam). Great patio for an enjoyable meal.

Tercer Acto offers a truly exceptional dining experience. The atmosphere is incredibly refined, creating a calm and pleasant ambiance that immediately sets the tone for a memorable evening. The service consistently receives high praise, with staff members demonstrating a remarkable level of attentiveness and a genuine commitment to ensuring guests feel exceptionally well taken care of. A truly remarkable establishment.
The cuisine itself is a highlight, frequently lauded for its exquisite presentation and the quality of ingredients. The sushi, in particular, stands out as a specialty, while the broader menu promises a delightful culinary journey. It’s a perfect setting for a special occasion or for those seeking an elevated and memorable dining experience where impeccable service meets exceptional food.

Francisco taxfree (☆ 1/5)

Had a wonderful dinner here. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The sushi was fantastic – especially the fried one (possibly tuna?). If you could share the name, we’d love to order it again! The complimentary bread and dip at the beginning was a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, making for an enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend this place. The dessert was great too!
A L (☆ 5/5)

Marga Corchero (☆ 5/5)

After entering you will find luxurious interior with a great atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and caring. I ordered multiple courses.
Amis Bouchee: bread with home made tomato garlic mayo. The mayo was 5star, bread could be crunchier.
Cauliflower steak: very good
Sushi: one of the best I had in a long time!
Mini burger: very good
Iberian gyoza: very good
If I need to look for a negative point, perhaps I should have been advised to not order that much food, I was rather supported in that decision. When the bill arrived, I was very surprised of a low price.
Truly amazing and fine dining experience! 10/10 recommendation!
Karel Abraham (☆ 5/5)

Angel Salazar Reina (☆ 5/5)

Amazing place with a nice fancy atmosphere.
The waitress ( Eli) is fantastic, very gentle, professional and helped us to find a delicious wine with our menu.
We had a mix of Asian fusion food which was exquisite!
Everything was just perfect. Great place to go for a delicious and relaxing experience in the center of Malaga.
Lucas LVD TRAINING (☆ 5/5)

¡Totalmente recomendable!

Vino Mío offers a truly delightful experience. The service is consistently praised for its friendly and attentive nature; it creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visitor feel comfortable. Expect a top-notch level of care and a genuine desire to ensure a pleasant meal, coupled with the quality of food. Excellent service is a defining characteristic.
The overall ambiance contributes significantly to its appeal. Many highlight the enjoyable atmosphere for both daytime and evening occasions. It appears to be a popular spot, but the quality of the welcoming experience, along with the attention to detail in the food and service, makes it a destination worth considering.

Sergey Drobotenko (☆ 5/5)

I had been here once before, a few years ago, bringing visiting family to dinner and a flamenco show. We had a nice time, but I hadn’t been back. This restaurant has changed hands and I tried their new brunch offerings. The menu is on point! There is just the right mix of sweet and savory! I shared the pancakes and a goat cheese toast. Both were delicious! The service was lovely and it was nice sitting outside in the plaza. I will be returning to try dinner.
Jessica Norris (☆ 5/5)

Very good food, nice cocktails and great flamenco experience. Full of tourists but worth it! The waiters speak multiple languages.
Anthony G (☆ 5/5)

Excelente!!
Monica Charczuk (☆ 5/5)

Erg goed gegeten bij Vino Mino. Wij waren tijdens een flamenco show.
Yousha Beentjes (☆ 5/5)

It was absolutely lovely trying this place out. It was my birthday today and I’m here on a solo trip. They made me feel so comfortable and even had Veronica, one of the lovely waitresses take lovely pictures of me. An absolute 10 over 10 for this small but demure and homey restaurant

Wolfgang (☆ 5/5)

We lived 10 minutes from this place and didn’t want to go to the centre for dinner so decided to come here and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The food is phenomenal, the servers are chatty and they make you feel welcomed. We got the pulled beef tacos, prawn empanadas, quesadillas and they were all very flavourful. If you’re coming back from the beach this is a great spot only a few minutes from there.
Gleo (☆ 5/5)

The food here is a great fusion of South American, with flavours from Mexican to Peru to Chile. The nachos were so delicious, that I had to make a second order. The tostosonos were fresh and not too oily and paired great with the meat and avocado. They use the green peppers in a very subtle yet delicious way. I really recommend this restaurant to anyone craving some Mexican food, but with a harmonious twist from south America here in Andalusia.
Alexandre Gala (☆ 5/5)

Mary (☆ 5/5)

We came here after not knowing where to go eat and wanted something different than the traditional tapas we’ve been eating. It didn’t disappoint! The service was great from the beginning and the food was flavorful. I definitely recommend this place
vivi galarza (☆ 5/5)

Fantastic Latin American restaurant, bustling with indoor and outdoor seats. It’s small and gets busy, but for a reason!
Big portions and very tasty – recommended for a change from tapas in Malaga for sure.
Recommend pulled jackfruit.
Selection of south American lagers all imported.

BEST PLACE IN MÁLAGA
It is my absolut favourite restaurant for local products and traditional dishes with a twist, they always surprise me and it amazes me the hability that they have to use everything locally produced products. Everything they use its from Málaga, from the octopus to the crackers. It is trully amazing and a full experience to really delite yourself with the best of the best. Service at its peak, they are always paying attention to you, they recommend you, they take notes of your preferences and even remember what you ordered in previous visits to offer you their new recipes. The kitchen surprises me, they are masters and they dont make a single bad dish, always so perfect.
Please, don’t continue to read this comment and book a table, don’t miss the chance, you won’t regret it!

Customer Reviews
Very delicious and outstanding look of food did not left us hungry. Meat was prepared in high quality of look and taste. Salads were also great. Big respect to the chef and a servant. Recommended to visit this place.

Waren jetzt direkt zwei mal hier. Immer wieder gerne.
Absolute Empfehlung!

Glutenfree delicious Mexican tapas!
We arrived here quite late, around 11 pm and we got a table outside. Really nice table with a warming lamp. We asked the server for recommendations, and he was really nice and helpful. We ordered 6 tapas plates, which was his recommendations for two people, and we loved it.
All the tapas I ate was gluten-free – how fun! The meat was juicy and delicious, there was also 3 different tasty sauces and crispy tacos. We also got more guacamole.
(On the other hand, the bathroom was not pretty, there was a lot of flies there….)

Just lovely food and super staff – Veronica is a really super girl. Helpful, knowledgeable and never gets flustered. We have been 3 times during our 9 day stay in Malaga. A brilliant place to eat.
Thank you.
Michael Shanks (☆ 5/5)

The food is really extremely tasty and fresh. Also very vegan friendly. The given assortment of extra sauces was also incredibly good. Plus, when I asked for fresh lemonade without sugar, it was no problem at all

Customer Reviews
You know those places where you feel instantly at home? This is one of them. The staff were so friendly and genuinely cared—no stiff formalities, just real, thoughtful service. There’s a personal touch in everything, like they actually enjoy having you there. The food hit that sweet spot: creative and delicious without trying too hard. It’s the kind of place you want to tell everyone about… but also secretly keep to yourself.
Thanks dear Dynamit Team, you created an awesome evening for us!!

Bedingungslos Empfehlenswert! Mehrsprachiges, sehr gutes Servicepersonal. Reservierung notwendig. Speisen wirklich sehr sehr gut! Auch sehr gute Cocktails erhältlich. Preisniveau anhand der Qualität der Speisen sehr gut!
Christoph Heckenbach (☆ 5/5)

Amazing restaurant. My family and I stumbled upon this restaurant and even though they were fully booked, they managed to make room for our group. The staff was very welcoming and took the time to explain each dish. Everything from the oil and bread at the beginning to the dessert was incredible, and for being a culinary experience, the portions were substantial. We will definitely be back!
Alessandra Di Santo (☆ 5/5)

Dynamit in Málaga is an absolute gem for food lovers.
With its Scandinavian-inspired concept that highlights local ingredients, it offers a truly unique culinary experience. The menu is deliberately kept small and changes regularly, always showcasing fresh and creative dishes.
The wine selection is impressive: a carefully curated range of Spanish wines, perfectly matched to the dishes. Whether you prefer a bold red or a crisp white – there’s something for every palate.
What really sets Dynamit apart is the service: the team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the first moment, you feel well cared for and appreciated as a guest.
The atmosphere is both cozy and stylish, with just a few tables creating an intimate, relaxed vibe that invites you to stay and enjoy.
A visit to Dynamit is more than just a dinner – it’s a culinary highlight in Málaga you shouldn’t miss.
Due to limited seating, reservations are highly recommended.

Loved the entire atmosphere of this space. The team there were so welcoming and friendly and the overall food experience was 10/10. I loved the marinated olives and the scallops! It was a joyful experience and I look forward to coming back during my next visit.

ROBERTO (☆ 5/5)

The Chef is a genius. One of the top 5 meals of my life in any country. Sea bass is sublime. The lime crumble is like a deconstructed key lime pie. Cannot wait to return! Best food in Malaga.

Customer Reviews

Frequently Asked Questions about Gastrobars in Malaga
What exactly is a gastrobart?
A gastrobart is a unique blend of a traditional bar and a restaurant. It offers a more elevated and refined experience than your average bar, focusing on high-quality food and a carefully curated selection of drinks. Think small plates, often with a focus on local ingredients, and an emphasis on pairing them with wine, beer, or creative cocktails. They’re a social and enjoyable way to enjoy a meal.
Are gastrobars a recent trend in Malaga?
While the concept of combining food and drinks has always existed, the modern gastrobart scene in Malaga is relatively recent. It’s evolved over the last decade, driven by a desire for more sophisticated dining experiences and a focus on celebrating local culinary traditions. You’ll find them particularly popular with both locals and tourists seeking something beyond the standard tapas bar.
What kind of food can I expect to find at a gastrobart?
The cuisine at gastrobars in Malaga is diverse, but typically showcases a modern twist on traditional Andalusian flavors. Expect to see dishes like Iberian pork, fresh seafood, locally sourced vegetables, and innovative interpretations of classic tapas. The emphasis is on quality ingredients and creative presentations. Many gastrobars also offer tasting menus.
Are gastrobars generally expensive compared to tapas bars?
Generally speaking, gastrobars tend to be more expensive than traditional tapas bars. This is due to the higher quality ingredients, the more elaborate preparation methods, and the elevated dining atmosphere. However, the price reflects the enhanced experience and the focus on culinary excellence. It's an investment in a premium dining occasion.
Do I need to make a reservation to visit a gastrobart?
Whether you need to make a reservation depends on the specific gastrobart and the time of year. Popular gastrobars, particularly during peak season (summer months), can get extremely busy, so it’s highly recommended to book ahead, especially for larger groups. Check their website or call to inquire about their reservation policy.
What’s the typical dress code for a gastrobart?
The dress code at gastrobars in Malaga is generally smart casual. While there’s no strict requirement, it’s best to avoid overly casual attire like swimwear or athletic wear. Think neat and presentable clothing that reflects the elevated dining experience. It's about showing respect for the setting and the food.
Are gastrobars kid-friendly?
The kid-friendliness of gastrobars can vary. Some may offer a few child-friendly options on their menu, while others may be more geared towards adult palates. It’s best to check the menu online or call ahead to see if they accommodate families with younger children. It's usually best to check the noise level as well.
Can I order a full meal at a gastrobart, or is it just small plates?
While many gastrobars are known for their selection of small plates, many now offer larger dishes and even full meal options. You can usually assemble a satisfying meal by combining several small plates or opting for one of their signature entrees. Many have a full à la carte menu.
What types of drinks are typically served at gastrobars in Malaga?
Gastrobars in Malaga pride themselves on a carefully curated selection of drinks. You’re likely to find a wide range of Spanish wines, local craft beers, creative cocktails, and even premium spirits. Many will pair their drinks with the food they serve.
How do I find good gastrobars in Malaga?
Finding good gastrobars often involves a bit of exploration and research. Look for recommendations from locals, read online reviews, and check social media for buzz. Explore different neighborhoods and don't be afraid to try new places. Paying attention to the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes is a good indicator of a high-quality gastrobart.
