Just want to say thank you so much! I’ve not been to the dentist in 3 years and expected some issues. Maria did my teeth today. Best experience at the dentist I’ve ever had. Super attentive, patient, careful and really put me at ease! Everything was fine and all I needed was a scale and polish. I don’t think I’ll ever use a UK dentist again either. It was an unreal service and cost the same if not less than the UK. She really took the time to explain what was happening and why. Even got a little bag at the end with recommended toothpaste etc. My Spanish isn’t the best, so we used English. He sido paciente de esta clínica durante 7 años. Realicé un tratamiento de ortodoncia Invisalign por un importe cercano a los 4.500 €, y durante todo este tiempo he acudido a las revisiones anuales rutinarias sin coste adicional. Este año, sin previo aviso, me cobraron 35 € por la misma revisión, alegando un cambio de política de la que en ningún momento fui informada. Además, me atendieron con casi 30 minutos de retraso respecto a la hora concertada. Para empeorar la experiencia, me enviaron a otra clínica de la misma empresa (una calle más abajo, en un 5º piso) porque supuestamente en la primera solo hacían revisiones de ortodoncia. Una vez allí, cambiaron de opinión y me acabaron atendiendo en el mismo local inicial. Falta total de organización y comunicación. La clínica tiene derecho a modificar sus políticas, pero lo que no debería hacer es adoptar la actitud tan poco transparente que adoptó esta clínica conmigo como paciente. Un paciente entiende que existe acuerdo tácito si durante 7 años las revisiones dentales rutinarias han sido gratuitas, y podría entender que existe un acuerdo tácito de que seguirían siéndolo. En términos legales, esto se conoce como "conducta concluyente" que implica un acuerdo entre las partes sin necesidad de un contrato escrito. La clínica tiene obligación de informar a sus pacientes de manera clara y oportuna. Y yo no fui debidamente notificada de dichas modificaciones. Como paciente, tengo derecho a recibir información clara y completa sobre los precios y tratamientos antes de someterme a ellos. Si, con este cambio de política, pretendían aumentar sus ingresos, lamentablemente, con esta conducta, van a perder muchos pacientes. La atención que recibí ayer fue deficiente y poco profesional. Me sentí engañada y, sinceramente, casi estafada. Después de tantos años de confianza, no esperaba este trato. No vuelvo más a esta clínica.

Tandarts Carmen heeft letterlijk mijn leven en tanden gered. In de avond van dinsdag 4 maart ben ik voorover flauwgevallen en heb toen 3 voortanden beschadigd, waarvan 1 eruit ging. Direct na het incident om 20:50h belde ik nog naar deze kliniek om te vragen of ze mij met spoed konden helpen. Gelukkig kon ik terecht en hebben ze eerst röntgenfoto’s maken. Daarna hebben ze de losse tand terug gezet en deze met een tijdelijke spalk vastgemaakt aan de andere tanden zodat ik hier even mee voorruit kan. Bovendien heeft de tandarts het afgebroken stukje tand gecorrigeerd en opgevuld. Tandarts Carmen heeft me hierin super goed geholpen om nog na sluitingstijd mij te behandelen (ze sluiten om 21:00h). De behandeling duurde in totaal ongeveer 35 minuten. Ik ben ontzettend dankbaar voor haar goede steun en geduld. Eenmaal terug in Nederland zei mijn tandarts dat het heel erg netjes en mooi is gedaan. Ik zou daarom ook iedereen deze kliniek zeker aanraden! In the evening of Tuesday 4 March, I fainted over and then damaged 3 front teeth, one of which went out. Immediately after the accident at 20: 50h I called to this clinic to ask if they could help me urgently. Fortunately I could go. first they took X-rays. During the treatment they put the loose tooth back and attached it to the other teeth with a temporary splint. Moreover, the dentist has corrected and filled the degraded bit of tooth. Dentist Carmen was very helpful to treat me after closing time (they close at 9:00 pm). The treatment lasted approximately 35 minutes in total. I am very grateful for her good support and patience. Once back in the Netherlands, my dentist said it was done very neat and beautiful. Therefore I would definitely recommend this clinic! They are friendly and act very quickly in an emergency.

I already had braces installed, and in Malaga I needed a specialist who could intercept my treatment. I've been to several clinics, and I liked this clinic the most: everyone is very polite, speaks English, excellent equipment, and most importantly, an orthodontist who knows what ahe's doing! Everything was clearly outlined, and no additional unreasonable actions were included in the budget. Best experience.

Que me cobréis 35 euros después de haber esperado 3 horas y de haber preguntado por teléfono que a cuanto saldría la posible carie y no me informéis de que solo que me abran la boca me cuesta 35 euros me ha sentado bastante mal. Muy educados o profesionales pero esto último no me ha sentado bien. Cobrar 35 euros sin informarme del precio de revision para que al final me digáis que no podéis hacer absolutamente nada.. pues vale.
