We accidentally left a bag containing important medication on one of the shuttles. Naturally, we panicked, but we quickly contacted the number provided by our holiday provider for the transport company. On the very first call, the operator was able to track down our shuttle and get in touch with the driver, who found the bag and safely delivered it to their office the next day.
The only downside was that we had to travel in person to collect it. However, overall, it turned out to be a very positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff involved.

Also called Bus Directo SL- this company turned up 45m late, driver didn’t apologise and became argumentative - terrible service and very disappointed. They have a British Airways contract avoid and use any other company.

We had booked autosol via our travel agents & I highly recommend them .
We had just been dropped off at the airport & my son realised he had dropped his air pods in the car , I phoned to ask if the driver was still here & the lovely lady I spoke to had said the driver had left the airport however he was coming back .
Taxi drivers back home wouldn't do that without a charge . I am so greatful for the lovely driver . We sadly lost my youngest daughter 2 years ago & this was our first holiday without her , the airpods were a Christmas gift from her . So again thankyou so so much .
I would love to send this fantastic driver a Tip .we didn't have any euros on us unfortunately yesterday

Conductores bastante desagradables, no te cogen el teléfono, todo son pegas y protestas, parece que te están haciendo un favor en lugar de un servicio. Nunca más.

Nos hicieron perder el tiempo, recurso más escaso que tienes a las puertas de una boda.
Veronica nos citó presencialmente a través de bodas.net para ver los coches y las instalaciones (idea de la empleada, no mía). Nadie salió a atendernos ni tenía idea de nuestra cita. Cuando conseguimos hablar con alguien, de los dos coches que íbamos a ver solo había uno. Mucho descontrol y poca profesionalidad. No recomiendo y si vienes de bodas.net por las buenas críticas que le avalan huye, porque las malas críticas en esa plataforma no te dejan publicarlas.

Los mejores con mucha diferencia, he contratado varias flotas entre Fuengirola y Marbella. Ninguna tan profesional como ellos, los chóferes dan gusto y los coch s impolutos. Totalmente recomendable para bodas y eventos.
