DO NOT EXCHANGE your money here!! They steal from you. I exchanged 100dlls and they gave me 66€ . I asked why that high exchange rate and if it was because she was next to the train station and she said that that’s an exchange rate that "the bank" gives them and thought that’s the "average" rate in the city which isn’t true.They are stealing money, don’t fall in the trap of the "high stars" reviews.

Walked in after seeing this was the top rated place around to exchange EUR to CZK. Straight up trusted that, my bad. Got 6400 CZK for 300,29 EU, checked their page after leaving, 300,29 EU were supposed to get me 6700, which is still a horrible exchange rate

just got told 180usd =131euros. the current exchange rate would get me 180euros, taking 50euros/dollars in fees etc is beyond a joke. but the gentleman wasn't rude and wasn't trying to hide anything, but I don't think anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together would exchange money there

Tengan cuidado con esta casa de cambio dentro del Vialia. He querido cambiar 100USD y me dijeron que me iban a dar 69EUR! Cuando hoy vale 1USD/0.93EUR. Las casas de cambio siempre ganan un porcentaje pero bajarte más del 25% del valor es una mala práctica por decirlo de la mejor manera…

‼️ESTAFADORES‼️Las tarifas de las empresas de cambio de divisas oscilan entre el 0,5% y el 5%. Esto significa que si por ejemplo cambias 1000 euros a dólares como máximo te deberían de cobrar 50€, bueno, pues a mí me cobraron un 25% lo que significa que de 1000 euros se quedaron 250€ . Al amenazarles con poner una Reclamación intentaron corregir el error creyendo que no tendría repercusión alguna, evidentemente recuperé mi dinero y tras ponerles una hoja de reclamaciones, la presentaré ante la OCU la Organización de Consumidores y Usuarios.
