Literally paid €30 to have my nails ruined. I’ve been a regular and always went to Laura - even sent friends here, and they also had bad experiences with the other girls. Now that Laura’s gone, I gave Melody a chance. This was my 6th visit, and never once have I booked a "removal," I always come with the nails from my last appointment. Melody had a full meltdown when she realized I had gel on, saying she wouldn’t have time to do both my feet and the simple design I booked. I cancelled the pedicure so she’d have time, but she then aggressively removed the gel, hurting me and filing my nails way too thin. I felt so unsafe in the chair because she was so angry and rough. Afterwards she told me she couldn’t do the length I wanted because my nails were "too weak" - even though they were perfectly fine when I walked in, and only thin because of her filing. With her mood I just let her be and left with no design, no pedicure, ruined nails with different lengths and still charged €10 extra for the removal that wrecked them.

Hola yo me hice la uñas por segunda vez. Ahora me atendió Ayelen una chica muy simpática y amable. Hace unas uñas preciosa y es muy cuidadosa. Me hice la semipermanente en los pies y me sorprendió bastante ya que tenía las uñas muy cortitas pero aún así no pinto fuera de las uñas, también me corto las uñas bien porque yo me hice un desastre el día anterior jajaja. Y acrílicas en las manos que quedaron perfectas. Seguro repetiré. Recomendable cien por cien.

Me hicieron las uñas de mala calidad, fui por segunda vez a que me arreglasen dos uñas que literalmente el esmalte se me ha caído, sin yo hacer nada. Y justo las que me han retocado al día siguiente miren ya como las tengo

My first experience and review (acrylic nails): Incredible! Talented and great attention to detail. The lady was super kind and took pride in her work. The prices were really reasonable. My second experience: I had a pedicure which was different to any other I had as there was no foot spa or massage just a woman cutting skin after soaking my foot with chemicals. It didn't feel nice but looked nice afterwards until I developed an infection. I don't know if it was because of an allergic reaction to the chemicals, issues with hygiene at the place and/or the fact she cut off too much skin and it opened me up to infection but it wasn't worth it. See the pictures. My nails were so beautifully done but this infection is so bad I'm on antibiotics and I had to go to hospital. Perhaps they need to review hygiene and not cut the skin so much and also be careful of the chemicals used. Very torn about whether I'll come back again. Feeling sad that I treated myself and it turned out badly. I'm sharing this not to discourage people to go to this salon but to ask questions and check if the procedure is right for you. I'd also ask that the salon owner review the process, hygiene and chemicals used. Maybe it could be a one off allergic reaction but maybe they can also improve things for safety.

No vayáis si queréis diseños en las uñas. Les mandé un mensaje antes de pedir cita preguntando si me podían hacer un diseño. Me dicen que sí y cojo cita. Me desplazo hasta el sitio y cuando llego me pintan la base de las uñas de colores parecidos. Me dicen que ese diseño me lo pueden hacer similar pero no igual ya que el original lleva acrílico. Le digo que no pasa nada y la manicurista se queda mirando la foto pensando cómo hacerlas. Tras un par de intentos, ambas vimos que no estaba quedando bien. Le digo de hacer algo más sencillo, pero me dice que tiene que ser con los colores que me había puesto porque ya no los puede cambiar. Busco un diseño mucho más sencillo que tampoco sabía hacer, tiene que ser la compañera la que se lo explique. Sólo hay que ver los resultados. La primera foto es el diseño original que pedí. La segunda foto lo que optamos por hacer. La tercera foto el resultado. Entiendo que haya diseños más complicados que no puedan hacer, pero que no me digan que sí que pueden hacer un diseño, y que cuando llegue no sepan ni por dónde empezar. No es un servicio barato y el resultado deja mucho que desear.

J’y suis allé en suivant les bon avis des clientes mais je ne comprend pas comment c’est possible d’accepter de se faire poncer l’ongle entièrement à ce point. Il ne reste tellement peu de couche sur les ongles que la dame n’a pas pu me poser de base tellement cela me brûlait. Elles en ont conclu à une réaction allergique mais en 10 ans je n’en avais jamais eu et je sais reconnaître des ongles foutu. Je ne parle pas des cuticules en sang ou de la nonchalance de la prothésiste. Mes ongles sont maintenant tout mou et continue de me brûler après avoir tout enlever. La seule chose bien c’est que je n’ai rien payé pour la dépose mais j’espère que je n’aurais rien de grave liée à cette honteuse dépose. Parfait pour les fêtes de Noël.

Got a shellac nails + three nail extensions. Perfect work beautiful and clean, the technician was a perfectionist, cleaned my nails beautifully and did an excellent job. Thank you
