I have no words that would explain the absolute horror that is the apartment we rented. NOW, it could be the owner does not want to invest any money into the apartment, but this apartment is in desperate need to be upgraded. The bed is a disaster area, how we slept in it god only knows. An ancient foam mattress with 2 more toppers on it that didn't fit properly. We couldn't use the air con for the best part of a week because it had black spores all over the inside of it, the agents came to clean it, but it was not totally cleaned and the owners had signs on them saying don't use at night, something that was not properly explained to us. This place is a disaster, it might have been nice once, with a stunning view, but that's it.....filthy, old and needing gutted. We opened one of the wardrobes and the stink of old, over used blankets was sick inducing. Please don't go near this place it's an absolute tip, you wouldn't want to sit on the couch as it's stinking too. I have no idea how we put up with this and paid for this? Stay away from the apartment in Coronado Marbessa. If anyone needs more information just ask, I'm willing to tell a lot more if asked. We have since had a sales director from HomeCare contact us asking us to remove this review as they think it's unfair on them, as it should be a reflection of the Owners issues not them the apartment management company who "clean" the apartment. Now I have no access to the owners to discuss the age and condition of their apartment furniture, BUT, HomeCare REALLY.... REALLY who cleans the apartment Stevie Wonder?? Do you not do a periodic check of your estate? Does your cleaners not log photos with the office of things that need a deep clean or replaced? So far no one has wanted to talk to me around the state of this place HomeCare don't want reviews like this being made public....well it's not rocket science. I would never in a million years have spent my money on this apartment as it literally made our skin crawl, but hey HomeCare think it's unfair on them eh?? Check out all these photos and read the last 2 and you decide if this company looks as if they did there job correctly, or ruined a holiday? So we are home almost 3 weeks and again Home Care have sent another email asking me to take down my review as they think it's unfair......look at the photos if you think it's unfair. For transparency, here is exactly what they've sent.- We have received your Google review based on your stay and firstly I want to apologise for your experience. I sincerely apologise that the apartment was not up to expectations and I do hope you were able to enjoy your visit to the Costa del Sol. All of the properties that we manage are privately owned and whilst we pass on all feedback to the owners and make strong recommendations, through guest feedback and frequent inspections, to improve the quality of experience for the guest, we don't receive any payment for the booking and therefore cannot insist on these changes. As the keyholder and management company, we strive to ensure our guests have the best experience by being responsive hosts and doing our utmost to ensure all issues are resolved. I completely understand your frustrations and we take them very seriously but the review you have left is a reflection on the property and its owner rather than our services. We work extremely hard to build up good reviews through friendly and reliable customer service and we would appreciate it if the review left on our Google business page could reflect the service you received from our team and the review of the property would be more valuable for potential guests if left on the Novasol property page. We rented a property in Riviers del Sol. All communication was fab. Key pick up for the property was quick and easy. The property was in a great location with everything we needed. Will miss my morning sunrise Highly recommend

Os comento nuestra experiencia. Se están encargando de la gestión de un piso. El contrato es una chapuza terrible, alquilaron por temporada pero después nos indican que no, que hay que sujetarlo a un plazo de duración de la LAU (5 años). Adicionalmente, se comprometen a realizar pagos de comunidad de propietarios, etc., que después incumplen, sin ni siquiera tener los datos actualizados de la administración de fincas, que había cesado hace casi un año...................esa es la gestión que hacen, cobro por comisiones de todo tipo pero responsabilidad cero. Huid, empresa a evitar _________________________________________________ Let me share our experience. They are handling the management of an apartment. The contract is a complete mess — they rented it out as a temporary lease, but later told us that no, it must be subject to the minimum duration of the Urban Leasing Law (5 years). Additionally, they committed to making payments for the homeowners’ association, etc., but then failed to comply, not even having the updated contact details of the property management company, which had ceased operations almost a year earlier. That is the kind of "management" they do: collecting commissions of all kinds but taking zero responsibility. Stay away, this is a company to avoid. _____________________________________________________________ Ich möchte unsere Erfahrung schildern. Sie kümmern sich um die Verwaltung einer Wohnung. Der Vertrag ist ein völliges Chaos – sie haben ihn als Zeitmietvertrag abgeschlossen, uns aber später gesagt, dass er der Mindestlaufzeit des Mietrechtsgesetzes (5 Jahre) unterliegt. Außerdem haben sie sich verpflichtet, Zahlungen an die Eigentümergemeinschaft usw. zu leisten, diese Verpflichtungen jedoch nicht eingehalten. Nicht einmal die aktuellen Kontaktdaten der Hausverwaltung hatten sie, die bereits seit fast einem Jahr nicht mehr tätig war. Das ist die „Verwaltung", die sie anbieten: Provisionen aller Art kassieren, aber null Verantwortung übernehmen. Finger weg – dieses Unternehmen sollte man meiden. _____________________________________________________________ Je vais vous raconter notre expérience. Ils s’occupent de la gestion d’un appartement. Le contrat est une vraie catastrophe — ils l’ont loué en tant que location saisonnière, mais ensuite ils nous disent que non, qu’il faut l’assujettir à une durée minimale de la Loi sur les baux urbains (5 ans). De plus, ils s’étaient engagés à payer les charges de copropriété, etc., mais ne respectent pas leurs engagements, sans même disposer des coordonnées actualisées du syndic, qui avait cessé son activité depuis presque un an. Voilà le type de "gestion" qu’ils proposent : encaisser des commissions de toutes sortes mais assumer zéro responsabilité. Fuyez, c’est une entreprise à éviter.

Had great expectations of this apartment, pretty awful experience really, Apartment is very dated ,uncomfortable old furniture, Only air con working is in living room, Air con unit in one of the bedrooms is broken, only had a fan in each room ,Definitely a waste of time as we stayed in the peak hot conditions, TV only shows spanish channels, it does have netflix though if you use your account, we had other small problems which the agents sorted out ,But the main problem was air conditioning, The owners need to spend quite a bit to upgrade this apartment, we were also charged €350 depo when it states €300. The best part of this apartment is the penthouse terrace , The apartment is up a hill ,not great if you have mobility problems ,I am on inhalers so it was a struggle for me and the wife ,in our view we paid well over the top for a pretty average apartment. We certainly would not recommend it to anyone,Also on a last note ,you basically do all the hard work yourself having to go and collect keys on arrival from a box outside the office ,Bit of a slog in the heat and you also have to drop them off on departure, we also have a very early flight home so it will be awkward asking the uber driver would he do a detour for us to drop keys off ,On the whole a pretty bad experience, we also thought homecare would of shown a little goodwill in letting us leave keys with the cleaners, but they said no. They will obviously say its in the small print ,Also they'll say it only mentions air con in the living room,But we don't sleep in the living room and especially on that concrete pull out bed. Noticed other stuff before leaving but couldn't be bothered complaining. Make sure it's updated before you book or you'll experience the same as us.

We have dealt with HomeCare two or three times in the past with no issues, and they have always been very friendly and helpful. This time we did have some problems with our house, but Eleanor and her colleagues were right on the job, and sorted all the issues within a couple of days. This is really important when you are on holiday with your family, and we really must commend them most highly. They listened, then actually fixed all the problems, without treating us as a nuisance which we have experienced with other holiday agencies not too far away. Many thanks to you all. Booked property in La Cala de Mijas and all went very smoothly from picking up the keys from a drop-box to putting them back when we left. Apartment was clean when we got there and as we were there 2 weeks had another good clean/fresh towels/bedding etc halfway through. No issues with using the company again-very friendly, good communication and nice property at a decent price. Only issue was stank of cigarette smoke thanks,I assume, to the previous tenant but apart from fining him nothing much they could do about it!! Did need a car to get about as good 30 minute into La Cala itself but as we were golfing we had one anyway. Only other "minor" downside to the property was the lack of sun on the lovely , large terrace because of the way the property faced but with 3 separate swimming pools in the grounds you could find the sun if you wished.
