Me complace mucho poder compartir a través de este medio la gran emoción que siento luego de haber sido atendido por el grupo de Aesophy, entre otras razones primero por el trato de calidad que en todo momento me han brindado desde la recepción hasta la consulta, y en segundo lugar y siendo lo más importante por la calidad estética que el equipo médico me ha ofrecido a través de 2 cirugías abdominal y facial respectivamente. Han cubierto absolutamente todas mis expectativas, y los más interesante: a precios bastante razonables en comparación con otros centros de salud que pude indagar previamente. Así que, para aquella persona que desee o necesite alguna intervención correctiva o de estética, le recomiendo acudir a esta clínica sin pensarlo 2 veces, la cual además está muy bien situada en pleno corazón de Málaga. Estoy muy contento con la Clínica. El trato del persona fue excelente. Me hicieron una valoración y me explicaron con detenimiento todas las opciones posibles. Me hice un tratamiento para las ojeras y nunca había visto un resultado tan bueno. Sin duda un sitio que merece la pena, calidad precio insuperable. Repetiré sin dudarlo.

Estoy muy satisfecha con mi visita a Clínica Aesophy Málaga. Todo el personal fue amable y muy profesional. Carmina la directora es un encanto. Me ofrecieron una valoración completa, me explicaron todas las opciones y me asesoraron sin prisas. Me hice un relleno de labios y tratamiento para ojeras y el resultado ha superado mis expectativas. Además, la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Repetiré sin duda.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a clinic — disorganised, disrespectful, and utterly unprofessional. I found Aesopy on Google while searching for LPG and laser hair removal in Spain. The website and some reviews painted a picture of a professional clinic, but unfortunately, the few negative reviews I initially dismissed turned out to be completely accurate — and I wish I had listened. From the start, communication was misleading. I contacted them on WhatsApp in English, and we agreed I would attend a consultation only for laser, since I was nervous about having this treatment done outside the UK. When I arrived, I was made to wait 40 minutes, then abruptly taken into a room by a Spanish-speaking technician who asked me to undress. She was about to start the treatment without a single word of consultation — completely disregarding what was agreed. The language barrier was massive, and the person who supposedly spoke English wasn’t even in the clinic. I was briefly handed a phone to speak with her, only to be told to come back another day. A total waste of my time and deeply frustrating. When I returned for the actual consultation, it got even worse. The staff showed no warmth, no professionalism, and no sense of customer care — it felt like I was an inconvenience. I was given unsolicited advice about needing microneedling on my face — completely inappropriate and uncalled for. On top of that, when I asked about pricing, they started discussing numbers in Spanish, trying to inflate the prices on the spot. Thankfully, I had done my research and knew what the website said — only then did they "adjust" the price. Extremely shady behaviour. Despite all of this, I booked a session out of sheer urgency before a holiday — and I regret it deeply. My appointment was scheduled for 11am. I wasn’t seen until 12pm. No explanation. No apology. When I was finally seen, I was told only one of my two treatments could be done — because the previous client ran over. That is NOT my problem. I had waited an hour, scheduled everything in advance, and yet I was being penalised for their poor time management. To make matters worse, the technician asked the receptionist to text me mid-treatment — asking if I could return in the afternoon. Absolutely unacceptable. While this was going on, the receptionist repeatedly entered the treatment room without knocking while I was half-dressed, making me feel completely exposed and uncomfortable. There was zero respect for privacy. Then came the final insult: I asked for an agreed-upon area to be lasered — one we had already discussed during consultation — and was refused by the technician. She insisted I didn’t need treatment there. I had shaved the area in preparation — who is she to override a customer’s request for a paid service? At the end of all this, the receptionist acknowledged the disaster of the experience and removed €35 from my bill. Honestly, I would have rather paid full price and been treated like a human being with basic respect and professionalism. This clinic is run chaotically, with no regard for appointment scheduling, client comfort, or professional standards. The staff lacks training, compassion, and communication skills. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not waste your time or money. Avoid this clinic at all costs — especially if you’re an English speaker. It is an exhausting, upsetting experience from start to finish.

Después de comparar varias clínicas estéticas en Málaga, elegí Clínica Aesophy por sus valoraciones y no me equivoqué. Me realicé un tratamiento de contorno corporal sin cirugía y el cambio ha sido espectacular. Resultados súper naturales, atención médica de 10 y todo el equipo transmite mucha confianza. Están al día con las tecnologías más avanzadas y me explicaron todo al detalle desde la primera consulta. Además, están en pleno centro de Málaga, lo cual es comodísimo. La recomiendo 100% si buscas resultados reales y un trato profesional.

Sitio muy acogedor, limpio y con un trato inmejorable. La doctora fue muy cercana, me explicó todo el procedimiento con detalle, resolvió mis dudas y me hizo sentir muy tranquila. Me realicé el tratamiento con bioestimulador de colágeno y ya empiezo a notar una piel más firme y luminosa. Lo recomiendo totalmente si buscas resultados reales y atención profesional.
