City Sightseeing Malaga

El recorrido en la City Sightseeing es una buena opcion para conocer la ciudad de Málaga sin tener que caminar largas distancias. Las vistas muy bonitas y la explicacion del audio es completa, está disponible en varios idiomas.

Unsere Erfahrung mit dem Anbieter sind leider schlecht.Als wir letzte Woche in Malaga waren wollten wir mit 7 Leuten den Hop on Hop off Bus fahren.Leider wurde an diesem Vormittag gestreikt und wir wurden nicht gewarnt und konnten trotzdem die Tickets buchen.Dann hieß es bei der Hotline,der Streik geht bis 14 Uhr.Da wir mit 7 Leuten nicht bei 30 Grad in der Hitze stehen wollten suchten wir uns neben der Haltestelle ein Café.Kaum gesessen und etwas getrunken fuhren dann ein paar Minuten später 2 Busse(1 voll,1 leer) vorbei.Wir waren sehr erstaunt darüber aber hatten keine Chance zwecks bezahlen einzusteigen.Danach gingen wir wieder zur Haltestelle und es verging wieder mindestens eine halbe Stunde bis ein Bus kam.Dieser war so voll das uns der Zutritt verweigert wurde.20 Minuten später der nächste Bus und was soll ich sagen? Wieder voll und abgewiesen.Insgesamt hatten wir somit ca.über zwei Stunden mit warten verbracht. Letztendlich sind wir dann mit dem Linienbus in die Stadt gefahren.Wir hatten uns auf einen schönen Tag in Malaga gefreut aber das war leider bei dieser Enttäuschung nicht mehr möglich.Zu viel Zeit wurde uns durch schlechtes Managment gestohlen. Wir können diese Firma nicht empfehlen. Den einen Punkt gebe ich weil heute wenigstens nach dem Mailverkehr das Geld zurück kam.

An absolutely HORRIBLE experience in Malaga. Waited at bus stops for over an hour at each stop. Half the route was not in use & I was not told this at all when buying my ticket. In fact, the lady at the stop that I worked with was fairly rude & then got on the bus to talk to the bus driver for like 10 minutes after it finally came (no wonder waits are so long). I then tried to get a refund because I only used it for 2 stops because the wait was OVER AN HOUR (!!!), and they told me they contacted the Malaga drivers and was told: "According to the information obtained, no delays were recorded by the drivers" and therefore a refund was not possible. Of course the drivers would say everything was on time, even when I sent timestamps. (Ask that to me & the ~8 others that waited in like 95 F heat for over an hour for this bus to show up). LOL. The worst experience I have had with these buses (and I have done them in many cities) & will probably never do one again. Felt like such a money grab to get people on the bus by not telling me half the route wasn't being used & not allowing a refund when I gave time stamps on how long we waited at one of the stops. I wasted almost an entire day in Malaga just waiting for this bus. Truly a joke, do NOT use this service. Also sidebar: I asked the customer service rep to send me links to the various review pages so I could share about my experience & she would not tell me. I then emailed 3 times into customer service asking for all links & NEVER got a reply. They don't want bad reviews at alllllll, but I will find the rest & leave this exact review 🙂 This is literally my first bad review on Google, ever. It was just so absurd how they handled this. EDITED TO ADD: Photo added for proof I was there & they cannot take this down. At least there were beautiful flowers at the bus stop I sat at for an hour!

Petit tour sympa de Malaga, l'offre 24h a permis de visiter l'après midi et le lendemain matin avec des activités en plus comme un spectacle de flamenco d'une heure et un tour en bateau comme le temps n'était pas avec nous. Dommage qu'on ne soit pas plus à l'abri en haut du bus mais sinon pratique pour découvrir les points essentiels d'une ville

Overcrowded, poor passenger management. Dangerous as the bus we were on was so crowded, not only did passengers have to stand in the isles, they were stood on both sets of stairs while the bus was moving. This was pretty dangerous given the blind hairpin turns up to the Gibralfaro, which at one point the bus had to reverse to be able to cut into the turn. I don't believe this is even legal, and certainly not safe. See photo of people standing in the aisle and some poor guy's feet propped on the stairwell to steady himself. Also the green line didn't have any audio or open top. It was just like any other city bus.

Really enjoyed especially with the boat trip. However we missed a flamenco show as we bought the tickets around 3pm and there wasn't time to do both. Interesting tour visiting the important monuments. However, once you "hopped off" it was unclear when the next bus would arrive. A timetable at each stop should be must!

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable lors de notre tour en bateau à Málaga ! La ville est magnifique vue de la mer et l’ambiance à bord était exceptionnelle. Un guitariste talentueux a accompagné le trajet, rendant l’expérience encore plus magique. Ma fille a même eu la joie de chanter à ses côtés – un souvenir gravé dans nos cœurs ❤️. Merci pour cette expérience unique, nous recommandons vivement !
