First of all, they charged me a fuel deposit even though their website and all booking confirmations clearly state: “NO DEPOSIT, NO EXTRA COSTS.” On top of that, the car I was given was not full of fuel. I took a photo immediately and showed it to the staff member, who casually dismissed it and said, “It’s full, the fuel sensor doesn’t work properly.” Ridiculous.
I had also paid in advance for extra protection and full insurance, which clearly stated that adding a second driver was free. But when I tried to do this at pickup, I was told that the free second driver only applies before vehicle pickup, and that it would now cost me an additional €90! Again, this was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process or on the website.
The car I received was not the one I booked, and it had such a weak engine that it literally couldn’t go uphill with the A/C on. Completely unacceptable for a rental car, especially in a mountainous region.
Let me be clear: I had fully prepaid for the rental, insurance, and extras for 8 days. The way I was treated upon arrival was unprofessional, misleading, and frankly—fraudulent.
When I sent them an email to complain about being lied to and scammed, they responded with a generic message saying it may take up to 15 working days to receive an answer. That’s completely disrespectful and just confirms how little they care once they’ve taken your money.
Do yourself a favor—stay far away from Wiber Rent a Car in Malaga. What they advertise and what they deliver are two very different things. Unreliable, dishonest, and not worth the risk.
The only real problem is that the company’s office is not close, and during periods of high traffic the shuttle may not be able to keep up, but we were lucky, everything was quick. In extreme cases, you can take a taxi and get there in 5 minutes.
Having read all the reviews about the company and having used its services, I will write 2 conclusions: 1) If you take full insurance within the company, everything will be fine, there will be no problems 2) Do not be surprised by scratches and chips on the cars, in this region of Spain this will be the case in all rental offices

Paso a recogerlo y resulta que la máquina en cuestión no está cargada que necesita seis horas para poder cargarla y con todo ello por no tener bastante al ser fin de semana me dicen que me tienen que cobrar dos días el cual yo Me niego rotundamente ya que no lo hemos hablado y en su caso si la máquina fuera estado para trabajar a lo mejor me lo fuera pensado , El empleado muy atento muy servicial pero el jefe no Acompaña.
Después de haber preparado la máquina he informado de todo sale el jefe y dice que le has explicado todo es que le vas a cobrar dos días por ser fin de semana, Y con mucho desprecio y poca atención al cliente me da largas , por tanto me ahorré los 120 € que me querían cobrar por la máquina por dos días 240 € por supuesto me parecía un robo ya que yo no tengo culpa de que ellos estén de jornada intensiva lo cual dice que son poco profesionales y no los recomiendo para nada mala experiencia
