Avoid this gym – unsafe equipment and completely unprofessional. This is by far the worst gym I’ve ever trained at. The equipment is old, worn out, and completely unfit for anyone who takes training seriously. It seems like nothing has been updated or properly maintained in decades. You pay 40€ a month (around 300 DKK) and get access to equipment that resembles a cheap home gym – if not worse. There are only two adjustable benches for up to 50 people, and just four cable stations, which are always in use and often broken. When machines break, the staff make quick and unsafe fixes. Several of the cables are held together with hardware-store locking clamps, which are not designed to hold heavy weights – and that’s incredibly dangerous. When cables snap, they’re simply cut off and left as-is, with no proper replacement or safe reinstallation. One of my friends had a handle break off mid-set while training on a bench. The machine was left unusable for over a week before anyone took action – and again, no professional repair was made. To make things worse, the treadmills can’t even go above 12 km/h, which is equivalent to what you’d expect from a cheap Amazon treadmill for home use. Try running intervals any faster, and the machine will shut down mid-session. Bottom line: This gym is completely useless for anyone who takes training seriously. It’s unsafe, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for paying members. Nothing works properly, and problems are never handled with care or quality. If you care about your training – stay far away.

We were on vacation and found this comfortable and nice small fitness room in the area. The atmosphere is very good, I liked everything. Thanks to the Host!

Excelente para el precio. El pago es muy flexible y puedes pagar por semanas o mensualidades. Es pequeñito pero hay justo lo que necesitas para hacer una sesión diaría de ejercicio.

Las instalaciones parecen suficientes y digo parecen, porque despues de pedirle que me las enseñaran me han dicho que sin pagar no puedo entrar, que las vea desde la entrada.... A parte de que la mujer ni se ha acercado a atenderme, me lo estaba diciendo mientras hacía sus series en la máquina. Primera vez que me tratan así cuando vengo a apuntarme...en fin, a seguir en el WADE...

Gimnasio familiar donde Alejandro, el dueño, siempre está atento a todo. Lleva años ofreciendo su tiempo y sus instalaciones a los alumnos del colegio de La Asunción para unas clases de Educación Física distintas. Tanto los alumnos, como el colegio y en especial yo como profesor, siempre muy contentos y agradecidos con sus clases y ofrecimiento. Muchas gracias Alejandro

Para mi el mejor gimnasio de los que he estado, clases tan profesionales y sin duda el mejor ambiente familiar... No sólo. Cuidas cuerpo también mente..y aquí está claro que la despejas.. Entre risas.. Etc.. Una gran familia. Me encanta.

Tijdens vakantie hier gesport. Het is klein maar er is alles wat je nodig hebt. Een dagpas kost 5 euro en dat is vergeleken met andere plekke veruit het goedkoopste. Prijs kwaliteit wat mij betreft echt perfect.
