Muy contento con mi kayak supernova FX y la atención d parte del vendedor fue increíble me explico q modelo elegir por mi peso y tamaño me ayudo hacer todo el proceso una excelente comunicación siempre q escribí me respondió y aclaro mis dudas ,recibí una gorra galaxy kayak d regalo el embalaje del kayak perfecto muy bien empacado y todo en orden me llegó a la isla d la Palma en solo 10 días seguiré comprando en galaxy kayak lo recomiendo muy fiable y gran calidad ahora a disfrutar d mi kayak

pues no entiendo a mi me an atendido perfectamente desde minuto 1 me rebajaron la sonda me regalaron 2 asientos bajos el precio de kayak pues igual que en todos lados no son caros muy contentos UN saludo

Les he comprado un kayak modelo Alborán, los acabados son muy buenos,el kayak en si está muy bien terminado, la calidad de los acabados son muy buenos, en cuanto el envío muy rápido y perfecto,el asesoramiento buenísimo y muy atentos, estoy muy agradecido.

I bought a SUP from here about 3 weeks ago on recommendation from a neighbour. Nautilus 11,8. The next day after use it had deflated. I called the store they said come by and we’ll have a look and they couldn’t find a fault. I explain also that it has become unstuck the foam the calmly say to me that I should have seen that problem before and commented it, now I’ve used it they can’t do anything. This SUP has cost 500€ plus the 50€ for the seat. I have been in the car for 6 hours during my holidays back forth between the store for this expensive SUP and on top of it all I ask them to repair it, it has been there 10 days so I call them to see how the repairs are going and they haven’t touched it. When I pass by to collect my unrepaired SUP they don’t offer any apology for any inconvenience or any explanation other than that they are busy, from what I understand it’s my fault for spending my 500€ in their shop and bad luck I got the Friday afternoon model from the factory. Very unhappy with the purchase 100% will not return and will not be recommending them to any friends or family.

Esta mañana día 16 de febrero he estado en este negocio y la atención ha sido nefasta. Brilla por su ausencia la amabilidad y la humildad. Te tratan con aires de superioridad, comparandose con el Corte Inglés (lavadoras)..... NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Stopped by on our Spain tour to pick up a kayak cover. Only the none transportable galaxy ones available. Chap in store thought for a minute and then offered us a busted sup that arrived damaged from supplier. And wow what a kayak cover it makes! Didn't even want any money for it. Excellent service.
