I found Gray Salt from Local Pest online and contacted them via WhatsApp. Within a few days, they came out to inspect the house, identified potential entry points, and began treatment. It took a couple of visits to locate the main entry point, which they then sealed. Since then, we’ve been on a 6-monthly service plan and haven’t had any issues since. What really sets this company apart is their 6-month guarantee. If anything comes up, you just send a quick message on WhatsApp and they’re back within a few days. They also give helpful advice on other pests, e.g. we had ants in the dishwasher and got some great tips on how to handle it. It’s a family-run business, and it genuinely feels good to support them. I couldn’t be more satisfied. My neighbour uses a different company and complains constantly - I wouldn’t switch, even if another service was cheaper.

Rang this company from recommendation from a friend and the response was fantastic. Sean called on visit one and fully explained the problem and how he would start to resolve it. On visit two with Sean on time again he explained the second visit procedure and finished everything to perfection and cleaned up after himself. Gray and the team came out to treat an infestation of bed bugs at my Dad's house. They took great pains to explain the necessary procedures beforehand, and were very clear as to exactly what they would need to do. They arrived on time every time, and the staff (particularly Owen) were extremely friendly, courteous and hard working. We know now what a complete pain these bed bugs are and just how difficult they are to eradicate, but Gray and the team were so thorough and went above and beyond to get the job done. They took great care with Dad's furniture and possessions despite the fact that they had to turn the place upside down! A friend of mine had a pest problem in his apartment but he was back in the UK, we called Local Pest, who explained what the process consisted of, the fees and number of visits required. The initial survey and treatment were undertaken, with a follow up visit planned 7 days later.
