This is a wonderful kennel run by very professional people. Fantastic location with lots of space for the dogs to play together. We were sent daily videos of our dog playing with his new friends for which we were grateful. Our dog was very happy to be there and we will definitely be going back. Thanks so much to everyone there for giving our dog Romeo such a great vacation!

El lugar tiene un encanto increíble, cada recinto es lindo y con mucho espacio para los perros, algunos hasta con piscicitas. Llegamos y estaba todo súper limpio no olía a perros ni nada, está muy cuidado y Steffi estaba maravillosa. Cada día he recibido vídeos de mis perros jugando con otros felices. Hemos estado más que tranquilos dejándolos allí. Lo súper recomiendo

Estoy encantada con Natural-Dogs, pero mi gordito mucho más, se le veía súper feliz, nunca lo había visto tan feliz en otras residencias, le han dado mucho cariño y todos los días me enviaban videos y fotos, sin duda los recomiendo, son muy profesionales y cercanos.

Lo recomiendo totalmente. Estuve buscando durante días un lugar adecuado donde dejar a mi mascota durante una semana. Lugar en el que no se sintiera estresado ni abandonado y pusiera entretenerse y divertirse. Lo encontré en Natural Dogs. Son fenomenales y tienes un seguimiento diario mediante vídeos y fotos.

He dejado mis 3 perros durante una semana y han estado muy bien cuidados y atendidos. A diario te envían videos y fotos cuando salen tanto a la zona de ejercicios como de recreo y puedes comprobar lo bien que se lo pasan. Las instalaciones son amplias y limpias y el personal muy profesional. Una de mis perras tiene un carácter algo difícil pero ya después del primer dia se notaba que estaba feliz allí.
En resumen, una experiencia plenamente satisfactoria.

We had a very complicated move from Benahavis, Spain back to the U.S…. We have 2 big dogs.. a German shepherd and a very old Rhodesian ridgeback. I had read reviews and placed phone calls worried who could handle our logistics without the dogs ending up on the other side of the planet etc.. my vet in Spain had clients who had used Premier Pet Travel and she highly recommended them. I’m so glad I chose them. Stuart specialized in the USA imports and they were based in Malaga… perfect.. he took time to explain different options, routes, pros and cons. He knew what he was talking about and had very good logic. They picked up our dogs and took them to their facility and we left.. they handled all the paperwork, flights, customs etc.. Stuart had to custom make 2 kennels due to the dogs large size. I was very concerned about my ridgeback making the trip safely.. she’s old and not in very good health. Stuart was in communication the entire time.. I was able to contact him anytime.. he sent photo updates.. we tracked them.. and they arrived safely in Miami! The kennel was clean and dry (so I know they got walked) and there was still food and water in their travel bowels. Both dogs looked great! He called Miami customs for me from Spain and cleared up some arrival confusion .. I can recommend this company and Stuart with full confidence… they provided an excellent service and…he’s quite the carpenter.. the kennel he made was sturdy, thick, and quite impressive.. nice job team!!!!

Premier Pet Travel helped us get our two cats from Spain to the USA! From pick up at our door, to arrange the vet visit to complete the paperwork, to pick up at the airport- they made the entire process so easy. They were super communicative and answered every question we had. We had no issue communicating in English. Their price was competitive and/or similar to other pet shipping businesses based out of Spain (that we received quotes from), but their investment in our cat’s wellbeing was superior. We also received photos/videos of our fur babies throughout the process. Moving across an ocean is stressful but with their help, it was made easy!

I honestly cannot recommend Premier Pet Travel enough. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing.

My partner and I decided to move from our home in Spain to Australia, and of course we wanted to bring our dog, Cookie, with us. We had no idea where to even start and were super nervous about flying him such a long way. Lucy and her team were incredible and they handled everything for us, answering all our questions and taking care of every detail.

Cookie ended up staying at their boarding facility for a few months while we traveled and got settled in Australia. They looked after him so well….he was happy, healthy, and clearly enjoyed his time there. They constantly kept us updated with photos, videos, and even FaceTime calls, which gave us so much peace of mind.

Cookie’s flight was originally scheduled for the day of the big power outage in Spain, which caused it to be cancelled. It was such a stressful situation, but the team handled it brilliantly. He had to stay a couple more weeks before the next available flight, and unbelievably, they didn’t even charge us for the extra boarding time.

When Cookie finally arrived in Australia, he looked so happy and healthy, and we couldn’t have been more grateful. Premier Pet Travel made the entire process smooth, stress free, and filled with genuine care.

Premier Pet Travel has been fabulous to work with. I was in contact with Lucy, getting all details prior to picking up Dex. They were able to come to Rota and get him for our upcoming move to Japan.
I received videos and picture updates while they had him boarded, until his flight date.
The day of, I recived many pictures,texts, and videos updating his progress.
I definitely recommend working with them. They made this part of our move less stressful and I am happy they took care of our baby!

Brilliant service. Stacey was there for me all the way. It made it so much easier to fly our little Miss Olive from Malaga to London. Stacey made the whole process stress free (post Brexit it’s now a lot of paperwork and money). Stacey was always quick to respond which meant we were able to get Miss Olive to London with just a week’s notice. Olive was post-op. José ha sido super amable y muy cariñoso con Dino. Todos los días me enviaba vídeos de Dino y doy fe de que ha estado en las mejores manos! Además la socialización con otros perros, las rutas de senderismo que organiza y el hecho de dedicarle tanto tiempo a los perros le viene genial!! Sin duda voy a volver a repetir !

We’re from the UK and have an apartment near Marbella. We drove down with our poodle, Ruby, after Xmas but knew we would have to leave her for a long weekend in January ’25 to attend a family event in Germany. We found Hogar Pets on the app Rover and having visited to introduce Ruby to Jose we were happy to leave her in his safe keeping for 5 days. We got videos and updates daily and it was clear that Ruby had settled in well and was enjoying her time with the other dogs under Jose’s care. Wir durften im Februar 2025 Ricardo in Empfang nehmen, welcher uns durch den Tierschutzverein Europa vermittelt wurde.
Ricardo heisst nun Diego, und ist wohl der tollste Hund der Welt! Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, aber unser Podenco ist wirklich gut an der Leine zu führen und war direkt schon stubenrein.

Unsere Tierärztin hat uns versichert, dass Diego bisher optimal versorgt wurde (Impfungen, gechipt, kastriert) und es sich um einen gesunden (2jährigen) Hund handelt.

Er hat sich ganz toll bei uns eingelebt und wir sind unendlich dankbar dafür, dass ihr ihn aus der Tötungsstation gerettet und fast zwei Jahre lang versorgt habt. Ihr und eure Freiwilligen habt tolle Arbeit geleistet. DANKE!

La atención es genial y te atienden personas que aman a los animales.
Te hacen un seguimiento por un pequeño periodo de tiempo para asegurarse de que todo vaya bien con el gatito.
Tuvimos que pagar 160€ para adoptar al gatito pero esto incluye la castración y todas las vacunas. En un veterinario esto te va a costar mucho más.
Estoy muy agradecido con ellos por darnos la oportunidad de sumar a un peludito a nuestra familia 🙂

Hemos adoptado a dos gatitas, una en enero y otra en abril. Desde un primer momento nos han atendido muy bien, explicándonos en cada momento todo lo que necesitábamos saber, nos han aconsejado estupendamente y nos han realizado un seguimiento durante un tiempo por si teníamos dudas acerca de los animales o de sus cuidados. Las gatitas estaban sanas, vacunadas y castradas, solo tuvimos que pagar 150€ por cada una, lo cual me parece barato porque solo una castración en cualquier veterinario hubiese superado ese precio.
La verdad es que es la mejor decisión que hemos tomado y estamos súper encantados con nuestras gatitas. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

He adoptado un gatito para que mi gato se sienta más acompañado. En mi caso, me atendió Lorena y me acompañó durante todo el proceso de adopción y adaptación de mi gato a su nueva hermanita. Todo el proceso fue rápido, Me informaron bien y me respondían al momento. La atención de 10, Y me gusta que sean estrictos a la hora de adoptar, porque se asegura de que las criaturas van a familias buenas. Kuromi ahora está feliz con su nueva hermana Kitty ☺️

Bastante mal…me interesé por una perrita enferma q nadie quería adoptar. La persona q me atendió me informó de todos cuidados q necesitaba, le dije q estaba dispuesta a todo por la perrita. Que solo me dijera si era apta para gatos, ya que tengo uno, no me volvió a escribir. Y eso es q o no era apta o no quería dármela…nunca lo sabré. Pues ese animalito se ha perdido a una persona q siempre ha cuidado de sus perros enfermos como nadie. En fin…ellos sabrán…

Quería compartir lo agradecida que estoy con la protectora de Málaga porque gracias a ellos adopté a Lilith, mi gatita, y la verdad es que me facilitaron todo desde el primer momento. Son súper atentos, te ayudan en todo y se nota que les importa de verdad el bienestar de los animales. Lilith llegó a casa sana, feliz y con todo lo que necesitaba gracias a ellos. Hadleigh is a second dad to our dogs. He has so much experience and control over our big dogs especially . They only like a few people and Hadleigh is certainly one of them. He has taken them numerous times to the uk , with a smooth and professional service always , Thank you for always looking after them and taking them on exciting walks with the rest of your pack ! I cannot recommend Hadleigh and his team highly enough. There is no one else I would entrust my Betsy with. She goes once a week to daycare and the pick up drop off service is so convenient. She also stays there when we are away and it is her home from home. No kennels or cages. She enjoys all the comforts of home. The photos and videos they send are so reassuring and make it easier when you are away from your pet, as you can see how happy they are. We would be lost without Halcyon. Thanks guys.

We are very satisfied about the services of Halcyon. They pick up our dogs, make a nice walk and afterwards the dogs stay at their house and grounds. There they can play or sleep. At the end of the day they are brought back home. The dogs like to go and are always happy there.

Our boy, Harry Belafonte, is benefiting so much and is so excited every time he has his walks with Halcyon. We see him grinning from ear to ear in the photos and videos they send us. It’s the best thing we ever did for him. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Hadleigh and his team are fantastic. They helped to socialize my very nervous Cockapoo to become a wonderful socialized dog. Coco has also boarded with them and they looked after her beautifully. I highly recommend Hadleigh and his team.

Halcyon have cared for our 3 dogs for a couple of years and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Hadley even took our Daschund to the vet when she became paralysed whilst at day care. Clare and Will couldn’t be more accommodating. Thanks to Halcyon we get one free day a week to do all the things we can’t do with the dogs.

Gran residencia canina dirigida por Stefan. Llevo al menos 4 años contando con él para dejar a mis dos perras ( Maya y Lola) y se que es garantía y tranquilidad para mi. Tienen amplios espacios para correr y jugar con otros perros y nunca están en cheniles pequeños como en la mayoría de residencias, y eso es algo que valoro mucho porque siempre llegan contentas y cansadas de tanto jugar. Además te envía fotos y videos para que puedas estar tranquilo mientras no tienes a tus peludos.

Mi Rottweiler Rocky estaba feliz! Steffan y su esposa son muy amables. 100% recomendable. Rocky regresa para las proxima vacaciones!

El lugar perfecto para dejar a tus mascotas porque es un hogar. Mi perro Tucker es muy apegado a nosotros y cada vez que le dejábamos en un hotel canino lloraba mucho. La mejor muestra es que cada día que me acercaba a Raico Mascotas tiraba de la cuerda porque quería llegar cuanto antes. Y al separarme de mi ni un llanto. Yo la primera vez que dejé mi perra con el , nunca la había dejado con nadie en 10 años, ni tenía pensado dejarla con nadie que no sea mi madre… cuando no había más remedio y teníamos que encontrar a alguien para cuidar mi perra durante unas semanas la dejamos con Jesús. Tenía un buen sentimiento con el desde el principio 🙂 El trata todos los perros como si fueran suyos, los pasea más que nadie , los lleva a la playa , incluso la mía la llevo a nadar , porque le encanta nadar a mi perra.

Sitio excelente para trabajar. Por mis funciones del día a día, paso mucho tiempo en la calle y ayer mismo tuve que enviar una documentación urgente con planos incluidos (archivos con fornatos muy pesados que no pueden ser compartidos correctamente desde el móvil). Sinceramente, el sitio está bastante bien con una conexión a internet rápida. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el trato dado por el personal.

Empezamos a trabajar con Sarah hace un mes ya que tenemos una cachorra de Pastor Alemán de trabajo y después de varias clases y sus pautas el cambio en nuestra cachorra ha sido impresionante, así como las veces que la hemos dejado en la residencia.

Es la segunda vez que llevo a mis perros. A pesar de vivir Sarah a 1 hora de distancia, no me lo pienso. Mis perros son muy importantes para mi y no se los confiaría a nadie mas que a ella. Es la mejor residencia que he conocido. Se nota que adoran a los animales, desde el primer momento mis perros se han sentido como en casa. Tienen una parcela inmensa para que corran y jueguen durante el día.
Me mandaron todos los días fotos y vídeos de los perros y un mensaje informándome de cómo se sentían y que comían.
Sin duda la mejor residencia de animales de toda Andalucía!!!!!

Hemos dejado por una semana a nuestra perrita con Sarah. . Llegamos donde Sarah aún con dudas porque no la conocíamos. Pero que satisfacción ver fotos y vídeos que nos mandó de nuestra perrita durante esa semana. Le ha dado cariño, atención y los cuidados que tanto buscábamos para nuestra perrita. Sin duda la.proxima la volveremos a dejar allí. La ventaja que tiene pocos perros y que se le nota el amor por ellos. La recomiendo 100%

Hemos dejado esta semana a nuestros dos niños. La verdad que estabamos angustiados porque era la primera vez que nos separabamos de ellos y ningun sitio nos daba la confianza suficiente.
Mediante un amigo nos recomendó a Sarah y sinceramente no me extraña, simplemente con ver lo felices que han estado nuestros pequeños durante toda la semana no hay precio que lo compre.
Ha estado durante todos los dias informandonos mediante fotos o mensaje y de verdad estabamos encantados de habernos dado la seguridad de saber que los hemos dejado en buenisimas manos.
Tambien decir que Sarah es estupenda, super simpatica y se le ve que es una chica como yo. Que ama locamente a sus dos pequeños.
Sin duda si volvemos a viajar, no dudaremos en poner a nuestros perrillos en sus manos.

Recientemente llevé a mi perro y tengo que decir que quedé impresionado con el trato que recibió. Desde el momento en que entramos, nos recibieron con una sonrisa. Los trabajadores parecían amar de verdad a los perros y estaban más que dispuestos a responder cualquier pregunta que tuviera.

La residencia en sí estaba genial, con una amplia zona de juegos al aire libre y un área de descanso cómoda para los perros. Mi perro se adaptó rápidamente y disfrutó mucho su tiempo allí gracias a las actividades divertidas y a la atención personalizada que recibió. Además, me gustó mucho recibir actualizaciones regulares sobre cómo estaba y cómo se comportaba.

En resumen, estoy muy satisfecho con la residencia canina y la recomendaría sin duda a cualquiera que busque un lugar seguro y amigable para su amigo canino.

Dejamos a nuestra perra la semana pasada para irnos de vacaciones. Sarah nos enviaba vídeos todos los días y estábamos muy tranquilos sabiendo que estaba en buenas manos. Nos queda un poco lejos de casa pero cuando nos haga falta tenemos claro con quien dejar a nuestra perra

Segunda vez que lo llevo y mi perro está encantado. Trato muy profesional, incluso me ha mandado fotos y vídeos de el todos los días.
