Restaurante MIMO Vegan

Delicious food!! Supper recommended. Everything is vegan, and they work with season items so the menu changes. The nigiri sandwich and the zetas sushi were definitely my favorites but everything was really good. The picture is from the pasta plate that was besides tasty, lovely arranged. The store is quite spacious and the staff friendly. They are facing a main road quite noisy but still managed to keep the vibe.

Incroyable découverte ! Restaurant très beau qui sert une cuisine délicieuse. Les plats étaient bien dressés et très bon, nous nous sommes régalés. Merci beaucoup à la personne qui s’est occupée de nous (une jeune fille brune), qui a pris toute notre commande en français. Elle nous a même aiguillé sur nos choix. Tout le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Je recommande fortement, allez-y les yeux fermés ☺️

Unser Besuch bei MIMO war hervorragend. Der Kellner war sehr bemüht, freundlich und hat uns alle Gerichte genau erklärt. Optisch sowie geschmacklich waren die Speisen ausgezeichnet, weswegen ich sehr gut nachvollziehen kann, dass für spanische Verhältnisse die Gerichte etwas teurer sind. Das Restaurant würde ich allen empfehlen, egal ob man sich vegan ernährt oder auch nicht.

Ich habe Zöliakie und ernähre mich auch zusätzlich vegan. Dieser Ort ist ein Traum! Alles glutenfrei und vegan. Ich habe noch NIE so gut gegessen in einem Restaurant. Wir waren in den Ferien jeden Tag da! Es war fantastisch. Vieleb Dank!

Mimo Vegan es un rincón imprescindible para quienes buscan una experiencia gastronómica vegana innovadora en Málaga. Desde el primer momento, el ambiente acogedor y el servicio atento hacen que te sientas bienvenido. La presentación de los platos es espectacular, con una gran atención al detalle. Probamos varias opciones, y todas sorprendieron por su sabor y creatividad. Destacamos: Entrante de sushi vegano: Pequeñas joyas cubiertas de sésamo y microbrotes, con un equilibrio perfecto entre texturas y sabores. Arroz: Un plato lleno de umami, con una mezcla armoniosa de ingredientes y una espuma vibrante que aporta un toque de frescura. Hamburguesa vegana: Bien condimentada y jugosa, con una combinación de ingredientes que la hace realmente sabrosa. Acompañada de patatas rústicas y una salsa colorida que realza el conjunto. En definitiva, Mimo Vegan es una apuesta segura para disfrutar de la gastronomía vegetal con platos bien elaborados y un servicio atento. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos.

I’ve been traveling for 4 weeks. This is the best vegan food I’ve had so far. Fresh. Delicious! The bao and the papas were absolutely exceptional. I had left over sauce and got bread to dip - I was in heaven with the flavour and texture of the bread. Good people, good service too. If you’re considering eating here, you can’t go wrong!!

Most delicious food I’ve had on my trip in Spain so far. It is packed with flavour and innovation! Their papas de boscos or forest potatoes and banana ice cream are a must-try. Fun ambience too!
