We have since had a sales director from HomeCare contact us asking us to remove this review as they think it’s unfair on them, as it should be a reflection of the Owners issues not them the apartment management company who “clean” the apartment. Now I have no access to the owners to discuss the age and condition of their apartment furniture, BUT, HomeCare REALLY….
REALLY who cleans the apartment Stevie Wonder?? Do you not do a periodic check of your estate? Does your cleaners not log photos with the office of things that need a deep clean or replaced? So far no one has wanted to talk to me around the state of this place HomeCare don’t want reviews like this being made public….well it’s not rocket science. I would never in a million years have spent my money on this apartment as it literally made our skin crawl, but hey HomeCare think it’s unfair on them eh?? Check out all these photos and read the last 2 and you decide if this company looks as if they did there job correctly, or ruined a holiday?
So we are home almost 3 weeks and again Home Care have sent another email asking me to take down my review as they think it’s unfair……look at the photos if you think it’s unfair. For transparency, here is exactly what they’ve sent.-
We have received your Google review based on your stay and firstly I want to apologise for your experience. I sincerely apologise that the apartment was not up to expectations and I do hope you were able to enjoy your visit to the Costa del Sol.
All of the properties that we manage are privately owned and whilst we pass on all feedback to the owners and make strong recommendations, through guest feedback and frequent inspections, to improve the quality of experience for the guest, we don’t receive any payment for the booking and therefore cannot insist on these changes.
As the keyholder and management company, we strive to ensure our guests have the best experience by being responsive hosts and doing our utmost to ensure all issues are resolved.
I completely understand your frustrations and we take them very seriously but the review you have left is a reflection on the property and its owner rather than our services. We work extremely hard to build up good reviews through friendly and reliable customer service and we would appreciate it if the review left on our Google business page could reflect the service you received from our team and the review of the property would be more valuable for potential guests if left on the Novasol property page.

Apartment was clean when we got there and as we were there 2 weeks had another good clean/fresh towels/bedding etc halfway through.
No issues with using the company again-very friendly, good communication and nice property at a decent price.
Only issue was stank of cigarette smoke thanks,I assume, to the previous tenant but apart from fining him nothing much they could do about it!!
Did need a car to get about as good 30 minute into La Cala itself but as we were golfing we had one anyway.
Only other “minor” downside to the property was the lack of sun on the lovely , large terrace because of the way the property faced but with 3 separate swimming pools in the grounds you could find the sun if you wished.
This time we did have some problems with our house, but Eleanor and her colleagues were right on the job, and sorted all the issues within a couple of days.
This is really important when you are on holiday with your family, and we really must commend them most highly.
They listened, then actually fixed all the problems, without treating us as a nuisance which we have experienced with other holiday agencies not too far away.

Nosotros alquilamos uno en alta loma a través de ma web y fue penoso.
Apartamento en fatal estado. Sucio, con hormigas, cucarachas, hamacas rotas, tapa wc rota, bombillas fundidas….etc…reclame el mismo dia y solo te dan largas. Vinieron después de tanto insistir una persona de mantenimiento que solo hablaba inglés y esto estando en Malaga…increíble! Con lo cual no pude decirle que deficiencias habían…al final apareció un fumigador de la zona que vio claro el problema. Pero no podrían hacerlo hasta que nos fuéramos. Tampoco nos dieron la opción de reubicarnos en otro apartamento. No podíamos tener nada de comida fuera de la nevera, porque las hormigas lo invadían todo. Y esto con críos pequeños es un gran problema a la hora de las comidas. El dinero extra que tuvimos que gastar en comidas fuera cuando no era la intención. De ser así hubiéramos cojido un hotel. De momento…Denuncia a la agencia por la semana que pasemos tan horrible. Mi peor experiencia en unas vacaciones. Jamás volveré a contratar nada con esta pésima agencia. No quedan para enseñarte el apartamento, tienes que recoger las llaves en su oficina. Y cuando lo dejas llevarlas. Nadie revisa el apartamento antes de entregarlo, bueno si…solo el personal de limpieza que en 1 hora te lo dejan, vamos…os podéis imaginar. El aire acondicionado hace un ruido horrible que ni se puede dormir. Con obras en verano justo encima de la piscina y sin señalizar. Muy peligroso para la gente que utiliza la piscina. NO RECOMIENDO NADA ESTA AGENCIA. Pongo fotos para que veáis ustedes mismos

Sobre las anteriores sesiones, 3/4 de lo mismo. 20 minutos de espera cada día, un rato con electroestimulador, y alguna otra máquina/masaje. En ningún momento me han preguntado por la mejoría/empeoramiento.
Tras revisar la evolución con otro traumatólogo, me ha indicado que ese tratamiento no está indicado para mi etapa del proceso y que si no se avanza en movilizar la zona, corro el riesgo de cronificar la tendinopatía de la que sufro.
En resumen, una pérdida absoluta de dinero y tiempo.
Otro punto a su favor es que tienen un amplio horario y no hacen esperar más de 5 minutos para ser atendido.
Desde hace unas semanas me está tratando Alejandro, un gran profesional, además de ser muy amable y estar siempre pendiente de cómo voy evolucionado. Muchas gracias por todo.

El mejor centro de toda Málaga.
Grandes profesiones y trato muy cercano. En este caso tenía un dolor muy acentuado en la pierna izquierda y venía de varios centros de rehabilitación de toda Málaga y no se me quitaba, ha llegado Paco y el dolor ha desaparecido en varias sesiones.

Todo el proceso lo realicé de forma online, y estuve durante un año en manos de Felipe, quien fue un apoyo fundamental. Su trato cercano, cariñoso y profesional hizo toda la diferencia.
