Muy mala experiencia por parte del personal en concreto con uno de los cerrajeros que vino a ponerme el bombín nuevo de la puerta de mi casa, ya que hubo muy mal trato por parte de él hacia mi. Me trató con prepotencia, con superioridad y como si fuera estúpida. Tuve algunas dudas que quise preguntarle y él en vez de explicármelas con paciencia y buen trato me hizo sentir como sí él fuera mejor que yo por no desconocer su trabajo, cuando él lleva 40 años (como bien me dijo) trabajando y yo no tengo por qué saber acerca de llaves ni cerraduras. Además ya al final como si fuera poco, al pagarle que me tenía que devolver el cambio, fue él el que me llamo borde después de todo lo que me hizo sentir.

Me han arreglado varias cosas y joy los llamé porque tengo una puerta de codigo que no me funciona. Cuando vino resulta que tardo 1 minuto en arreglarla y no me quisieron vobrar ni desplazamiento. Tal y como estan las cosas hoy en dia da gusto toparse con gente tan honrada a la hora de trabajar!

Todo muy bien. Pedí presupuesto, me lo dieron al día siguiente y después me cambiaron la cerradura cuando mejor me venía y en 15 minutos. Muy recomendables.

Absolutely appalling treatment in this shop. They destroyed my car remote during a simple battery change, threw it back at me and walked away. when I complained they berated me for not speaking Spanish and claimed the remote was already broken. My car won’t start without the remote so I couldn’t have driven there if that were true. They finally admitted they had broken it. Spent an hour messing with it and failed to fix it. They claimed that the light may be broken and it may still work. I went to the carpark to try it and it didn’t work. When I got back to the shop it was closed. I had to call a recovery service to get the car to the main dealer. A new remote will cost €140. Avoid these awful people. What a disgusting way to treat customers. I will be taking things further.

We’re incredibly happy with our newly installed security shutter from Security of Spain. From the very first contact, the service was professional and trustworthy. I got quotes from three different companies, and although the price was slightly higher with Security of Spain, Darren’s professionalism and clear expertise made the decision an easy one.

The installation was completed smoothly last Wednesday, and everything looked great. Today, just a few days later, we ran into a minor issue – but Darren was on site within an hour and got everything calibrated perfectly. We needed a new door handle and lock for for our up and over garage door ( installed 1990!) and were unable to locate a new one anywhere here on the coast (too old fashioned we were told!). Security of Spain sourced it and it was fitted today . The engineer (Darren ) was prompt and knowledgeable, and we are extremely grateful to have our house fully secure again. Mustn’t forget to mention the very friendly staff who communicated with us over this problem too . We highly recommend this company for an excellent service all round.

We called Security of Spain to arrange the fitting of some extra window locks and their service was excellent. They sent pictures of different options and quickly arranged a visit to discuss our requirements. When Daren arrived we were quickly able to agree what was needed and he booked us for a fitting the next day, so the service was very prompt and efficient and Daren was great to deal with.

We recently renovated our house and we’re in need of a toldo for our garden area.

From the initial contact with Daren and the team we were very happy with the price and timescale promised.

We needed new scissor security gates for our apartment and we were recommended Security of Spain by a friend . They were amazing ! I love that we could communicate by WhatsApp or email or by phone .We arranged for a quote to be done Daren came round the exact time he said (which is unusual in Spain) and gave us very informative advice on what would be best for our needs . He measured up and we got the quote back the same day . We paid a deposit , the gates were manufactured and within a few weeks they were ready for fitting . They were fitted in a few hours and instructions were given as to how to work them .
All very easy and great service . No hassle . I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs advice on security. Thank you so much .

I booked an appointment with Oran to change some locks at my grandfather’s house, doors that hadn’t been opened for years! He was punctual and polite. He got the job done quickly and at a very good price. 100% would call in case of an emergency!

V professional. Kept to excellent time keeping and did a job that other local locksmiths said was impossible without correct tools! He came looked at lock and persevered and in less than 20mins the lock was opened. Extremly delighted and would recommend 100%.
