Eindeutig bester Service dieser Art in Málaga! Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Stellen, gibt es hier IMMER einen Mitarbeiter, der auf die Sachen aufpasst und dir Auskunft geben kann. Die Mädels sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sprechen gut englisch. Die Räume sind weiträumig und sauber. Es gibt nicht nur Schließfächer, sondern auch einen großen Abstellraum. Die Lage ist genial. Unweit von der Markthalle und des historischen Zentrums von Málaga, nur ein paar Schritte von der Bahnhaltestelle Linie C1 entfernt. Perfekt also, wenn du danach zum Flughafen mit der Bahn fahren möchtest. Die Preise sind sehr fair - für einen mittelgroßen Schließfach, wo ein Rücksack passt, zahlt man 4€ für den ganzen Tag. Solche Preise wirst du nirgendwo in Málaga mehr finden. Mit Abstand das Beste was wir in Málaga bisher gefunden haben.

The ladies here were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took time to explain the town and the near by attractions and guided us perfectly to where we wanted to visit. The cost was extremely affordable but overall the customer service was priceless. What an absolute joy it was doing business with them. Very much recommend.

¡Súper recomendados! La atención fue excelente y muy rápida. Dejé mi mochila con ellos y todo fue súper fácil y seguro. El precio es bastante económico, mucho mejor que en otros lugares que vi. Lo mejor de todo es que están físicamente en el lugar, así que uno se queda tranquilo sabiendo que las cosas están bien cuidadas. Cien por cien confiables. ¡Los volvería a elegir sin dudar!

Tutto perfetto, il personale è gentilissimo e la proprietaria ti aiuta per qualsiasi necessità. Hanno anche un bagno di servizio che è una cosa molto utile. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Di meglio non c’è. Inoltre è a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione per il treno C1- da e per l’aeroporto è praticamente a 10 min a piedi dal centro città.

My luggage is securely protected, even when I'm away for long periods. The lockers are clean and tidy, and the whole area looks neat and hygienic - which inspires confidence. Availability, Capacity & Value for money (1 out of 1 star): The selection of lockers in different sizes is large, so I can always find a suitable option - regardless of whether I only need to store a small bag or larger luggage. The self-explanatory system and the support of the helpful staff make the process quick and stress-free. I was particularly impressed by the low price of €4/day for a size S bag, which is a real bargain compared to the competition. Staff (1 out of 1 star): The friendly team on site takes the experience to a new level. Unlike with anonymous systems, I am actively supported at "Lock And Relax". The Italian staff member from today's lunch shift (on 28/12/2024), was extremely helpful and created a pleasant atmosphere - it definitely made my day. Location & Accessibility (1 out of 1 star): At only a 15 minute walk from Málaga Central Station, the location is unbeatable.I was able to conveniently drop off my luggage and head straight to my other destinations.A clear plus point for me! Additional services and flexibility (1 out of 1 star): The option to book a locker online in advance would be a real gamechanger for me for future trips. I was also impressed by the option to reserve a rental car in advance - this saves time and makes my travel planning more flexible.There is even a clean toilet available, which is a nice added convenience. Conclusion (5 out of 5 stars): "Lock And Relax" impresses across the board with a perfect combination of central location, reasonable prices and friendly service. A safe and comfortable place to store my luggage and enjoy a stress-free trip - highly recommended!

A great place to leave your luggage in a good location not far from the port bus station or the main bus/train station. It has the added peace of mind that there is someone on the desk, and not just an automated lock up. The staff were really lovely too, very helpful. Plus, there is a toilet you can use before you head off. All at no extra cost. Perfect.
