A través de whatsapp había concertado una recogida. La reserva la hicimos el 13/02/25 para un servicio el día 21/02/25. Era a las 6:20 de la mañana y quería tener asegurado un vehículo que me transportara a la estación de tren con seguridad. El día de antes (20/02/25) volví a escribir por whatsapp y me indicaron que el taxi estaría a la hora concertada en el lugar indicado. Que 10 minutos antes se podría en contacto conmigo el taxista por teléfono.
A la hora convenida NO se presentó el taxi. Llamé al número de teléfono que tenía pero no lo cogieron. Tuve que irme de forma apresurada por otros medios a la estación.
Les escribí un whatsapp diciendo que no había venido el taxista y no tuvieron ni la deferencia de contestar.

Hice una reserva para unos familiares con recogida en el aeropuerto de Málaga para llevarlos a Sevilla. A la semana siguiente, también realizaron el servicio de regreso desde Sevilla al aeropuerto. We use this taxi to get from our accommodations in Malaga Central down Torremolinos. They were extremely accommodating as we did not have any of the apps that they like to book on. We used the phone and then somebody called us back in English. The place we were going to had forgotten to advertise the street number and she was able to figure it out for us, very pleasant young lady I would definitely recommend using this company.

Used this from my accommodation to the airport. All went well and as far as the ride goes I can’t complain. The driver couldn’t speak English but I got by with some broken Spanish. They are rather expensive though, the driver arrived early, I was not informed and the meter was running so got charged for this time. Lo solicito de nuevo por la app ( que te dicen que es lo más rápido o por WhatsApp.

Una auténtica vergüenza de cooperativa. Te ROBAN literalmente el dinero. Empiezan a contar el taxímetro desde que solicitas el servicio por teléfono , cobrándote el desplazamiento desde donde este el taxi hasta la dirección de recogida haciéndote un cobro indebido muy superior al que deberían cobrarte cuando eso es ILEGAL en todo el país. We booked 3 trips with MalagaTransfer.co.uk one from Malaga Airport to Estepona and 2 back at different times a week later. The price was excellent compared to other online quotes. All three drivers arrived at the pick up points on time. The first one Jose Manuel sent me a message the day before then again when he arrived at the airport. The vehicles were excellent. Great service would recommend. Only one slight criticism was that it was overly difficult to book the separate return journeys but this problem was dealt with and not significant enough to reduce the rating in my opinion.

La cuestión es que estuvimos dos horas esperando en el aeropuerto, con planes para aprovechar bien el tiempo en Londres que no pudimos llevar a cabo. El conductor en todo el tiempo fue muy amable, pero no me gustó nada este caos en la planificación y que la empresa no escribiera disculpándose, ya que el servicio no se cumplió. Hi. This wasn’t a great transfer. There wasn’t a car waiting for us and we spent 40 minutes standing around until he arrived. His first day was the reason given, but that’s a company issue, not the driver’s.
They were all friendly and apologetic. But that doesn’t change the delay. The driver couldn’t find the hotel, drove like a maniac, and took several wrong turns. Not a great experience and not one I’m likely to repeat for the price.

Fran es un taxista muy simpático al que acudo siempre que no puedo conducir ( tuve un esguince importante en un tobillo y apenas me puedo mover) y me lleva y trae de la clínica siempre con una sonrisa y buena conversación. Otra cosa importante es que si Fran no está disponible, él mismo busca a otro compañero para que haga el servicio, por lo que facilita mucho la vida al cliente. Lo recomiendo, claro que sí.

Entiendo lo que comenta, y tiene razón, pero para los que no somos usuarios habituales debería haber más señales de información explicando bien los horarios y teléfonos. Es increíble que siempre de las 13:00 a las 15:00 no haya ningún taxi la parada siempre es lo mismo nunca hay taxis cuando se necesitan de verdad a ver si mejoramos un poquito más y ponemos más taxis.

No recomiendo a un taxista que no sepa en dónde queda un centro comercial.
Ni tampoco que no sepa si está abierto o cerrado cuando nos lleva a ese.
Tras cobrarnos 17,17€ el centro comercial está cerrado, y así tan tranquilo nos dejó allí con 30 grados en pleno medio día con una bebé y una anciana.

Con un bebé de 2 meses me han tenido 45 min al sol esperando un taxi… me pasaban de un conductor a otro todo el rato y luego me cancelaban… así sin tener respuesta ni facilidades. A la última ya conseguí uno con la consecuencia de llegar tarde al destino… las excusas algunas veces no son creíbles, pero ya se que no tenemos que coger ninguno más de esta empresa.

Fatal… cada vez peor… tardé muchísimo en conseguir línea, a las 14:26 me asignaron taxi pero nunca llegaba y después de varias llamadas preguntando tuve que cancelar a las 15:01 sin tener noticias (porque me daba cosa dejar tirado a quien fuera sin avisar) y coger un cabify. Lo peor es que pasaron varios taxis libres que no me recogían porque me decían que “ya había pedido uno y debía venir de camino” .

14.00 mi marido llama para pedir taxi y le dicen que va de camino. 10 minutos después vuelve a llamar y le dicen que no han conseguido contactar con ninguno, que si sigue interesado. 20 minutos después vuelve a llamar y le dicen que siguen buscando. Tras 45 minutos llamó para cancelar la solicitud. Luego protestan los taxis si hay que echar mano de otros….y eso que yo no tengo ninguna app de vehículos con conductor, pero me instalo una ahora mismo

Pido un taxi a las 19.45h pq no llegaba a un concierto que empezaba a las 20.30h [con la idea de poder llegar a la puerta del teatro]. Me dicen que viene de camino. Mientras espero una señora llama a unitaxi y la recogen antes que a mi. Vuelvo a llamar sobre las 20.00h y me dicen que aún nadie ha cogido mi petición que siga esperando. Le digo que necesito llegar antes de las 20.30h que si no me puede garantizar que llegue y me dice que no, que siga esperando que no hay taxi. Le digo que ok.

Servicio pésimo.
En una parada de Taxis como la del Materno…Nunca hay taxis.
Lor propios taxistas usan su zona de vado como aparcamiento particular para sus propias gestiones, siempre con la luz en off.
Hoy pésimo Servicio al llamar:7 minutos de espera, más de 4€ nada más subir al taxi ( pq a saber de donde venia)…y un trabajador que, al indicarle que estaba tomando el camino más largo a destino ha parado el taxi amenazando con que nos bajaramos…además de tener un trato antipático y borde.
Insisto: el camino tomado es más largo del habitual.. ( incluso indicaciones de Google indican otro como el mejot) y claro intento de cobrar más por ko hablar de la falta de respeto al cliente.
Sin duda, Ante la duda un VTC…gracias a ellos Ya no hay que aguantar las insolvencias e intentos de estafa de algunos taxistas .
