Wir haben über die Website im Voraus eine Taxi-Anfrage für Nachts zum Flughafen gestellt – eine Minute darauf kam direkt die Bestätigungsmail mit Preisangabe, freundliche Kommunikation und es hat dann auch alles perfekt geklappt! Nach wenigen Minuten kam die Auftragsbestätigung mit dem Fahrpreis per Email. Das Taxi war dann mehr als pünktlich da, und der Fahrer hat uns souverän an unser Ziel chauffiert.

Einfache, schnelle Buchung und alles super gelaufen. Wir waren als Gruppe mit 10 Personen und 14 Koffern unterwegs. Fahrer war top.
Transfer war sowohl vom Flughafen zum Hotel, als auch vom Hotel zum Flughafen pünktlich. Beim Hinflug wird der Flug verfolgt, sodass man sich bei Verspätung des Fluges keinen Stress machen muss, der Transfer passt sich dann an. Der Mercedes Sprinter war in einem guten Zustand. Jeder hatte einen Sitzplatz mit Sicherheitsgurt.
1 Stern Abzug für:
– Der Transfer hat bei mir vor dem Flughafen (Fuerteventura) auf den Bushaltestellen gestanden, leider kein Fahrer mit einem Schild (Namen) in der Flughafenhalle. War zwar auch relativ einfach zu finden, aber lieber bitte mit Schild in der Halle empfangen.
– Die Klima im Sprinter hat nicht wirklich geholfen. Im kleinen Bus war es schon heiß (Fuerteventura Like eben)

Wir hatten bei Solhop einen Transfer für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind vom Flughafen Palma nach Alcudia gebucht und sind absolut begeistert gewesen. Die Buchung war einfach und die Kontaktaufnahme zu den Fahrern super organisiert. Beeindruckend war die Pünktlichkeit und die angenehme Fahrt der freundlichen Fahrern in den großen gepflegten Fahrzeugen. Für unser Enkelkind war sowohl eine Sitzerhöhung oder Kindersitz zur Auswahl dabei. Unternehmen ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Man bucht die gewünschte Strecke und zahlt jeweils beim Taxifahrer die festgelegte Summe (Preise sehr moderat), die vertraglich vereinbart wurde. 24 Stunden vor der Fahrt bekommt man die Telefonnummer des jeweiligen Taxifahrers (nur für den Notfall). Der jeweilige Fahrer (Hin- und Rückfahrt jeweils ein anderer) war auf die Minute pünktlich. Beide sehr freundlich. Große, moderne und gepflegte Autos. Alles sehr professionell. Sehr, sehr gerne wieder. Bin von Solhop begeistert. Bin im Juli 2025 von Malaga nach Almunecar (ca. 85 km) und zurück gefahren. Top!!!

Llegamos el lunes 4 de agosto por la noche…el tren tuvo 4 horas de retraso, estábamos muy cansados y aunque de la estación al apartamento no había mucho trayecto andando, decidimos cojer un taxi, el cual nos dio una vuelta de 15 minutos cuando el trayecto no era ni 5 minutos. Lástima de nuestra parte, no cojer el n. De taxi, estábamos extenuado, otra vez no nos pasa, eso seguro.

Spain hates tourists and thats the motto. More than an hour and two rescheduled rides still a no show in 30C+ heat with children. App does not work and the WhatsApp service is ONLY in Spanish no other European Language. Call center hangs up when you ask if they speak any other languages. Not recommended.

En later weer keurig op tijd voor de deur opgepikt door beiden keren een hele vriendelijke chauffeur.
Gewoon via whatsapp de afspraak gemaakt, ook dit is zeer netjes gegaan, echt top service!
Daarnaast bleek de terugreis nog iets goedkoper dan de heenreis, omdat we dus een paar dagen van tevoren al met hun hadden gereden. Echt heel tevreden!

Our destination was over a 100 kms away and it worked out at about 1 euro per kilometre so the prices are reasonable. It was easy to book the taxi on WhatsApp before we got to Malaga. Five stars in short.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable journey from Malaga Airport on Saturday 5th July. Our driver, Sebastian, was welcoming, courteous and a credit to Malaga Transfers. He was waiting for us outside the arrivals hall with our name on a board and was smartly dressed with the distinctive orange tie. He looked after my mother who appreciated the assistance and was extremely kind to myself and my daughter. He helped us with our luggage and brought the car to us, which was so thoughtful. He spoke to us in fluent English and drove the beautiful taxi smoothly, delivering us to our destination in no time at all.
We have used Malaga Transfers for many years and we will continue to recommend them to family and friends as their service is second to none.
Pick up driver was already waiting, even though the flight landed early and luggage came out in record time. Car was a luxury Lexus, very clean….driver was polite and friendly and the drive was comfortable and within speed limits. It would be useful if the drivers held a clear sign that said ‘Malaga Transfers’ to make it easy to see amongst the crowd of drivers, all with pieces of white paper with names scribbled on them.

Our flight was delayed by nearly two hours, and with three kids in tow (including a tired 4-year-old!), I was starting to panic that no one would be there to meet us at the airport — especially as we didn’t land until around 1am.
But as soon as we walked out, there they were, ready and waiting with a smile and even the car seat already installed for our youngest. I instantly felt at ease knowing we were in safe hands. The journey to the hotel was smooth, safe, and stress-free — just what we needed after a long day of travel.

I have been using Malaga transfer regularly and at certain occasions the services is just not there as the team misses collaboration and communication skills to meet the guest’s expectations.
With the last trip, I specifically requested that the driver enters the community where I live because I had 3 very heavy pieces of luggage and I didn’t want to carry / pull them all the way to the gate.
When I was on the way to the car, the coordinator called me where I am and when I said on the way and looking for the car as it was supposed to be at the parking lot, he gave me an attitude and used a lame excuse that they need a security clearance to enter the community. The security guard was sitting right there and could’ve opened the gate without any issues.
I came to the car parked outside of the community with my 3 super heavy suitcases and the driver was comfortably sitting in the air-conditioned car. When I told him that I expected him behind the gate, he had no clue what I was talking about as no one in the dispatching bothered to pass him my request.
Please make sure you verify your special requests are acknowledged because you will then receive a very basic service.

Mala atención telefónica. Llamo para recogida taxi. Me dicen que tardará de 10 a 12 minutos. “De acuerdo” a los 15 minutos vuelvo a llamar. Y me dice donde? . Como sino hubiese recogido el mensaje. Horrible. Muy maleducados/as. Queremos reservar un taxi desde hace días y nos piden que lo hagamos con menos antelación. A falta de dos días, llamamos y dicen que con tanta antelación es imposible, que llamemos el día de antes. Llamas el día antes por la mañana y responden que no, que más tarde y finalmente llamas más tarde y te dicen que no que llevan días reservados algunos y que las últimas reservas se han realizado hoy para esa fecha. Muy desagradables en el trato y muy deshonestos por no utilizar otros calificativos más apropiados y menos correctos. Ya no es el no poder realizar el traslado que necesitábamos es el deseo de manifestar la sorpresa de que haya gente así con trabajo.
Primera y última vez que pido estos taxis. Nunca jamás en ninguna ciudad me ha tardado tanto un taxi. Un jueves, 15:10, no es un horario especialmente concurrido, vivo en una zona centrica. Me sabe mal por el taxista que fue muy malo, pero he perdido mi tren. Al reservar me dice la chica del telefono: si en 10 minutos no ha venido me vuelves a llamar.
Pasan 10 minutos, llamo, 10 minutos de espera más al teléfono y nunca hablé con ellos. Llega mi taxi, finalmente, con 20 minutos de retraso así que por mucha prisa que se ha dado el taxista, he perdido mi tren. Hay otros servicios de taxi mil veces mejor en Málaga. Media hora para llegar a un sitio al que andando tardo media hora. Gracias por nada.
La atención telefónica es deleznable. Tienes un taxi reservado por el servicio de una mutua para ir a la clínica. Te mandan un mensaje diciendo que viene a una hora, el taxi aparece 10 minutos antes y te llaman, con muy mala educación y muy mal tono, diciendo que por qué no estás ya abajo.
Días atrás, esperamos 45 minutos en la puerta de casa porque no habian gestionado bien la reserva. Cada vez que llamabas te decian que en 10 minutos llegaban.

Tuvo que buscarme uno por las calles con la compra entera. Un trato terrible, una falta de servicio y organización fatal. Organizaos en vez de solo estar beneficiando de los turistas al lado de Mar, que sois UN SERVICIO PARA LA GENTE QUE TRABJA Y VIVE AQUÍ.

Lo solicito de nuevo por la app ( que te dicen que es lo más rápido o por WhatsApp.
Y con las mismas me llaman para decirme que no reservan ese tipo de taxis le digo que la aplicación lo acepta.
Consecuencia, he tenido que coger el bus llegando tarde al médico.

Luego se quejan de los servicios como Cabify , Uber y demás…

Pedí un viaje en la aplicación, no me recogieron, llamé al servicio al cliente y mienten diciéndome que había hecho el viaje…..Vuelvo a pedir otro por la aplicación pero también llamo porque era una emergencia sanitaria desesperada y llorando. La ” persona” que me atendió, no sólo no me hizo ni caso sino que anuló el viaje que estaba esperando. Resultado, mi ser querido murió en mis brazos esperando.
Deseo que esa ” persona ” pase mi situación más pronto que tarde.
No recomiendo a un taxista que no sepa en dónde queda un centro comercial.
Ni tampoco que no sepa si está abierto o cerrado cuando nos lleva a ese.
Tras cobrarnos 17,17€ el centro comercial está cerrado, y así tan tranquilo nos dejó allí con 30 grados en pleno medio día con una bebé y una anciana.
Puntuadad máxima, reserve para las 5:45, y llegó unos minutos antes. El conductor muy amable nos ayudo con las maletas. Muy simpático en el trayecto. Y precio bueno, lo estipulado , en otras compañías el dijeron el doble.

Fatal… cada vez peor… tardé muchísimo en conseguir línea, a las 14:26 me asignaron taxi pero nunca llegaba y después de varias llamadas preguntando tuve que cancelar a las 15:01 sin tener noticias (porque me daba cosa dejar tirado a quien fuera sin avisar) y coger un cabify. Lo peor es que pasaron varios taxis libres que no me recogían porque me decían que “ya había pedido uno y debía venir de camino” .
14.00 mi marido llama para pedir taxi y le dicen que va de camino. 10 minutos después vuelve a llamar y le dicen que no han conseguido contactar con ninguno, que si sigue interesado. 20 minutos después vuelve a llamar y le dicen que siguen buscando. Tras 45 minutos llamó para cancelar la solicitud. Luego protestan los taxis si hay que echar mano de otros….y eso que yo no tengo ninguna app de vehículos con conductor, pero me instalo una ahora mismo

El pasado domingo, a las 5 de la mañana, después de 4h de retraso en nuestro vuelo, aterrizamos en Málaga y nos dirigimos a coger un taxi de los grandes pues éramos 6 personas y 12 maletas. Había solo uno de los grande y no estaba en la cola, estaba en un lateral donde los taxis, le preguntamos si estaba libre, nos dijo que si y nos subimos. Llegaron los taxistas como si fueran de la camorra Napolitana, amenazando al taxista y este le dijo que necesitábamos un taxi grande y solo estaba él. Los demás querían que cogiéramos dos taxis de los suyos, claro está para pagar el doble. Cuando ya estábamos subidos y con todo el equipaje colocado vinieron otros dos taxistas amenazando de nuevo de muy malas maneras y gritando, de tal forma que llegamos a pensar que se pegaban. Nos tuvimos que bajar y sacar todo el equipaje.
Estos señores no se lo que pretenden dando la “bienvenida” a los turistas así, deberían expedientarlos y quitarles la licencia por un tiempo porque el espectáculo fue de vergüenza, y mas siendo las 5 de la mañana y sabiendo que veníamos de esperar tantas horas en un aeropuerto. Así se trata a los clientes?
Cada vez estoy mas a favor de los VTC después de ver estos espectáculos entre compañeros…
