Great experience renting from Kay. She is very friendly and speaks English. We rented 2 trekking bikes for a 9 day cycle to Gibraltar and back in September. We had our own panniers. For the most part the Costa del Sol does not have a good cycle route. Be careful around pedestrians in the touristy areas, people are oblivious to bike lanes. We used the Komoot app to get us to Gibraltar and it did take us up a lot of hills and over some dry river beds. We had no issues with the bikes(a couple more climbing gears would have helped), but I would recommend asking for a second water bottle holder since the weather was very hot. Great trip!
Great service, easy, friendly and efficient. We hired two trekking bikes for 5 days and cycled to Rhonda via El Chorro. The bikes were perfect! The saddle was so comfy I wish I could have brought it home with me! I found this bike handled our gear and the elevation really well, there’s plenty range in the gears to tackle hills. When I was booking the panniers I was wondering what size they were, they are probably 25 litre, quite big so one each was enough for our clothes as we were not camping.

Kay was fantastically helpful and friendly and we hired bikes for an afternoon and enjoyed a really lovely cycle down the coast and through the fishing villages where we ate barbecued sardines and other fresh fish. Kay gave excellent directions and the service was efficient and friendly. We returned the next day on our last day in Málaga to use the bag store that she offers which is only €5 per small bag for the whole day. In fact, Kay let us have these on the house as we had hired bikes, which was incredibly generous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kay’s bike hire service to anyone. We hired regular city bikes but there are also mountain bikes and other types of bikes available to suit your needs with all accessories such as helmet and lock provided. Excellent company. Really friendly staff and extremely well organised. Great local knowledge and virtual maps available for your phone (we went east down the boardwalk for lunch – all the beach front restaurants that do sardines over open fires are here). Half day hire was only €10 per bike. Various styles of bike available. You can see why these guys have such great reviews! Definitely recommend.

Samen met mijn vriendinnen hebben we een e-bike fietstour gedaan. We zij door het historische centrum geweest, de berg op ( wat dus alleen bij de e-bike tour gedaan word) langs het romeinse theater en naar een nabijgelegen vissersdorpje. Naast de leuke verhalen over de stad en zijn historie, kregen we ook veel tips over leuke eettentjes en andere musts in de stad. Zeker aan te raden!

I hired a good quality, very comfortable city bike. Also took a helmet which was clean, plus extra inner tubes and bike spanner.
I cycled along the coast line and did approximately 55km.

I did a two-day wingfoil initiation course with Dino at Kayak & Bike, and it was an amazing experience! Dino is super patient and makes every session fun and motivating. Now I’m just waiting for the right wind to continue learning and fly even higher.

Great place to rent a kayak – we rented two sit on top kayaks and they were perfect. The gentleman brought them down to the water for us – and was extremely kind when we arrived back over our one hour rental. Highly recommend

Super Rennräder, sehr guter Zustand, gut gewartet! Sehr nettes Personal, in unserem Fall hilfsbereit und sogar deutsch-sprachig. Auch die email-Kommunikation und online-Reservierung Reservierung lief zügig und freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert für Bike-Leihe für einen Mehrtagestrip durch Andalusien: Gönnt euch was, lasst die eigenen Bikes zu Hause. Flug zum Malaga Flughafen, dann mit den Öffis ins Zentrum und von dort mit bike-2-malaga in und durch die Andalusischen Berge. Perfekt. Meine Tochter und ich hatten eine fantastische Tour mit 2 schicken Stevens-Rädern.
Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.
Das gemietete Mountainbike war etwa 10 Jahre alt, beziehungsweise war der Rahmen des Fahrrades etwas neuer, aber die Anbauteile wirklich sehr alt und verschlissen.
Meine Mountainbike-Runde hat damit angefangen, dass bei der ersten Bergfahrt schon die Kette am ersten Gang in die Speichen gefallen ist und das passierte dann ständig, sodass ich ständig die Kette wieder einhängen musste.
Es lag nicht daran, dass ich unter Last geschalten hätte, sondern daran, dass das Schaltauge verbogen war.
Leider hab ich bei der ersten Abfahrt bemerkt, dass auch die Federgabel blockiert war, und sich nicht deblockieren ließ, da nicht einmal ein Kabel bei der Federgabel angeschlossen war, was bei einer Singletrail-Abfahrt natürlich gefährlich ist.
Und ein Bike wo das Modell „ Stevens Devils Trail” heißt, sollte eine leichte Trail Abfahrt schon möglich sein.
Bei einer Straßen-Überquerung, wo viel Verkehr war, ist dann zu allem Überfluss auch noch die Kette durchgerutscht, was natürlich darauf hindeutet, dass das Getriebe des Fahrrades komplett leer war.
Bei diesem durchrutschen der Kette bin ich unglücklich auf Lenkstange und Mittelrohr gefallen und die heranfahrenden Autos konnten nur knapp einen Unfall mit mir verhindern.
Ich habe dann das persönliche Gespräch gesucht bei der Fahrrad-Abgabe, jedoch wurde ich erst nur blöd angequatscht, als hätte ich etwas falsch gemacht.
Daraufhin hab ich den Shop nochmal angerufen und nach einer Lösung gesucht, und mir wurde zugesichert, dass mir das Geld für die Fahrradmiete zurückerstattet wird.
Nach 1 Woche Wartezeit ist dies leider nicht passiert!
Da ich seit13 Jahren als Fahrradmechaniker tätig bin, kann ich aber sehr gut einschätzen was ok ist bzw was einfach ein sehr schlecht serviciertes Fahrrad ist, welchen in mehreren Situationen sogar fahrlässig und gefährlich war.
Fazit:
Schlechter hätte die Qualität nicht sein können, und auch die Problembehebung war sehr schlecht!
Really enjoyed my ebike tour to the Lions Pass in Malaga. It was a wonderful chance to leave the crowds in the city and cycle through the hills that surround it. Beautiful views. So clear we could faintly see the mountains of North Africa in the distance. I am not a serious cyclist so the ebike made it a relatively comfortable ride for me. Alejandro, my guide, was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and a big fan of Malaga.

Top Schaltung, Bremsen und Reifen. Die Tour ging über 1500 Kilometer und ca 15000 HM, dabei hat das Bike mich nicht einmal im Stich gelassen. Die Abwicklung des Ausleihens von der Bestellung im Internet bis zur Rückgabe vorbildlich! Man ist auch bereit dein Gepäck für dich aufzubewahren und der Tipp mit der Metro zum Flughafen verdient meinen besonderen Dank.

I rented bike for the second time. The service and quality of bike is at top level. I rented trekking bike that had deore and xt gears and was working perfectly. I did more than 250km in 2 days including nerwy 3km uphill. I fully recommend this company and definitely come back.

Their bikes are comfortable and well maintained. It’s less expensive to go inside and rent them than pay online. They give you an extra hour for free so a 3 hr rental is really 4 hours. Zes elektrische fietsen gehuurd voor de middag, vriendelijk personeel en dito uitleg. Bij een fiets vond de medewerker de rem niet optimaal en heeft deze direct omgeruild met een andere. Bandjes waren wat aan de zachte kant, maar dat kon de pret niet drukken. Een fiets had een slag in zijn achterwiel waardoor het bij hogere snelheid een beetje schudden was. Het zijn en blijven huurfietsen natuurlijk. Heerlijke middag gehad verder, 3 sloten voor 6 fietsen.
We liked the bikes so much that we rented them twice during our holiday! For us as family it was amazing that there was a baby carrier included! The bikes are really great and the service as well! We could leave our buggy at the store.

Rented e-bikes from here. The people working there were amazing and helpful. We rented for 3 days but they let us keep it for a an extra day as we were already past midday for the first day. Highly recommend. The e-bikes were great to go around the city with our kids. We even did a walking tour with the kids in their bike seats while we walked them through the old town. It was perfect.

Excellent! We rented two Ridley’s for a weekend of riding around Malaga and were very well looked after. The bikes were set up for us on arrival, they performed perfectly and the drop off was seamless also!

Vanwege het slechte weer in Nederland, hadden we lastminute donderdags besloten om vrijdag te vertrekken en een weekend naar Malaga te gaan om te fietsen.
Omdat een eigen fiets meenemen zo’n gedoe is, besloten we fietsen te huren bij Eat Sleep Cycle. Wij zijn erg enthousiast ontvangen en ondanks dat we niet hadden gereserveerd, hadden ze voor ons twee fantastische Ridley racefietsen beschikbaar.
Nadat ze de fietsen voor ons hadden afgesteld. Hebben we nog enkele tips gekregen om mooie routes te rijden.

Fue nefasta lleve mi bicicleta el día 12/09 para cambiar el repuesto del cambio lleve la bicicleta en marcha eléctrica quedaron en avisar y al ver que no llamaban llame el 18/09 me dijeron que aún no estaba lista y hoy 19/09 fui sin avisar, ya estaba reparada con una sorpresa me rompieron una pieza eléctrica y colocaron tirro aislante y descubrí el motivo el cual no me avisaban. We had a fantastic time today thanks to Mar and her knowledge of the city. I was worried it would be too hot in July and tiring but the bikes made even up hill easy and the breeze was perfect. I wish we had kept the bike as the time went so quickly. I forgot cash but managed to tip on my card and she definitely deserved it. Would highly recommend.

Great experience here today. We walked in on a random Tuesday and was able to ride away with an ebike immediately, at a very reasonable price. Helmet and lock included too, which a lot of other places charged more for. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do more for us. No complaints whatsoever!

Had a positive experience renting here today. My wife and I rented bikes for the day and had a great time cycling along the coast. No they’re not the best bikes ever, but for $15/day I thought it was a great deal and would come back.
€25 euro for 5 hours is pretty good .
Pretty gutted they gave me the worst Ebike they had though even though they had loads of good ones in a line up . It was all rusty and chain felt like could do with maintenance. had 50km range on it but if put in to sport or turbo mode it went down fast . I gave it back after 3 hours because I didn’t want the range to run out on me I used about 35km on a 16km ride .
If I got given one of the better bikes this would be 4-5 star rating place
