5☆ buffet breakfast w/ wide variety of options, incl. actual honey comb, and chef on hand for guests' special orders. Were offered an iced fruit mousse w/ whipped cream at the table, which was a first. Nice touch! Ilunion's social responsibility is highly commendable, as is its pet-friendly policy. Hand/Body cream & hair conditioner would have been nice, though the hotel does invite guests to request missing toiletries.|Desk lamp and floor lamp weren't working & Reception notified.

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. We were an utter nuisance the whole time we stayed here, and the staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our dumb demands. Great location close to the central bus and train stations, and some restaurants. Interesting view over the bustling port district. Breakfast includes champagne!! Unless you're super-rich I wouldn't recommend the luxury suite - the budget rooms are about as nice at a lesser cost.

La posizione è stato per noi sicuramente il punto di forza: si affaccia sul porto con una vista molto bella ed è comodissimo per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Inoltre, è vicinissimo alla fermata dell’autobus ed anche all’aeroporto . Anche la colazione è stata abbondante e ben organizzata, con una buona scelta, compresi prodotti senza glutine.||Tuttavia, il soggiorno ha avuto anche diversi aspetti negativi. La camera che ci è stata assegnata aveva era bella e molto luminosa, ma una finestra che non si chiudeva correttamente, il che ha reso difficile dormire a causa del rumore del traffico.||Siamo rimasti delusi anche dall’area spa: molti servizi non erano funzionanti, e di fatto non abbiamo potuto usufruirne. La piscina, infine, si trova in un cortile interno poco soleggiato, circondata da edifici alti, con pochissimo spazio per sdraiarsi o rilassarsi.||In sintesi, una buona soluzione, ma l’esperienza complessiva è stata sotto le aspettative.

Me he alojado por viaje de empresa, desde la llegada hasta la salida ha sido una experiencia que ha superado mis expectativas (y acostumbro a viajar mucho) todo el personal ha sido especialmente amable y gentil. La habitacion era grande y espaciosa con cama muy confortable. El desayuno tipo buffet es muy variado con cocina al momento, zumo de naranja natural y un personal atento y servicial.

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione (scelto appositamente perché avevamo in programma una capatina a Cordoba che si raggiunge comodamente in un' ora di alta velocità), non è centralissimo ma comunque in dieci minuti a piedi si è in centro. Pulito e moderno, colazione abbondante e continentale, piscina, spa e palestra apprezzatissime (la piscina è coperta quindi si può apprezzare anche quando non fa caldissimo), con tetto apribile. C'è possibilità di fare colazione sul patio antistante la piscina. Stanza della giusta grandezza, bagno arredato in stile moderno. Qualità del sonno molto alta, non abbiamo mai sentito mezzo rumore. Unici appunti: la finestra non si apre del tutto, si possono solo alzare ed abbassare gli scuri; avrei preferito in bagno trovare prodotti in formato full invece dei soliti campioncini (le saponette sono microscopiche e non si sa dove appoggiarle, per il bidet non ci sono campioni di prodotti ad hoc), c'è solo una full size di shampoo/bagnoschiuma in doccia. Nel complesso comunque ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

This is a great hotel only 5 minutes walk from the Maria Zambrano station .|The swimming pool is fabulous after a hot day sight seeing . |Take the time to visit the wonderful restaurant and small side bar . We had a great meal after a full day enjoying the sights . The restaurant is cool relaxing and the food was first class as was the service .|I’m not sure why the bar and restaurant is not well publicised no menu or information about it in the room or on the hotel website . |Definitely include the breakfast in your stay it has a good varied choices and great coffee .|The hotel is nearer to the port so a good 20 minute walk from the centre . If it’s too hot walk to the station and pick up a taxi approx €5 Bolt and Uber double the price . It’s a great stay peaceful and enjoy the pool|.
