Jul 2025 We had a wonderful and very comfortable journey from Malaga Airport on Saturday 5th July. Our driver, Sebastian, was welcoming, courteous and a credit to Malaga Transfers. He was waiting for us outside the arrivals hall with our name on a board and was smartly dressed with the distinctive orange tie. He looked after my mother who appreciated the assistance and was extremely kind to myself and my daughter. He helped us with our luggage and brought the car to us, which was so thoughtful. He spoke to us in fluent English and drove the beautiful taxi smoothly, delivering us to our destination in no time at all. We have used Malaga Transfers for many years and we will continue to recommend them to family and friends as their service is second to none.

Pick up driver was already waiting, even though the flight landed early and luggage came out in record time. Car was a luxury Lexus, very clean....driver was polite and friendly and the drive was comfortable and within speed limits. It would be useful if the drivers held a clear sign that said 'Malaga Transfers' to make it easy to see amongst the crowd of drivers, all with pieces of white paper with names scribbled on them.

Fantastic service – highly recommend! Our flight was delayed by nearly two hours, and with three kids in tow (including a tired 4-year-old!), I was starting to panic that no one would be there to meet us at the airport — especially as we didn’t land until around 1am. But as soon as we walked out, there they were, ready and waiting with a smile and even the car seat already installed for our youngest. I instantly felt at ease knowing we were in safe hands. The journey to the hotel was smooth, safe, and stress-free — just what we needed after a long day of travel. I would definitely use this company again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable airport transfers. Thank you so much!

These guys are the real deal. We were met at the airport with a big smile and the driver even pushed 3 of our suitcases. The minivan was modern, clean and very cool inside. Similarly our pick up service was first class. I will definitely use them again if flying into Malaga. Thanks for a great start and finish to our holiday.

I have been using Malaga transfer regularly and at certain occasions the services is just not there as the team misses collaboration and communication skills to meet the guest's expectations. With the last trip, I specifically requested that the driver enters the community where I live because I had 3 very heavy pieces of luggage and I didn't want to carry / pull them all the way to the gate. When I was on the way to the car, the coordinator called me where I am and when I said on the way and looking for the car as it was supposed to be at the parking lot, he gave me an attitude and used a lame excuse that they need a security clearance to enter the community. The security guard was sitting right there and could've opened the gate without any issues. I came to the car parked outside of the community with my 3 super heavy suitcases and the driver was comfortably sitting in the air-conditioned car. When I told him that I expected him behind the gate, he had no clue what I was talking about as no one in the dispatching bothered to pass him my request. Please make sure you verify your special requests are acknowledged because you will then receive a very basic service.

We have used Malaga transfer services for a number of years now and we have always been highly satisfied with them. This year we were a group of eleven (which included a baby and 4 young children) and so hired the mini bus. The driver was on time for both journeys, very patient and courteous. Cannot recommend them enough. Well done and thank you.
