La encargada muy borde y encima un vestido que estaba roto que quería comprar dijo que no lo iba a poner a la venta y lo volvió a poner para eso lo hubiera puesto algo más barato y me lo hubiese llevado yo y cuando estuve hablando con ella les dejé allí los tres vestidos y cuando fui de segunda vez allí estaba otra vez el que no iba a vender y otra compañera que se llama Alicia me atendió muy bien y quitó ese vestido roto y otro que no estaba en condiciones de vender una ella le compré los otros dos que estaban bien. Alicia debería ser la encargada porque la otra que era una chica rubia con gafas negras desde luego no cumple con el trabajo de encargada ni con la atención al cliente porque me mintió cuando dijo que no lo pondría a la venta y he llamado a atención al cliente porque solo me dicen que lo sienten y no son capaces de cuando llegue el vestido guardarme uno para cuando esté otra vez a la venta ya que el otro roto no me lo iba a llevar.

오늘 여행중에 필요한 몇가지를 영국보다 싸게 구입한거 같아 기분이 좋았는데 나중에 영수증을 보고 기분이 좀 상했다. 카드계산끝에 직원이 영수증같은것에 펜으로 틱하고는 사인을 하라고 해서 무심코 사인을 했더니 그게 서비스 차지를 내는 거였다니.... 내가 서비스를 받고 그 값을 내는거면 흔쾌히 줄 수 있는건데 그냥 계산끝에 뭔지 설명도 없이 외국인에게 사인하라고 하고는 31유로에 6.6유로를 서비스 값으로 받는건 정말 아닌것 같아 괜히 속상하다.. 혹시라도 누군가 이곳에서 계산할때 나처럼 설명없이 사인하라고 하면 한번 생각해 보시거나 아니면 2층에 셀프로 계산하는곳에서 사시길....ㅠㅠㅠ

SHOCKING customer service. Honestly, what is it with people who work here? Why do they think they are mega superstars with attitude? NO offence to all the decent hard working retail staff out there, but in here you are exactly that - DO YOUR JOB and try and be at least a little helpful and polite. WOW - seriously so rude - and i spoke to 3 different members of staff about the most simplest of questions. !

Quiero destacar la excelente atención que recibí ayer, 18/07/2025, en vuestra tienda de ( Málaga centro ). Tuve un problema con una tarjeta regalo y tanto Isabel como Lourdes no solo se mostraron amables en todo momento, sino que se volcaron completamente en ayudarme. Se preocuparon de verdad y pusieron todo de su parte para buscar una solución y lo solucionaron. ¡Gracias de corazón por vuestra profesionalidad y cercanía!

Pessima, como em todas as lojas da Zara no mundo que já fui. Não tem sofá nem lugar para os maridos esperarem suas esposas comprarem. Então, temos deixado de ir na Zara, e procurado outras lojas que tenham um pouco de conforto pra quem está acompanhando esposa.

We visited ZARA Malaga, where my friend bought a dress. The next day, she wanted to return it. However, a young sales assistant – possibly a manager – refused to accept the return, claiming the dress had clearly been worn and that we had reattached the tags ourselves. We firmly explained that the dress had not been worn, but she insisted. When we pointed out that other dresses in the store had the same tags and identical tying method, she suddenly changed her reasoning and said that wasn’t actually the issue anymore. That was already suspicious. Then she claimed the dress looked worn because of the "perforated" design. We showed her other similar dresses with the same details and explained that they all looked like that because of the rhinestones and delicate fabric. So why are they selling dresses that – in her own words – all look worn from the start? Her attitude became rude and arrogant, she raised her voice and said she wouldn’t discuss it with us any further. We’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a store before. It was extremely disappointing.
