Great service, We are an Irish couple who used this service to travel from Estepona to Malaga airport. They replied very quickly and were helpful throughout. We arrived at Malaga airport yesterday, after a 1.5 hour delay from Cardiff. We had booked a return VIP service two days before our arrival via the whatsapp link on the company website. Our booking was handled very quickly and super efficiently, and confirmation of our payment was instantanious. Despite the delay to our flight , our driver, Miloud, was waiting for us with a cheerful smile and a very warm welcome. We had booked the MB E class and were delighted to have been upgraded to the MB S class. The cold water drinks and sweets waiting for us in the back seat tray were a very welcome treat. The car was spotless and is a new addition to their fleet of luxury cars, and it was simply fantastic. As was our friendly driver, Miloud. He was very familiar with the local area and gave us some great sightseeing tips. We will look up the donkeys! What a lovely, friendly team you all are. Thank you so successful years in the luxury travel business. See you soon for our return trip.

Πολύ καλή εταιρεία, καμία κρυφή χρέωση,το full insurance δε διαφέρει πολύ στα χρήματα με το απλό οπότε εισαι καλυμμένος και σε λεπτομέρειες,πανευκολα η παραλαβή και η παράδοση,καινουργιο αυτοκίνητο 7θεσιο,χωρίς deposit, νομίζω κάναμε πολύ καλή επιλογή και σε καλή τιμή.

Απαταιωνες,επειδη δεν πηραμε την δικια τους ασφαλεια ,μας χρεωσαν για ζημια την οποια ποτέ δεν καναμε…παιδια μακρια απο αυτη την εταιρεια…

Wypożyczalnia Wibrr w Maladze ogólnie na duży plus, ale początek nie był najłatwiejszy. Po przylocie mieliśmy spory problem z kontaktem – infolinia była zajęta lub nikt nie odbierał, a na lotnisku nikt z obsługi nie kojarzył nazwy „Wiber”. Przez chwilę myśleliśmy, że nasze 700 zł przepadło.

Na szczęście po około godzinie udało się odnaleźć właściwe informacje. Warto wiedzieć, że Wiber działa jako shuttle bus – nie ma ich bezpośrednio w terminalu. Trzeba wyjść z lotniska i iść prosto aż do stanowisk shuttle busów, gdzie należy szukać biało-zielonego Mercedesa, który w 5 minut zawiezie Was do głównej siedziby wypożyczalni.

Na miejscu wszystko przebiegło już bez zarzutu – obsługa była w porządku, formalności szybko załatwione. Samochód był czysty i zadbany. Kaucja dotyczyła tylko paliwa (ok. 70 euro) i nie było żadnych problemów ani przy odbiorze, ani przy zwrocie auta.

Helemaal perfect! Super service. Shuttle haalt je zeer snel op bij vliegveld. Zowel het ophalen als het brengen van de auto verliep vlekkeloos. Duidelijke uitleg en oprie voor volledige dekking werd uiteraard aangeboden maar die hadden we zelf al geregeld. Er werd keurig uitgelegd hoe eea werkt en totaal geen opdringerig gedrag wat je vaak hoort bij andere aanbieders. Auto had lichte schade die prima gedocumenteerd was (we kregen document hiervan met foto’s netjes op de mail)en we kregen het advies om zelf even foto’s van de staat van de auto te maken voordat we vertrokken. Snel, vriendelijk, eerlijk en transparant! Bovendien een prachtige Nissan Qashqai precies zoals we hem geboekt hadden met groot infoscherm met Apple Carplay dat erg handig was tijdens onze roadtrip. Inleveren binnen 10 minuten en borg ivm volle tank snel teruggestort. Volgen keer zeker opnieuw Wiber!
Langs Wiber ligt overigens een tankstation waar je de auto even kunt voltanken als je hem terugbrengt. Vlakbij ligt tevens het Holiday Inn Express hotel waar we 1 nacht verbleven bij aankomst. Ideale combi als je pas later op de avond aan komt.

Muszę przyznać, że mam bardzo dobre odczucia z tą wypożyczalnią, a rzadko się zdarza by wszystko zagrało 😉
Bardzo dobrze oznaczone miejsce na mapie gdzie po wylądowaniu na lotnisku mamy się udać, by przejechać transferem firmowym do wypożyczalni. – Jednego stracha miałyśmy gdy nie widziałyśmy busa Wiber, ale bez obaw znajduje się na końcu parkingu.
Po przyjeździe nie musiałyśmy długo czekać na samochód, zostało nam wszystko wytłumaczone, kluczyki do ręki i jazda 😉

Po powrocie, sprawdzony samochód i kaucja wróciła momentalnie na moje konto 😉

Wiber is an absolute con!

We booked online via booking.com and thought we were getting a good deal. That’s until we got to the office (after waiting over 30 minutes to be collected from the airport) where they tried to convince us to take their insurance which was nearly 3 times the price of the car rental! Instead we paid a €1,400 deposit.

Upon returning the car, I mentioned that there was a very minor scratch already on the car which I’d taken a photo of on the day we took the car (as we were told to do), to our great surprise they said that we had to pay €140 for the damages, despite having a photo to prove that the scratch was already there. When I disagreed with the charges, I was just told over and over again ‘well you should’ve taken the insurance’

Definitely AVOID WIBER! Unless you want to be charged for existing damage!

I booked a car via Rentalcars, choosing “all inclusive” option (no fee and full insurance).
Car was good (Renault Captur 2 facelift), no objections to driving experience. Shuttle bus was easy to find at the airport and drivers were helpful. Staff in the office was keen and helpful.

Now the other side…
After arriving to the office from airport, it took over 1 hour till I was served. Only few desks were open, which did not match number of people to be served (majority of served customers had reservations so it was possible to predict). Although office seems to be big, we did not manage to get inside (too many people…) – waiting 1h at the early afternoon sun is not so convenient. Water available only at the machine outside (1.1€) and no toilets – when you travel with children it may become problematic. When finally we got keys to our car (and info where it is located), it turned out to be dirty – not only outside (dust, birds excrements, some tree liquid) but also inside (middle console incl. handbrake button and literally whole 2nd row of seats). First thought was to get back to desk and register that fact but I realized that my “ticket” is already closed…
Return of car took “only” 20 minutes (yes, one queue serves all purposes).

Toller und super freundlicher Service und unkomplizierte Online-Buchung. Wir haben am Abend vorher gebucht und am nächsten Morgen wurde uns der Roller bis vor die Haustür gebracht und am nächsten Morgen wieder abgeholt. Nächstes Mal mieten wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We have a very good experience. We had an emergency and needed a car right away. The employee who served was helpful and polite, and managed to successfully resolve the problems that arose. They helped us a lot, we are grateful and satisfied!

Po telefonie z hotelu, mieliśmy podstawiony skuter w przeciągu 15 min!
Skuter w bardzo dobrym stanie. Idealnie sie sprawdził w poruszaniu po Maladze i okolicach.
Nie było problemu, abyśmy zostawili Peugeota na lotnisku, co nam bardzo ułatwiło transport z hotelu. Szczerze polecamy.

Son ladrones, mentirosos y peligrosos. Quise alquilar una bici por dos días pero era muy grande para mi y supuestamente era la más pequeña que tenían (me la trajeron en mi hotel así que no pude probar otras.). Es muy peligroso y me he caído muchas veces por el tamaño del bici. El vendedor Juan me dijo que si no iba bien la podía devolver y me reembolsaban el día no usado. Es lo que hice y nunca me devolvieron el dinero diciendo por el tiempo no usado que ellos no hacían devoluciones. Faltan de profesionalismo y de palabras. No recomiendo.

For a citytrip in Malaga we rented 4 bikes for 4 days, for 45 euros per bike. These bikes were quickly arranged via the hotel.
Afterwards we wanted a bike basket and this was kindly confirmed by the staff.
It looks clean, bikes are in excellent, neat condition and a nice price!
Top, recommended!

Voor een stedentrip in Malaga hebben we voor 4 dagen, 4 fietsen gehuurd voor 45 euro per fiets.
Via het hotel waren deze fietsen snel geregeld.
Achteraf wilden we toch een fietsenmand en deze werd vriendelijk door het personeel bevestigd.
Het ziet er schoon uit, fietsen zijn in uitstekende, nette staat en een mooie prijs!

Prima geregeld allemaal. 125cc scooter gehuurd voor een route door de heuvels. In het centrum van Malaga rijden vond ik heel spannend, maar goed ik heb het overleefd 😉
Service bij Larios prima, 400 eu borg betaald dus ik vond het wat spannend of ik dat terug kreeg, maar 10 minuten na het terugbrengen had ik het geld al terug! Ik zou Larios aanraden.

This has been a very unpleasant experience for me. I honestly did not expect it, especially since I already had some negative experiences in this area. I will advise everybody i know never to rent with your company, and instead choose other companies that have a fair policy towards their clients.

Horrible unsafe Drop and pick up from road, at 2am in night.

The shuttle service is horrible, it’s advertised door to door but reality is far from it, the drop from airport was around midnight, driver pointed at the hotel then went straight past the gate to go to back of hotel and dropped on the road at midnight with luggage and asleep child. Pointed at wall of hotel and asked us to go. There is no access to hotel from the drop road at that hour if you ask they flatly lie that drop is at hotel while it’s a good half a kilometers walk on empty streets in night.
So after 6 hours of travel had to drag everything down the road to gate which driver crossed without stopping.

For pickup the voucher states pickup from hotel but I was skeptical and asked, initially guy on phone replied it’s from hotel but when asked to Cross check he confirmed that at 2am in night we have to come to the deserted road stop again. In the transfer voucher which says pick up at hotel but in reality it’s a road stop where again we had to reach with luggage and asleep child 15 minutes before pickup or bus will leave you and go away they did this to others on the way.
So we’re in open unsafe deserted location at 2am in night waiting for pickup. No worries about cold or rain.
To put salt on wounds the bus driver simply takes a right from pickup and passes right in front of hotel gate.

The company guys are rude and not concerned

I have added photos of road stop in night, the advertisement says door to door, voucher states pickup at hotel and video of bus passing and stopping hotel gate.

Have used suntransfers several times in the past and they have always been good.
This time we decided to treat ourselves to the premium service at greater expense than the standard transfer from Lisbon airport.
What a massive disappointment. our flight was around 25 minutes late, but that’s fine as they track flights and have unlimited waiting time.
Shame we had to wait 40 minutes for our driver and lug our cases to some overcrowded pick up point.
But the biggest shock was, rather than our promised latest model premium vehicle, a small Renault picked us up that had barely enough room for two bags. Once I loaded the bags we were off , not so great porter service either.
What a waste of money. have e mailed for a refund of the premium element .
Will certainly think twice about using again and will be getting the metro back to the airport on my return home
Update 7/9/25
Received reply acknowledging poor service , and rather than refund the premium element of my booking, have the cheek to offer 10% off my next booking!
And they state that as far as they concerned, this ends the matter, I think not.
Given the service and response , not likely to use again and have already advised family travelling next month to use another service.
Suntransfers I expect a refund for the premium element of my booking not a discount on the next one, as funnily enough won’t be using you!

Booked a Private Minivan – Got a Sweaty Shared Coach With No Baby Seats. AVOID Suntransfers!

We booked a “Private Minivan” transfer through Suntransfers from Barcelona Airport to Salou for 6 adults and 2 infants under 2 years old. We paid €488.38 return, expecting a private, comfortable ride with proper child safety seats – which was clearly advertised (see booking screenshot).

What we got was completely different, unsafe, and deeply disappointing.

At the airport, we were met by someone from a totally different company (Giovanni Travels) and directed to a 52-seater PLANA coach already full of strangers (see photo – that was the return bus, almost identical to the first one). There were:

NO infant seats

NO safety belts for babies

NO warning in advance

And NO apology

The air conditioning was poor and the bus made multiple stops, turning a supposed 1h 15m private trip into 2+ hours of sweaty discomfort with screaming babies that had to be held on our laps – dangerously unsecured. It felt like we had paid a premium price for a public bus. Even worse, the public ALSA bus costs just €16 per person — that’s €192 return for all of us. And at least there, you know what you’re signing up for.

The return trip was no better — same coach setup, still no child safety, just slightly less packed.

This was a clear bait-and-switch. We paid for a private, child-safe minivan, and were thrown onto a budget coach service without warning. When safety for infants is involved, that’s not just bad service — it’s gross negligence.

Suntransfers should be ashamed. Misleading advertising, unsafe conditions, and zero accountability.
If you are traveling with kids or value safety, do NOT trust this company.

We will never use them again and strongly warn other families to avoid at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience with Suntransfers. I booked a transfer from my hotel for June 24, 2025, and manually entered 11:30 AM as the pickup time. However, after payment and receiving the voucher, I later discovered that the time had changed to 12:30 PM — a time that did not work for my travel plans.

I contacted their customer support via WhatsApp immediately after noticing the error (the night before the transfer), but was told there was no availability at 11:30, no way to change the time, and no refund possible due to their 48-hour cancellation policy. Despite explaining that I had selected the correct time during booking and that this issue was not my fault, I received a generic rejection and no solution.

Their final reply claimed the time of 12:30 was what I had entered, and they refused to even investigate further. I was forced to cancel and take a regular taxi instead, at my own expense.
Advice to future customers:
If you ever book with Suntransfers, I strongly recommend screen recording your entire booking process, including the final confirmation screen, so you have proof in case something goes wrong. Screenshots alone may not be enough if they later deny responsibility.

I am currently pursuing this case through the EU Online Dispute Resolution system and relevant consumer protection bodies.

Disappointing service, no accountability, and no flexibility. I will not be using them again.

We hadden voor 6 personen een privé busje geboekt om ons van faro vliegveld naar albufaira te brengen en retour.
De getoonde foto van het busje bij de boeking zag er top en sjiek uit.

Bij aankomst in Faro moesten we naar de afgesproken plek en de chauffeur stond klaar. Je verwacht een sjiek busje maar er stond een auto klaar. We moesten ons met de kinderen opsplitsen 3 personen in iedere auto.
Een auto moest nog komen en werden naar een andere parkeerplaats gebracht waar we moesten wachten.
Onze chauffeur wist het gaspedaal goed te vinden met de telefoon in de hand. Laten we het er niet over hebben hoe beide auto’s eruit zagen. Was blij dat we allen veilig bij het hotel waren.

Vanmorgen netjes op tijd kwam er een busje aan met reclame op het busje voor een dolfijnen show. We zeide deze is niet voor ons wij moeten naar het vliegveld, en niet naar een dolfijnen show.
Ik werd gebeld door de chauffeur die in het busje zat en jawel dat was ons busje. Weer niet het sjieke busje wat op de site stond, maar een busje met een barst in de voorruit, een deur die niet goed dicht ging, en vies was.
Gelukkig reed deze chauffeur wel netjes en rustig.

Wij boeken hier geen transfer meer. Je krijgt niet wat er op de site wordt aangeboden en veel en veel te duur voor wat je krijgt..

Absolutely horrendous experience, avoid these charlatans. I’d rather spend a night under Fred West’s roof than trust these. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Where do I start?
Arrival – turned up (that’s about as good as it got). Paid for an 8 seater minivan, received a 5 seater vehicle well below the specification we paid for, at least 17 years old. I paid an extra €40 for two child seats, they must have been at least 20 years old, filthy, tatty and full of holes. I was reluctant to put my children in them. The car itself was also filthy and smelly.

Return – well, it just DIDN’T TURN UP!! We contacted the company helpline, their response was ‘We tried, these things happen.’ Therefore, I had to source a different taxi service at a cost of €130 to get us to the airport. Due to waiting for our initial transfer we then had to rush through the airport, which was extremely stressful with 2 young children. I then had to pay a further €45 for security fast-track to ensure we made our flight (JUST!)

I would say they are taking its customers for a ride, but they literally aren’t taking you anywhere. Do not use this transfer service, use these whoppers at your peril.
Abysmal!!!!

We arranged a transfer from our holiday home to Alicante airport and everything went very smoothly. Our driver, Danny-de-borg, arrived early and helped us with our bags. He also let us have a look at a book for the area which was nice as we drove. The drive was straightforward with no issues and we were at the airport in plenty of time.

Pepe is great – very clear communication before the pickup (and in finding him at the airport). He’s a great driver and a nice guy, definitely recommended!

All was more than good. We had about 1h delay and Pepe wait for us! We’ve been in contact after plane landing and we got clear info where he waits for us and we found ourselves very easily. Additionally, we’ve covered the destination as due to the holidays some roads were closed, but we knew in advance that we’re not going exactly to the address and he gave us clear instructions which exact direction to go and how far by foot it is. Overall – I can for sure recommend!

Pepe messaged me regarding pickup time and kept in touch. Another lady from the company also kept in touch with me. Pepe was prompt, polite and helpful. Uneventful, smooth journey to the apartment. I would recommend this company.

Very comfortable enough big car very clean inside. The driver came on time early in the morning. It was very easy to find him because he was in touch with me before coming to the apartment (address). Voor een zorgeloos begin en einde van de vakantie gebruik gemaakt van de diensten van Picasso Transfers. Zowel van en naar het vliegveld in Malaga hebben zij een uitstekende service geleverd, Picasso Transfers kan ik dan ook van harte aanbevelen.

Als je de vakantie goed wilt beginnen boek dan een taxi via Picasso Tranfers. Duidelijke communicatie, goede afspraken en staat op de afgesproken plek. Vriendelijke chauffeur brengt je netjes naar je hotel/appartement. Dus volgend jaar? Gewoon weer bij Picasso Transfers (Petra) boeken. Topper.

Vlucht had vertraging en ons werd verzocht de transfer opnieuw te boeken. Vanaf het eerste moment op de hoogte gehouden (begon al met kleine vertraging in Nederland en vervolgens na de noodlanding in Brussel). Kleine lettertjes niet gelezen. Wijze les voor de toekomst, nooit van tevoren hier je transfer boeken. Ik betaal nog liever 100 euro om straks naar het hotel te komen dan nog een keer het bedrag over te maken dat we al betaald hebben. (Bewerkt) Tip: Uber werkt fantastisch en vlekkeloos in Malaga!

We hebben in een week 4 keer gebruik gemaakt van uw taxichauffeur en deze waren uitstekend. Altijd op tijd en rustig in het verkeer. Perfect

We accidentally left a bag containing important medication on one of the shuttles. Naturally, we panicked, but we quickly contacted the number provided by our holiday provider for the transport company. On the very first call, the operator was able to track down our shuttle and get in touch with the driver, who found the bag and safely delivered it to their office the next day.

The only downside was that we had to travel in person to collect it. However, overall, it turned out to be a very positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff involved.

Les pedimos información para contratar un traslado para nuestra boda y cuando íbamos a reservar, nos envían es un “contrato” muy escueto, sin ninguna cláusula clara sobre aspectos fundamentales como la puntualidad, el estado del vehículo, la presentación del conductor o la confirmación previa del coche. Básicamente, solo te mandan un resumen de lo que tú mismo pediste, sin ningún compromiso real por su parte.

Cuando les pedimos que nos confirmaran esos puntos por escrito, se negaron totalmente. Ni siquiera quisieron enviarlo por email, lo cual ya nos pareció una mala señal. Llamamos para intentar aclararlo y nos encontramos con una actitud aún peor. Nos dijeron que ellos no mandan contratos con ese tipo de información y que, mucho menos, lo dejan por escrito. La conversación con el supuesto “jefe de oficina” fue lo más surrealista. Al preguntarle directamente “¿y si el conductor no llega a tiempo?”, su respuesta fue: “no le vamos a informar de nada porque no le vamos a hacer el servicio”. Así, sin más. Como si el hecho de hacer preguntas incómodas justificara que te rechacen el servicio.

En resumen: una empresa poco profesional, poco transparente y con muy malas formas. Para algo tan importante como una boda, no puedes dejarlo en manos de alguien que no ofrece ni el mínimo compromiso. Mucho cuidado, no la recomendamos en absoluto.

Also called Bus Directo SL- this company turned up 45m late, driver didn’t apologise and became argumentative – terrible service and very disappointed. They have a British Airways contract avoid and use any other company.

We had booked autosol via our travel agents & I highly recommend them .
We had just been dropped off at the airport & my son realised he had dropped his air pods in the car , I phoned to ask if the driver was still here & the lovely lady I spoke to had said the driver had left the airport however he was coming back .
Taxi drivers back home wouldn’t do that without a charge . I am so greatful for the lovely driver . We sadly lost my youngest daughter 2 years ago & this was our first holiday without her , the airpods were a Christmas gift from her . So again thankyou so so much .
I would love to send this fantastic driver a Tip .we didn’t have any euros on us unfortunately yesterday

Conductores bastante desagradables, no te cogen el teléfono, todo son pegas y protestas, parece que te están haciendo un favor en lugar de un servicio. Nunca más.

Absolutely great! arrived early, John was a great guy, had a good laugh. Kids absolutely loved it, and limo was big and comfortable inside. Got to play our own music, and had some bubbly waiting for us.

Ein wirklich großartiger Limousinenservice! Der Fahrer war super freundlich, entspannt und richtig cool – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Auto war top – sehr sauber, komfortabel und stilvoll. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa. El vehículo no tenía aire acondicionado y pasamos muchísimo calor durante todo el trayecto. Fue una situación muy incómoda y decepcionante, especialmente porque íbamos vestidos para un evento y terminamos empapados de sudor. Esperábamos un servicio más profesional y preparado para estas circunstancias. No lo recomendaría.

Обманщики. Обещали работу, приехал за 500 км. Прождал 10 часов, так и ничего не предоставили. По приезду, оказалось что “люди” уже уехали с другим водителем. Но скорее всего этих людей и не было. Так как они чудным образом сразу испарились по приезду. Вел контакт с Владиславом, не уверен что это его настоящие имя. Он знал что я еду и ни слова не сказал что будет другой водитель который отвезет этих “людей”. Начали уговаривать ожидать до следующего дня. 5 часов рассказывали сказки что уже бронируют отель и ожидание оплачивается. По итогу только в 22:00 решили сделать вид что скинули деньги. Сумма так и не поступила. Потратил деньги на бензин, потратил кучу времени. Скорее всего фирма занимается перевозкой нелегальных мигрантов не европейской этничности, которые попадают сюда через республику Беларусь. По этому и начали кормить завтраками, так как новые нелегалы не прибыли. Даже не рассматривайте данное предложение. Так как рискуете только вы. Какой итог: накрутил больше 1000 км. По итогу так ничего и не пришло. Требуют локацию местонахождения. Как только ее отключаешь, сразу сами начинают выходить на связь. А до этого пишешь, и по долгу ждешь ответ. Если столкнулись с данной фирмой, не ведитесь на положительные отзывы, они накрученные.

Teniem llogat un trasfer a Cracòvia per anar a l aeroport. A les 02.30 del Mati, Hi no s ha presentat, em trucat als números d emergència que ens han donat i no han contestat. Sort de l hotel que ens ha agafat un taxi per poder arribar a l aeroport.
En resum uns Impresentables!

Cero profesionalidad, engañoso, nada fiable. Reservamos un traslado desde aeropuerto a ciudad de Nápoles con nuestra hija de un año un día antes de la salida. Aunque tras introducir todos los datos y tarjeta de crédito nos saltaba un mensaje de que podían tardar hasta 8 horas en confirmar el servicio, en menos de media hora lo confirmaron.
ERa un servicio importante porque llegábamos tarde, necesitábamos silla para la niña y espacio grande para las maletas.
De la manera menos profesional y vergonzosa que tiene una empresa nos cancelaron el servicio, tras habernos cobrado y habernos enviado confirmación por mail la misma mañana del vuelo, ni siquiera una llamada que es más rápido y más facil de responder. Solicitamos opciones ya que ya estaba confirmado, no nos dieron solución, no nos ofrecieron alternativas ni una compensación económica. Directamente nos dijeron que nos buscáramos la vida. Más de tres horas para encontrar un taxi (encima sin silla) a las 22h de la noche en Nápoles. A ellos evidentemente, les importa bien poco.
Desde luego que nunca más reservaremos con ellos y no lo recomendamos ni a nuestro peor enemigo.
No le damos -5 estrellas porque no es posible.

Transfer cracovia aeroport, havien de venir a les 2.30 am i no s’han presentat. Hem acabat agafant un taxi. Impossible contactar amb empresa, telèfon per emergències, no responen. Pèssim servei.

Peor servicio de transfer que he visto jamás. Contratamos desde el aeropuerto de Barcelona hasta nuestra casa una minivan con dos sillitas para niños pequeños y resulta que el servicio que nos esperaba no era ni una cosa ni otra. Son nada profesionales, en realidad no hacen nada con antelación. Te recogen en el desembarque junto con otros grupos y te conducen a la zona de Cabify, y te ponen en algún coche que haya ahí disponible en el momento. Un horror!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. They’re absolute scammers. Completely disorganised. Paid 80 euros to be left waiting outside Barcelona airport. Driver was supposed to be waiting for us at arrivals as stated in the email but that didn’t happen. Instead, one of the staff rushed us outside the airport where we had to wait for a cab to pick us up (not a private driver as we thought we’d booked) but a cab. Checked Uber then from Barcelona to Sitges which would’ve costed us half the price. The service was not what was advertised. When we messaged the company to report this, we were left with no answers. DO NOT BOOK TRANSFER WITH THEM.

a waste. my flight was delayed due to weather – zip transfers refused to adjust pickup time or refund the service (even though i called hours before scheduled pickup time). they wouldn’t even credit me the ride for return to airport. better to catch a taxi upon arrival. rip off.
