Πρώτη φορά ενοικίαση αυτοκινητού στο εξωτερικό.
Επιλέξαμε το εν λόγω πρακτορείο από τις αξιολογήσεις και πραγματικά ήταν 100 % άψογο. Ταχύτατοι και τυπικότατοι, χωρίς deposit ή κρυφές χρεώσεις και μάλιστα έχοντας επιλέξει την οικονομικότερη επιλογή αυτοκινήτου, το Suzuki Swift που μας παρέδοσαν ήταν ολοκαίνουριο και εξαιρετικό. Όλα τα παιδιά εξυπηρετικότατα!! Δε θα μπορούσα να προτείνω περισσότερο την υπηρεσία!

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Ολοκαίνουριο Renault clio. Πήραμε το πακέτο με full ασφάλεια. Καμμία δέσμευση στην κάρτα για εγγύηση και πολύ καλές τιμές. Μέσα σε μισή ώρα από τη στιγμή που πήραμε τις βαλίτσες μας είχαμε παραλάβει το αυτοκίνητο. Στην παράδοση έγινε ένα check στη βενζίνη και… γεια σας. Μπράβο! Άψογοι!

Νοικιάσαμε αυτοκίνητο Ιούνιο του 2025. Γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ οικονομικές τιμές και με μεικτή ασφάλιση!!!

Μας έδωσαν αυτοκίνητο καλύτερο από αυτό που κάναμε κράτηση. Μας έδωσαν αυτόματο κ υβριδικό χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση. Άψογη και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. Δωρεάν μεταφορά από και προς το αεροδρόμιο με συνεχόμενα δρομολόγια.
Η καλύτερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ σε ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου!

Το βρήκαμε μέσω χαρτών. Η άμεση επικοινωνία μου άρεσε πολύ. Μέσω ανταλλαγής email εξήγησαν πόσο πληρώνουμε. Οταν φτάσαμε στο αεροδρόμιο της Μάλαγα μας περίμενε λεωφοριακι όπου μας πήγε στα γραφεία, εντός του αεροδρομίου. Η ώρα ήταν 2 τα μεσάνυχτα. Πληρώσαμε και παραλάβαμε ότι μας είχαν πει. Ένα καινούριο και πεντακάθαρο αυτοκίνητο που σου ενέπνεε εμπιστοσύνη. Πήραμε το πλήρες πακέτο. Τα γράφω όλα αυτά γιατί το MalagaCar.com είναι εξαιρετικό και το προσωπικό άριστοι επαγγελματίες. Τα 2200 χλμ που κάναμε ήταν πραγματικά απροβλημάτιστα και απολαυστικά.

Πήραμε ένα Nissan micra σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε πρόβλημα και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν γρήγορη και χωρίς πολλές διατυπώσεις.
Από το αεροδρόμιο σε παίρνει λεωφορειάκι και σε δύο λεπτά είσαι στο χώρο τους. Το ίδιο και με την επιστροφή.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση… καινούργιος στόλος αυτοκινήτων….Κανένα πρόβλημα με την παραλαβή -παράδοσης…….

Μπορώ να πω πως η εξηπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη σε όλα τα επίπεδα.Από τον υπάλληλο που μας πήρε και μας γύρισε με το λεωφορείο από το αεροδρόμιο,μέχρι την ταμία.Το αυτοκίνητο δε ήταν καινούριο με όλες τις ανέσεις για ένα τέτοιο ταξίδι.Οσον αφορά τα χρήματα,χωρίς να έχω εμπειρία από προηγούμενες ενοικιάσεις θεωρώ ότι τα άξιζε

Io e la Mia compagna abbiamo noleggiato in anticipo la macchina, una volta li c’è voluto circa 15 min prima di ritirarla perché avevamo messo un’orario di ritiro diverso ma comunque ci hanno servito lo stesso.
Avevamo scelto una macchina utilitaria piccola e ce ne hanno data un’altra leggermente più grande ugualmente comoda anche perché era automatica.
Dall’aereoporto al noleggio e viceversa c’è il servizio navetta molto Comodo che porta le persone avanti e indietro.
Consigliato come noleggio auto

Erg fijne autoverhuur, ideaal als je geen creditcard hebt (maar ook met creditcard kun je hier goed terecht).

Geen verborgen kosten en je bent volledig all-risk verzekerd tegen een nette prijs. Het huren van een auto gaat heel gemakkelijk en zonder gedoe. De keuze bestaat uit auto’s in alle soorten en maten, die bovendien goed onderhouden en vaak vrij nieuw zijn.

Wij waren zo tevreden dat we zelfs twee keer hebben bijgeboekt. Het personeel spreekt goed Engels, communiceert duidelijk en is vriendelijk in de omgang. Daarnaast is de locatie handig gelegen, vlakbij het vliegveld en goed bereikbaar.

Conclusie: een betrouwbare en klantvriendelijke autoverhuur, met transparante prijzen, goede service en een prima aanbod aan auto’s – absoluut een aanrader.

Me dieron un coche en mal estado, depósito del
Limpia seco y sucio en el
Interior, había hasta cigarrillos bajo el asiento. Eso de la limpieza no es que lo miren bien. Ante este caso en otras compañías te dan otro de otra categoría si no tienen algo similar.
De momento llevo casi dos semanas que he terminado el elquiler y aún no he recibido la fianza.
Fue la primera y la última vez que cojo esta compañía.

I rented a car from the website for 3 days with full coverage which was not expensive and very nice and reasonable price actually much better than many other companies. Nice car Peugeot 208 hybrid with big screen convenient for car play and safety features like speed limit, lane departure, cruise control and much more. Unlimited mileage I made 1005KMs in three days. I picked up my key from the locker up on arrival as I settled the rent fees and fuel deposit before picking up the car so this is very nice to scan the bar code and the locker door open u pick up the key and head to parking space indicated on the app to start your journey. Upon return it was very fast since I had the full coverage so they didn’t check scratches and other stuff( even thought I returned the car as I took it) the shuttle bus was there and took me back to terminal. I had amazing experience without exaggeration. And will surely go for Centauro in Spain or anywhere else if I want to hire a car. Thank you Centauro for the good price, amazing services, and ease in procedures. I took the car full fuel and I returned it full fuel and the following day my fuel deposit is credited to my bank account. I don’t have to refuel , they will just access how much fuel consumed and refund any remaining from the deposit.

!! NIEUWE VORM VAN OPLICHTING !!

Huur hier NIET je auto. Echt niet doen, bespaar jezelf een hoop ellende.

We kregen een auto mee die van tevoren al heel veel schade had en dit stond niet vermeld op de papieren. Wij maken altijd een uitgebreid filmpje van alle schades om dus oplichting te voorkomen.

Echter bij het inleveren van de auto probeerde ze ons te laten opdraaien voor allerlei schades die de auto zou hebben, maar daar had ik bewijs van. De vrouw bleef op zoek om ons op te lichten en helaas met succes.. Ze las op haar telefoon dat het slot van de deur (die men vroeger gebruikte om de auto te openen met de sleutel) geforceerd was en er iets in vastzat en stak de sleutel erin en die draaide niet. Ze zei: ‘heb je hier ook bewijs van?!’ En ze lachte triomfantelijk. Het is nu twee weken geleden en ik ben er nog steeds zó boos om.

Ze doen er alles aan om je geld afhandig te maken. Ik ben ook naar de politie geweest en die zei ook dat dit oplichting was. Ze zeiden dat ik een officiële klacht moest indienen.

Ik wilde een klacht indienen officieel en toen verwezen ze mij naar een contactformulier op de website. Ze misleide mij ook nog door niet het formulier te geven en hoopten ermee weg te komen. Hierna werd ik boos en eiste ik het officiële klachtenformulier. Toen pas kreeg ik hem. Ze deden heel erg naar tegen mij en super onprofessioneel.

Op het einde dreigde ze zelfs met mijn gegevens om die openbaar te zetten en nog meer te belasten op mijn credit card, omdat ze die gegevens nou eenmaal hebben.

Ik heb nog nooit in mijn leven zoiets meegemaakt van een bedrijf die zogenaamd ‘goed’ zou zijn.

Centauro nooit meer en wees alstublieft gewaarschuwd. Doe het niet!! Bekijk de foto en sla het kenteken op, met deze auto hebben ze al heel veel mensen opgelicht. Het gaat om honderden euro’s die ze afschrijven.

Alquilamos dos vehículos eran nuevos y en perfecto estado tanto el exterior como la limpieza interior. Excelente atención sobre todo en la devolución ya que llegábamos tarde al vuelo y se portaron de maravilla llevándonos en otro bus de cortesía solo a nosotros sin tener que esperar al siguiente lo cual no era su obligación. La chica que nos llevó era encantadora.
La devolución del depósito de gasolina fue tan rapida que no habíamos ni embarcado cuando llegó la notificación del banco.
Recomendable 100%,seguro que volveremos a alquilar con ellos.

VORSICHT BETRÜGER!!!
Ich wurde rassistisch und wie ein Stück Dreck behandelt. Es wurde mir ein Auto mit einem Schaden gegeben, ohne es in dem Protokoll zu erwähnen. Sie sagten, dass Auto hätte keine Schäden gehabt. Von innen war das Auto auch sehr dreckig. Sie haben mir kein neues Auto gegeben, obwohl ich darum gebeten hatte. Mir wurde gesagt, dass man bei einer Autovermietung nicht erwarten kann, dass das Auto sauber übergeben wird. Es wäre nicht vergleichbar mit einem Krankenhaus, wo alles steril und hygienisch sei. Das Auto hatte außerdem vorne rechts einen Schaden. Ich habe die Autovermietung darum gebeten dieses mit ins Protokoll aufzunehmen. Dies haben sie aber nicht gemacht. Ich werde diese Angelegenheit nun meinem Anwalt übergeben.

Cogí esta agencia para probar y porque es la que tenía mejores “precios”. Pero CUIDADO. aunque el precio diga todo incluido, no es así. Te cobran una franquicia de 1600€, el “seguro todo incluido” no incluye bajos, e interior.

El chico que me atendió fue amable en todo momento, aún viéndome molesto con el tema de los 1600€.

El coche que me dieron genial, un clase A. La limpieza “meh” siendo honestos había algo de suciedad en el interior.

Sehr schlechtes Erlebnis mit dieser Autovermietung. Das Fahrzeug war innen stark verschmutzt, außen übersät mit Kratzern und Dellen, wirklich kein Teil war unbeschädigt. Mit knapp 70.000 km hatte der Wagen das Ende einer üblichen Mietwagenlaufzeit längst überschritten und die Service-Lampe ging während der Fahrt an, was zeigt, dass Wartung überfällig war.

Ich musste bei der Abholung 2 Std. meiner Lebenszeit Investieren in; Anstehen, „Säuberung” des Fahrzeugs und diskutieren wegen der überfälligen Wartung.

Der Stationsleiter war absolut unfreundlich und uneinsichtig, dass ein ungewartetes Auto kein sicherheitstechnischen Probleme habe und deswegen kein Grund zum Austausch bestehe. Absolute Frechheit und nicht marktfähig dieser schlechte Autoverleiher.

Bei der Rückgabe wurde dann akribisch nach den kleinsten neuen Mängeln gesucht, obwohl schon unzählige Schäden vorhanden waren. Ohne eigene Fotos von der Abholung ist es unmöglich zu beweisen, ob etwas neu oder alt ist.

Mein Tipp: unbedingt das komplette Auto bei Übernahme fotografieren, sonst sind 2000 € Kaution sehr schnell weg.
Besser jedoch: suchen Sie eine professionelle Firma aus, welche nicht ihre günstigen Preise mit mangelnder Fahrzeugsicherheit, schlechtem Service und betrügerischen Rückgabepraktiken ausgleichen möchte.

Alquilamos un audi a1 NUEVECITO y tanto el coche como el chico que nos atendió fue una maravilla, desde la recepción y entrega del coche todo perfecto. Fuimos con miedo por las reseñas que tenían pero nos sorprendieron para bien. Volveré a repetir.

I was a bit unsure about this company after seeing its name in booking via intermediary portal. But all was very professional and smooth. Branded shuttle bus collects you from the terminal, it’s a 2 min drive. On site they speak good english and explain everything in a trustworthy way – here big compliment to Hector from the staff who was very professional. Car was good quality and clean. We booked a 7 seater and received VW Caddy with 20k km mileage. We took videos around the car to have it documented. At drop off up there were absolutely no cheap tricks and looking for dents. Just a quick exchange if all is fine, standard fuel and mileage procedure + short walkaround. Nice and smooth. We had full external insurance though (glass, roof, wheels excl.). Overall price was attractive. Would definitely rent again.

Generally good experience except for pick up times. This was so far the longest wait from all my rentals. Took about 1.5 hours from walking out the terminal to driving off. Very busy company. About 40 minutes wait time for the bus to take me to the office which is 5 minutes drive from the airport. This due to high number of customers waiting. Then another 40 minutes at the office queue. They have good online system to manage the queue just too long to take. Only 2 desks were working efficiently at the time. Got the car exactly as booked. Fully roadworthy and clean. Got it with 3/8 fuel tank and windscreen washer run out after first wash. Would definitely use again but not during peak months.

Really terrible customer service. I was able to email a copy of the contract three times. And when I returned the car, I still hadn’t received a checkout confirmation email. But the car and the staff were excellent.

Najlepsza wypożyczalnia aut!!! Bez ukrytych opłat, ubezpieczenie w cenie. Transfer z lotniska do wypożyczalni 5 min busem, tak samo po oddaniu auta z powrotem. Pani przy zdaniu auta jakieś 5 min zajęło obejrzenie samochodu i tyle. Zamówiłem I30 dostałem BMW 118d :D. Lepsze wyposażenie i 150KM w tej samej cenie!

We are deeply impressed the service! Easy taking and very fast coming back the car. Even more, we had the problem that in other city we forgot to turn off the light and the battery was dead, we contacted the company and they solve the problem so fast calling the assistance. Najlepsza wypożyczalnia z jakiej do tej pory korzystałam. Nie blokują żadnych środków na karcie. My korzystaliśmy z ich usług w Maladze. Dodatkowo mogliśmy tym autem pojechać na Gibraltar i do Portugalii, co nie jest oczywiste a każdej wypożyczalni. Co prawda nie mają biura na lotnisku, ale transfer był szybki, bo to dosłownie 3 minuty drogi. Na miejscu wszystko super zorganizowane . Cała procedura pobrania auta trwała maksymalnie 10 minut, a zdania minutę. Podjechaliśmy w miejsce zdania auta, wypakowaliśmy swoje rzeczy i od razu czekał bus który zawiózł nas na lotnisko. Auto dostaliśmy nowiutkie, miało przejechane 3000 km. Na parkingu nie widziałam też żeby stały jakieś auta, które wyglądałyby gorzej.

Fatte presenti le mie rimostranze non c’è stato alcun modo di cambiare auto (volevo la 5 porte) e addirittura il cambio auto prevedeva un ulteriore pagamento.

It was one of the best car rental experiences I ever had. The only bad thing was waiting for the shuttle and the car pick up because there were several other people waiting for it. The guys at the pick-up desk were really friendly and they take time to answer all of your questions.

It was overall a very nice experience. Rented a 1 series BMW for 10 days got upgraded to a X5 for free because there were no 1 series left. I would recommend getting the premium package aswell.

Also when returning the car plan some waiting time for the shuttle.

Eine sehr sehr sehr gute Autovermietung, alles bestens, der Fuhrpark ist sehr gut, das Auto was wir gebucht haben war einfach nur spitze, haben ohne irgendwas ein Upgrade bekommen. Auto Rückgabe lief ohne Probleme. Wenn wir wieder in Malaga sind buchen wir nur noch bei CarGest.

Πολύ καλή εταιρεία, καμία κρυφή χρέωση,το full insurance δε διαφέρει πολύ στα χρήματα με το απλό οπότε εισαι καλυμμένος και σε λεπτομέρειες,πανευκολα η παραλαβή και η παράδοση,καινουργιο αυτοκίνητο 7θεσιο,χωρίς deposit, νομίζω κάναμε πολύ καλή επιλογή και σε καλή τιμή.

Απαταιωνες,επειδη δεν πηραμε την δικια τους ασφαλεια ,μας χρεωσαν για ζημια την οποια ποτέ δεν καναμε…παιδια μακρια απο αυτη την εταιρεια…

Wypożyczalnia Wibrr w Maladze ogólnie na duży plus, ale początek nie był najłatwiejszy. Po przylocie mieliśmy spory problem z kontaktem – infolinia była zajęta lub nikt nie odbierał, a na lotnisku nikt z obsługi nie kojarzył nazwy „Wiber”. Przez chwilę myśleliśmy, że nasze 700 zł przepadło.

Na szczęście po około godzinie udało się odnaleźć właściwe informacje. Warto wiedzieć, że Wiber działa jako shuttle bus – nie ma ich bezpośrednio w terminalu. Trzeba wyjść z lotniska i iść prosto aż do stanowisk shuttle busów, gdzie należy szukać biało-zielonego Mercedesa, który w 5 minut zawiezie Was do głównej siedziby wypożyczalni.

Na miejscu wszystko przebiegło już bez zarzutu – obsługa była w porządku, formalności szybko załatwione. Samochód był czysty i zadbany. Kaucja dotyczyła tylko paliwa (ok. 70 euro) i nie było żadnych problemów ani przy odbiorze, ani przy zwrocie auta.

Helemaal perfect! Super service. Shuttle haalt je zeer snel op bij vliegveld. Zowel het ophalen als het brengen van de auto verliep vlekkeloos. Duidelijke uitleg en oprie voor volledige dekking werd uiteraard aangeboden maar die hadden we zelf al geregeld. Er werd keurig uitgelegd hoe eea werkt en totaal geen opdringerig gedrag wat je vaak hoort bij andere aanbieders. Auto had lichte schade die prima gedocumenteerd was (we kregen document hiervan met foto’s netjes op de mail)en we kregen het advies om zelf even foto’s van de staat van de auto te maken voordat we vertrokken. Snel, vriendelijk, eerlijk en transparant! Bovendien een prachtige Nissan Qashqai precies zoals we hem geboekt hadden met groot infoscherm met Apple Carplay dat erg handig was tijdens onze roadtrip. Inleveren binnen 10 minuten en borg ivm volle tank snel teruggestort. Volgen keer zeker opnieuw Wiber!
Langs Wiber ligt overigens een tankstation waar je de auto even kunt voltanken als je hem terugbrengt. Vlakbij ligt tevens het Holiday Inn Express hotel waar we 1 nacht verbleven bij aankomst. Ideale combi als je pas later op de avond aan komt.

Muszę przyznać, że mam bardzo dobre odczucia z tą wypożyczalnią, a rzadko się zdarza by wszystko zagrało 😉
Bardzo dobrze oznaczone miejsce na mapie gdzie po wylądowaniu na lotnisku mamy się udać, by przejechać transferem firmowym do wypożyczalni. – Jednego stracha miałyśmy gdy nie widziałyśmy busa Wiber, ale bez obaw znajduje się na końcu parkingu.
Po przyjeździe nie musiałyśmy długo czekać na samochód, zostało nam wszystko wytłumaczone, kluczyki do ręki i jazda 😉

Po powrocie, sprawdzony samochód i kaucja wróciła momentalnie na moje konto 😉

Wiber is an absolute con!

We booked online via booking.com and thought we were getting a good deal. That’s until we got to the office (after waiting over 30 minutes to be collected from the airport) where they tried to convince us to take their insurance which was nearly 3 times the price of the car rental! Instead we paid a €1,400 deposit.

Upon returning the car, I mentioned that there was a very minor scratch already on the car which I’d taken a photo of on the day we took the car (as we were told to do), to our great surprise they said that we had to pay €140 for the damages, despite having a photo to prove that the scratch was already there. When I disagreed with the charges, I was just told over and over again ‘well you should’ve taken the insurance’

Definitely AVOID WIBER! Unless you want to be charged for existing damage!

I booked a car via Rentalcars, choosing “all inclusive” option (no fee and full insurance).
Car was good (Renault Captur 2 facelift), no objections to driving experience. Shuttle bus was easy to find at the airport and drivers were helpful. Staff in the office was keen and helpful.

Now the other side…
After arriving to the office from airport, it took over 1 hour till I was served. Only few desks were open, which did not match number of people to be served (majority of served customers had reservations so it was possible to predict). Although office seems to be big, we did not manage to get inside (too many people…) – waiting 1h at the early afternoon sun is not so convenient. Water available only at the machine outside (1.1€) and no toilets – when you travel with children it may become problematic. When finally we got keys to our car (and info where it is located), it turned out to be dirty – not only outside (dust, birds excrements, some tree liquid) but also inside (middle console incl. handbrake button and literally whole 2nd row of seats). First thought was to get back to desk and register that fact but I realized that my “ticket” is already closed…
Return of car took “only” 20 minutes (yes, one queue serves all purposes).

Achtung Abzocker – keine Transparenz + Zusätzliche Gebühren
Alles in allem – Wer billig mietet zahlt drauf! 150€ für einen “vollen” Tank obwohl der Tank, mich selber knapp 50€ gekostet hat Einen PHEV bekommen aber halt nur getankt, die Batterie ist leer? Ist sogar in Ordnung, steht im klein gedruckten.
Unter anderem gab es bei der Übergabe keine An/Abnahme, die vorhandenen Schäden am Fahrzeug werden wohl später teilweise in Rechnung gestellt bzw. Bei der Kreditkarte geblockt, laut einigen Rezensionen. In ein paar Wochen weiß ich mehr.
Am Tag der Abholung gegen 23:00 hat es etwas gedauert bis alles erledigt war, obwohl wir die einzigen waren.

SCAM ALERT – DO NOT RENT HERE

At first you think you have rented a cheap car (€53 for 7 days). We even got an upgrade. But it appears this is part of their business model to claim inexistent damages on the car, after returning.

You pick up the car in a very dark parking garage, with no space to walk around the vehicle. This is all part of the tactics. We tried to take pictures, but in the end; this didn’t matter.

We left the vehicle and in agreement with the employee, everything was okay. I doubted, since we didn’t get any written confirmation that there were or weren’t any damages. “We’d get it in the email”.

And there it was, an invoice of €1100. Just as other reviews describe: the amount is made up and consists of non existent damages. The pictures of the poorly cleaned and damaged car, did not matter.

It’s impossible to get in touch with the store or with the company.

My experience with OK Mobility was excellent from start to finish. Picking up the car at the airport was quick and smooth, and the service was very professional. The car was clean and in excellent condition, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and safety while traveling.

You are arriving at Malaga for holiday and when you want to get your car rental you face with huge queue and 30 people waiting in front of you. A professional rental company wouldn’t let its customers wait for hours to give the cars. OK Mobility should have prepared for this kind of busy period with enough staff and make the process efficient.
Terrible customer service management!

It takes ages to get the rental car. 2h waiting time is just not acceptable. Complaints were ignored, the car was filthy and dirty. Only cars without insurance will get detailed report on return, as the try to charge old damages to costumers.

Nope, never again!

The rental process was very fast, except for returning the car which took about 40 minutes. To avoid any further problems I recommend purchasing full casco insurance. The car was in excellent condition and we had no problems. The only thing that was annoying was the return time, but since there were only two employees at that moment. When you sign the contract, you don’t see the car, for this reason I recommend that when you pick up the car, you take pictures of absolutely all the scratches on the body and the interiorI did not encounter such problems due to full insurance, but those who did not opt for such insurance had problems in this regard.

Bardzo przyjemny proces wypożyczenia samochodu. Miałem okazję już kilkukrotnie wypożyczać auto za granicą i zdecydowanie Helle Hollis jest w topce – pod kątem doświadczenia. Z lotniska firma zabiera Cię busikiem, a następnie wszystko finalizujesz. Cenowo myślę, że jest naprawdę atrakcyjnie, jednak kaucja jest dosyć spora – 500€ oraz 90€ na paliwo (gdyby oddano inną ilość niż początkowo). Bardzo pomocna obsługa oraz infolinia otwarta – z tego co wiem, 24/7. Na wszystkie pytania dostałem odpowiedź, bez kręcenia. Dziękuję za ten przyjemny czas!

Easy online booking and fair and transparent prices with no hidden charges. I rented a car with pick up from the Fuengirola office and everything went smoothly and quickly.
The car we were given was almost brand new, definitely clean and well taken care of. The drop off to Malaga office was also quick and easy. Return of gas deposit immediately upon checkout. They offer also a free shuttle service to the airport which was strongly appreciated.

The bus took us from the Airport to the rent point and check-in took literally few minutes. We’ve received complimentary water bottles, that was a nice gesture.

We took economy class (not the smallest) and got clean Peugeot 208. It had AC working, technically in a good shape.

Our deposit was returned few days after the return, which also took few mins due to our purchased plan – only petrol level was checked.

Recommending everyone who wants to have a pleasant experience without thinking about scratches you can get on every Malaga corner.

Be extremely careful when renting a car from SIXT at Málaga Airport, especially if you booked through a third-party platform. Watch out for these three major issues:

1. Insurance scam: They often claim that the insurance you purchased via the third party is invalid, especially for cross-border travel, and will either pressure you or secretly add their own extremely expensive insurance. Their rental agreements are tricky, and it’s hard to spot the hidden charges — you might think you are only paying a deposit, but later find out they charged you hundreds of euros more.

2. Pre-existing vehicle damage: The car might already have damage that you didn’t cause. Make sure you thoroughly inspect the car (including the bodywork and bumpers) and take clear photos before driving away. The staff’s inspection standards are inconsistent — some are careful, others are very careless — and you could end up being blamed for damages you didn’t cause when returning the car.

3. Fuel deposit: Even if you return the car with a full tank, they might not refund your fuel deposit. It’s very easy to miss this if you don’t double-check the final bill carefully.

I originally paid €280 through a third-party platform, but SIXT charged me an additional €300 — more than double my planned budget!

I recently had yet another fantastic experience with SIXT at Malaga Airport, and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. I had booked a BMW 4 Series online with the VIP pickup service, and as always, SIXT continues to set the gold standard in airport rentals. Their stand is always spotless, well-staffed, and, unlike the competition, never has those frustrating snake-like queues. It’s smooth, efficient, and premium from the moment you arrive.

Upon reaching the counter, I was warmly welcomed by Manuel Jesus, who instantly made me feel like a valued customer. He pulled up my reservation on the SIXT tablet, clearly showing everything I had booked—including the specific insurance package—and explained every detail with patience and precision.

I cheekily asked if there were any upgrades available, and to my delight, Manuel offered me an upgrade to a Porsche Cayman for a small additional fee. It absolutely made my day. He was incredibly accommodating, even waiting patiently while I transferred additional funds for the increased deposit on this stunning vehicle.

Manuel then clearly explained where to pick up the Porsche in the airport car park and provided all the necessary info about the vehicle. When I got to the car, I was blown away—it was absolutely immaculate, looking straight out of a showroom. Driving the Cayman was an incredible experience, and the entire rental period was seamless and enjoyable.

Returning the vehicle was just as smooth—quick, professional, and without any issues. Even the deposit was refunded promptly within three days, which is always appreciated.

Yes, SIXT might be slightly more expensive than some of the other options out there, but trust me, the premium service, newer cars, and unmatched convenience make it more than worth it. From when we first got to the counter it was perfect service. Very friendly and welcoming staff who were fast in getting us on our way. The car was new and very clean. Return was also very good. We had a lot of luggage the attendant was very helpful in finding us a trolley for our bags. Highly recommended!

We went to pick up rental car at 11 PM on April 5. A woman who introduced herself as Laura welcomed us kindly. She checked that we have a long rental period (27 days) and started giggling with colleague next to her in a way that felt unprofessional.

She repeatedly suggested us to upgrade an Audi for an extra 12€ per day, but we chose to stick with our original option. From that moment her attitude and tone changed noticeably unpleasant and dismissive.
Every time we declined her “suggestions”, she sneered and made sarcastic comments to her colleague, making us feel mocked.

Then, she began to push us to purchase the company’s full coverage insurance—not as a suggestion, but more like a mandatory.
We’d already purchased insurance through a third party but she ignored this and kept listing worst-case scenarios and acted as if we had no choice and we need to contract directly with them. We refused multiple times, but she made no attempt to hide her displeasure. Her attitude became increasingly aggressive, she even said, “Do you want to be in trouble?” which I doubt what I heard.

She started to show visible anger and frustration while we were reading the agreement before confirmation. We were checking if the option of cross border driving to Portugal we applied was included but she yelled at us and kept forcing us clicking confirmation button immediately on us. The option was not included and we almost missed it. We felt extremely pressured and we were very upset. I told her we‘re reading now but she ignored and kept repeating like she heard nothing.

Is this a normal way to deal with customers?

Laura, is it your job to threaten and pressure customers? If you can’t control your temper, you’re only proving your lack of professionalism yourself. I truly hope you think about basic manner and work ethic for customers.

We used another rental car company before, the staff there explained things clearly and accepted our decisions right away.

That night, we moved to accommodation feeling very upset and uncomfortable. My husband couldn’t sleep feeling anxious. even though he was fully aware of insurance conditions as we booked 7 months a go.

On may 2, we returned the car to the Madrid airport location. Staff there checked the car and confirmed everything was fine without any issues.

This rude and dismissive attitude of the staff was the only unpleasant experience during our entire 40-day honeymoon in Spain. It was our first time using Sixt, and we’re not sure if we’ll ever use it again.

Conveniently located. Miguel helped me with the pick up and he went out of his way to make sure I have the best experience. He took time to explain all the details regarding the contract and the return procedure and also showed us to the car. This is certainly the best experience I have had so far in my history with rental cars. Can totally recommend this place!

Confesso que quando reservei com a Nizacars fiquei um pouco assustado depois de ler alguns comentários. No entanto, tudo correu super bem. Reservei diretamente com a empresa, optei pela tarifa Premium e não tive de me preocupar com nada, apenas deixei 150 € de caução pelas chaves e pelo combustível.
Além disso, eles têm um serviço de transfer muito prático, vão buscar-nos ao aeroporto e, no final, levam-nos de volta.
Vi noutros sites preços até 1/3 mais baratos, mas sem seguro incluído e com cauções elevadas. Para evitar chatices ou possíveis “burlas” como falam, recomendo reservar diretamente com a Nizacars.

I must admit that when I booked with Nizacars I was a bit worried after reading some of the comments. However, everything went super smoothly. I booked directly with the company, chose the Premium rate, and didn’t have to worry about anything — I only left a €150 deposit for the keys and fuel.
On top of that, they have a very convenient transfer service: they pick you up at the airport and, at the end, take you back.
I saw prices on other sites up to 1/3 cheaper, but without insurance included and with high deposits. To avoid hassles or possible “scams” as some say, I definitely recommend booking directly with Nizacars.

Ich habe den Wagen rechtzeitig abgegeben. Ohne Schaden und voll getankt.
Aber, niza Cars hat von mir 120 Euro zusätzlich abgebucht!
Ich habe nachgefragt, warum von meiner Kreditkarte 120 Euro abgebucht wurden. Es hat lange gedauert und kam Antwort.
Der Grund für 120 euro strafe war: Im Auto haben sie einige schalen von Sonnenblumenkernen gefunden. Zum ersten Mal in meiner Erfahrung passiert so was, fuer einige Kerner 120 Euro zu bezahlen. Niemals und nirgendwo habe das gemietete Auto waschen lassen bevor es abgegeben wurde.
Ist es eine neue Regelung?
Der Manager hat gar nichts darüber gesprochen.
Er wollte von mir 150 Euro kassieren bei der Abholung. Er hat mir verschiedene Dienstleistungen und Versicherungen angeboten, obwohl ich vollkaskoversicherung hatte. Sein Angebot war großzügig, er sagte entweder ich zahle 150 Euro nochmal für seine Vollkaskoversicherung, oder er blockiert 1.500 Euro als Kaution von meiner Kreditkarte. Ein guter Verkaufs Manager. Keine große Wahl fuer Kunden.
Ich habe keine Versicherung bei ihm gekauft, und er hat 1500 Euro als Kaution blockiert.
Es ist sehr viel. Zu viel. Besonders, wenn das Auto voll versichert war. Diese Summe war fast zwei Wochen lang von niza cars blockiert.
10 Tage nach der Abgabe des Autos hat der Auto Vermieter 120 Euro von meiner Kaution abgebucht. Zurück waren nur 1380 Euro freigegeben. Ich bin damit nicht einverstanden.
Nie mehr bei niza Cars. Good bye.
Was noch wichtiges, Parkplatz von niza Cars befindet sich ungünstig weiter vom Flughafen. Sie müssen mit Gepäck mit Taxi, Bus oder Transfer zu niza Cars, um Auto abzuholen. Es ist sehr unbequem.

Nizacars Malaga – Geweldige ervaring! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wij hebben onlangs een auto gehuurd bij Nizacars in Malaga en zijn ontzettend tevreden over de service! Vanaf het moment dat we geland waren, werden we snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Bij aankomst op de luchthaven stond de shuttlebus al klaar, en binnen een paar minuten waren we bij de parkeergarage van Nizacars – vlakbij het vliegveld, dus geen gedoe of lange wachttijden.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en sprak goed Engels, wat het allemaal extra makkelijk maakte. De afhandeling bij de balie ging vlug en soepel, en we konden snel op pad met een nette en goed onderhouden huurauto.

Er is veel keuze uit verschillende types auto’s, van compact tot ruim, en de prijzen zijn heel betaalbaar in vergelijking met andere verhuurbedrijven. Geen verborgen kosten, duidelijke uitleg, en gewoon een prettige ervaring van begin tot eind.

Kortom: als je een auto wilt huren in Malaga, is Nizacars absoluut een aanrader! Wij huren hier zeker weer als we terugkomen.

Primero cuando llego a recoger el vehículo tengo que hacer una larga cola ya que solo hay una persona entregando vehículos.

Quando me toca me dicen que el mio ya lo habían entregado, pero que me esperara y me dan otro. También me intentan colar un seguro suyo para que no tenga que pagar los daños que haga en el vehículo y lo rechazo pq ya tenia uno mio, y me dicen que tenga cuidado pq si me dan un pequeño golpe en un parking me lo cobraran.

Quando me lo dan después de haber firmado todos los papeles veo que esta lleno de rayadas y golpes. Vuelvo para notificarlo y tenia que hacer otra vez mucha cola, para que me dijeran que ya estan en el contrato. Evidentemente no estaban.

Por suerte tome las fotos de todos los daños antes de irme.

También pregunte si podía volver el coche a las 6 de la mañana porque ellos abren a las 7 y me dijeron que si que ningún problema que desde las 6 hay un chico.

Llega el dia de devolver el vehículo, me presento a las 6:30 de la mañana y estaba cerrado, no abrieron hasta las 7. Les comento que me dijeron que podía a partir de las 6 y se rieron de mi.

La sorpresa llega cuando dejo el vehículo y todo bien, y quando salgo del avión tengo un correo donde dice que hay unos daños que no estaban en el vehículo, ajuntándome las fotos.

Por suerte yo tambien tenia mis fotos con la hora y la localización y les puede demostrar que ya estaban.

Sino llego a tomar las fotos ya me estafan. Ir con mucho cuidado.

Wir haben dort ein Auto gemietet, und uns wurden sehr aufdringlich zusätzliche Versicherungen angeboten. Da wir bereits eine eigene Versicherung hatten, lehnten wir ab.

Bei der Fahrzeugübergabe ließ uns der Mitarbeiter nicht bei der Inspektion dabei sein und behauptete anschließend, es gäbe einen neuen Kratzer, von dem wir sicher sind, dass er vorher nicht da war. Vermutlich hat er diese Kratze auf dem Kunststoffteil mit einem Schlüssel oder einem ähnlichen Gegenstand gemacht.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht über die Unehrlichkeit dieser Firma. Wie sich herausstellte, gibt es bereits viele ähnliche Bewertungen. Schade, dass wir sie nicht vorher gelesen haben.

Como aspectos positivos destacaría la amabilidad, atención y nivel de inglés de la chica por la que fui atendido y las condiciones del vehículo que prácticamente era nuevo.
Como aspectos negativos destacaría el tiempo de espera mientras estaba siendo atendido, el no saber cuales asientos de seguridad para niños proporcionarme (el cual tuve que buscarlo yo mismo) ya que no lo tienen organizados por edad o peso; y el falso lleno de combustible del vehículo ya que habría que fijarse mucho en que aunque la aguja indicadora marque que el tanque este lleno, digitalmente marcaba 90 kilómetros menos a cuando esta realmente lleno (me di cuenta cuando llené el deposito para hacer la entrega del mismo), y que habiéndoselo comentado al chico que me recepcionó el vehículo me dijo de manera poco cordial -“la próxima vez fíjate bien”, aún no siendo ese mi labor.
La empresa podría mejorar en tener a más personal entendiendo a los clientes que van llegando para que el tiempo de espera no sea tan largo; y en la organización general.

La location s’est très bien passée dans l’ensemble. Il y a eu un peu d’attente à la fois pour la prise en charge du véhicule et pour sa restitution, mais rien de dramatique.
Le personnel a été à l’écoute, agréable et souriant, ce qui est toujours appréciable. À noter toutefois : il n’y a pas de contrôle du véhicule effectué en présence du loueur au départ . À la place, vous recevez par mail un état des lieux du véhicule, indiquant d’éventuels dégâts. Il est donc important de bien vérifier les informations reçues, photos à l’appui si besoin.

Au moment du retour, un document confirmant la bonne restitution du véhicule vous est également envoyé par mail.
