Customer Reviews
Nice spot it is advice for a drink or just a bite. The price are pretty high compared to the quantity of food you get.
Quality is okay the service is really great and the people are more than welcoming.
We tried the terrace for lunch not the restaurant at night so I can’t say nothing about the night atmosphere that seems pretty nice.
Matthieu JONCOUR (☆ 3/5)

Maaike Malfait (☆ 4/5)

We ate here before seeing a flamenco show. We had a great seat outside. The servers are super attentive. The drinks were good. The food was OK. The fried eggplant is sliced like chips instead of like fries and you end up tasting more breading than eggplant (which isn’t a good thing)
K Samana (☆ 3/5)

Lekker eten, goeie prijs, geweldige bediening!

Sergey Drobotenko (☆ 5/5)

Lara Klass (☆ 5/5)

I had been here once before, a few years ago, bringing visiting family to dinner and a flamenco show. We had a nice time, but I hadn’t been back. This restaurant has changed hands and I tried their new brunch offerings. The menu is on point! There is just the right mix of sweet and savory! I shared the pancakes and a goat cheese toast. Both were delicious! The service was lovely and it was nice sitting outside in the plaza. I will be returning to try dinner.
Jessica Norris (☆ 5/5)

Very good food, nice cocktails and great flamenco experience. Full of tourists but worth it! The waiters speak multiple languages.
Anthony G (☆ 5/5)

Excelente!!
Monica Charczuk (☆ 5/5)

Erg goed gegeten bij Vino Mino. Wij waren tijdens een flamenco show.
Yousha Beentjes (☆ 5/5)

It was absolutely lovely trying this place out. It was my birthday today and I’m here on a solo trip. They made me feel so comfortable and even had Veronica, one of the lovely waitresses take lovely pictures of me. An absolute 10 over 10 for this small but demure and homey restaurant

Customer Reviews
We bought tickets on the day of the performance and were lucky to find one. The show was mesmerizing and an hour passed away before we knew it! Not only the audience but the performers were enjoying themselves too – that further elevated the act!! Absolutely recommended.
Shrestha Ghosh (☆ 5/5)

I got to see a show on a Monday and it was packed – booked online earlier in the day. I got the “premium” option which gets you a complimentary beverage and seating up close to the stage. If you go that route they will give you a red little plastic rectangular token which you give to the bar tender for your drink, then you wait for the manager to tell you where to sit. Seating is a little cramped but honestly it was worth it. I got goosebumps, it was really a beautiful show with great energy and musicianship, not to mention the wonderful dancers. If I get a chance I will go again before I go home.
Liliana Herren (☆ 5/5)

The flamenco show was clearly well-rehearsed, with the singers, guitarist, and dancers delivering a high-level performance full of precision and emotion. The venue’s acoustics were great, and the lighting and background visuals complemented the show beautifully. Everything felt thoughtfully designed.
The staff were professional and helpful throughout. Tickets were €30 per person, which is in line with other flamenco shows in Andalusia. There was also a good variety of drinks available for purchase inside.
N.O.D Musik (☆ 5/5)

Een geweldige Flamenco show mogen zien.
Maikel Senden (☆ 4/5)

Trust me when I say, that this is no tourist trap. The music, the passion it’s almost hard to believe that all of this is created just by five people, yet it is true. One can easily see all the effort and passion they put into their art. Do book this show ahead and I assure you, that the front row seats are a worthy investment. But regardless of where you decide to sit, I say that you just must see this absolutely stunning performance when you come to the magical city of Malaga…
Raiden Young (☆ 5/5)

Gravereaux Celine (☆ 5/5)

Geweldige show!

Alberto De Marco (☆ 4/5)

Absolutely amazing experience
Kelipe offers an authentic flamenco show that truly exposes the depth of the flamenco culture, not a touristy performance. The 90 minutes flew by, full of passion and intensity. Special highlight to Suzanna, whose dancing was powerful and moving, and Azucaria, the guitarist, whose skill and emotion were unforgettable. The warm hospitality and intimate setting made it even more special. Highly recommended!
Must have experience while visiting Malaga!
Rani (☆ 5/5)

I watched different Flamenco shows, including several others in Malaga, but this is really different from the others. This is not a “show”, this is a rollercoaster of different feelings; sensitivity, drama, joy, pride, pain… Therefore, in the end, as you are leaving the event hall, you will feel exhausted but very fulfilled. Big applause to the whole group. The incredibly talented guitarist who plays the guitar almost like an extension of his body; the two strong voices, who not only sing but “live” the songs; and Susana, who deserves a special attention here: Ah Susana! Dear Susana! What have you done to us, Susana! You shot everyone on hearts with your steps, your sound, your art, your eyes, your face expressions, your passion. You were the driver of that rollercoaster. You are an absolute “ecole” in Flamenco.
Dani, the coordinator of the show. I didn’t forget you, man. Muchas Gracias.
A little note to the future guests: Try to book at the front row to see the steps closely. It is really worth, believe me.
Onur (☆ 5/5)

Daphne Vila (☆ 5/5)

The performance was amazing! The performers were so talented, and I loved the music and dancing.
It’s a small venue, so it feels very cozy and authentic. My only complaint is that the chairs were pretty uncomfortable, especially when sitting for such an extended period of time.
Rebekah Christensen (☆ 4/5)

Unvergessliches Geburtstagsgeschenk!
Absolut empfehlenswert!
Besten Dank
Barbara Basia (☆ 5/5)

It’s been a long time since I was genuinely impressed as I was seeing this performance. If I’m completely honest, my expectations were low but how wrong was I? The guy playing the guitar must have used dark magic. His command of the instrument was nothing short of genius. The performers passion was very evident and they worked so well together that it was truly magnificent.
The venue is basic but somehow it made it more honest and all the more authentic.
Make the time to go and see them, you will not be disappointed.

Y no pasa nada.

No vayáis allí.
ISABEL A S (☆ 1/5)

Posto piccolo e tristino. Prima ti tocca stare in piedi.

I didn’t know what to expect when I came for the first flamenco class. I saw some presentations and I was afraid that could be a bit boring. But it turned out to be the opposite! Presentations were very interactive, and showed differences between types of flamenco. And dont worry, there is also a time to dance:) Catarina is super nice and knowledgeable and it was a real pleasure to spend some time with her.

It encompasses song (cante), guitar playing (toque), and dance (baile), often interwoven. It’s a passionate expression of culture and emotion, rooted in the history of the Roma (Gypsy), Andalusian, and Jewish communities.
Where can I find flamenco shows in Malaga?
Malaga offers a range of venues showcasing flamenco. You can find shows in tablaos, which are dedicated flamenco spaces, as well as restaurants and theatres. Popular areas for finding flamenco are the historic center, particularly around Calle Carcer and the Soho district. Many tourist information centers can also provide a list of current performances.
How long do flamenco shows typically last?
The duration of a flamenco show can vary. Most shows last between 60 and 90 minutes. Some shorter performances might be around 45 minutes, while more elaborate productions with multiple performers can extend beyond the usual timeframe. Check the show description before you book.
What is the difference between a 'tablao' and a flamenco restaurant?
A tablao is a dedicated flamenco venue focused solely on showcasing the art form. The emphasis is on the performance. Flamenco restaurants often include a meal alongside the show; the dining experience is an integral part of the offering. Tablaos often provide a more authentic and intimate atmosphere.
Are the flamenco shows in Malaga suitable for children?
While some children may appreciate the passion and intensity of flamenco, it’s often a performance best suited for older children and adults. The themes and emotions expressed can be complex, and the music can be quite loud. Consider the child’s age, maturity level, and sensitivity to loud noises before attending. Always check the venue's policy on children.
How much do flamenco shows typically cost?
The price of a flamenco show in Malaga varies depending on the venue, the performers, and the inclusion of a meal. Shows at smaller tablaos might cost between 20 and 35 euros. Larger productions with well-known performers, particularly those that include dinner, can range from 40 to 80 euros or more.
Is it necessary to book tickets in advance?
It’s highly recommended to book tickets in advance, especially during peak season (summer months and holidays). Popular tablaos and shows often sell out quickly. Booking online or through a reputable agency guarantees you a reserved seat and avoids the disappointment of finding a show sold out.
What is the dress code for flamenco shows?
There isn’t a strict dress code for attending flamenco shows in Malaga. However, it’s generally appropriate to dress smart casual. While formal attire isn’t required, avoiding very casual wear like beachwear or athletic clothing is recommended out of respect for the performers and the cultural significance of the art form.
What can I expect from a typical flamenco performance?
A typical flamenco performance involves a progression of different styles or "palos." You're likely to see a combination of cante (singing), toque (guitar playing), and baile (dancing). Expect moments of intense emotion, passionate vocals, intricate guitar work, and expressive, often improvisational, dance. Palmas (hand clapping) from the audience is also a common and important feature.

In flamenco, a "palo" refers to a specific musical form or style. Each palo has its own distinct rhythm, melody, and mood. Examples include soleá, alegrías, and fandango. A complete flamenco show will often feature several different palos, creating a diverse and engaging performance.
