In short, Francisco and his team are fantastic. I cannot recommend the use of their services highly enough. Please, do yourself a favour and employ the services of Gómez Abogados if you plan on selling or purchasing a property in the area. The longer story is that we were so lucky to have chosen Gómez Abogados for advice and property purchase. There are many Abogados in Alhaurín el Grande, but none come close to the level of service that we have received through the years. We speak with many friends who give horror stories of their experience when purchasing or selling a property here in Spain. Our experience could not have been further from this! Francisco and his team made everything as simple and stress free as possible when we bought our home. Both my wife and I are both very detail orientated and were fearful of the issues we had heard about when buying property in Spain. Francisco quickly recognised this and made us feel at ease. It was clear that he was all over it and he would leave nothing outstanding which could be an issue in the future. I must mention Marta as well. She is such a helpful and nice person, who has never once refused to give us advice or assistance when we have asked for it. This includes times when it was not really within her remit to assist. Thank you Francisco, Marta and all. You are a credit to your field and, certainly in our opinion, are the "gold standard" when it comes to legal and property services.

Il va vous proposer de faire votre carte de résident fiscal contre une somme d'argent, il n'est pas nécessaire de payer. Vous pouvez aller vous même au commissariat de police de Malaga et faire la demande au service concerné. Cette carte est gratuite et elle ne vous prendra que 2 heures de votre temps, ça vous permet d'économiser de l'argent.

We recently purchased a 4 bed holiday home in Alhaurin el Grande with the help from our Spanish lawyer, Francisco Gomez. You can find his business situated on the ground floor behind Viva property agents in Alhaurin el Grande. Purchasing a property in another country can be quite daunting in parts and to have someone to trust and be able to rely on is essential. He is very fair & has very good local knowledge. Francisco and his team helped us with the notary and actually came with us to help with the paperwork. They also helped with our bank accounts and the set up of all the utilities etc. Gomez Lawyers still assist us now, the communication is excellent & the whole process is so much more enjoyable with their support.
