Lucas was fantastic to work with as my wife and I purchased our first house in Spain. He explained the whole process to us at the beginning, and kept us informed at each step of the way. They paid close attention to detail and worked very well with the realtor and bankers involved in the purchase. He and his team were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend selecting them.

Lucas Maynard was a phenomenal lawyer. He explained everything to me and helped me with many processes I was ignorant of. I highly recommend him. The patience, understanding, and attention to detail cannot be overlooked. If I could give a higher rating, I would.

I would like to start with this word PROFESIONAL!!! Lucas and his team are truly a fantastic law firm and very competent. They helped us with the purchase of our summer house in Spain. From the moment we got in contact with the firm and til the end it was a feeling of being in good hands. Though we got some few obstacles during the procedure Lucas managed always to have a plan B and a plan C to be on the safe side and to make us feel good. I can recommend Tech&Lex any time. I highly recommend them.

I do not recommend Tech and Lex legal services for the digital nomad visa for people of African origin. Lucas and his team did not perform proper due diligence, I used a digital signature for my documentation, and Spanish authorities want wet signatures, and my application was rejected. After receiving a notification that said no, Lucas could have advised me to visit the high court of madrid to appeal, because I was already resident and living in Barcelona but he did not advise me to do that. I lost time, finances, money for translating documents to spanish ( almost $600 ) I was doing my own research and I think if you are not EU or American, look for an older firm. This firm is based in Malaga, so for any challenges that occur, they are unable to sufficiently support.

Would highly recommend! We were very impressed with the services provided by Tech&Lex during the purchase of our new home in Spain. We spent the majority of the process out of the country but nothing faulted as the team were always a step ahead and extremely proactive in chasing things down and setting up the necessary appointments. The fact that we also spoke zero Spanish was not an issue as the team dealt with everything on our behalf. The communications were exceptional and I was always able to get hold of the team with any of my concerns or "silly" questions. They never made me feel nervous and I was kept upto date at every step. Thanks again Tech&Lex for making our life in Spain a reality.

I cannot recommend Tech&Lex enough. Lucas and his partner helped us out with buying our first property and we were beyond happy with their services!! Since I was already pretty highly pregnant when we wanted to buy the apartment we needed things to speed up in order to move in before the birth. Lucas did everything in his power to get everything done very quickly. He was always very responsive and helpful at all times! We will definitely go back to Tech&Lex once we need their services again! 100% recommend!!
