QQ Bikes

Es una forma diferente y divertida de desplazarte por el parque y el puerto de Málaga. No esperes demasiada ergonomía, al menos en los biplazas, pero son muy económicos. Tienen pocos, estaría bien mas opciones actualizadas como esta por la zona.

Had a positive experience renting here today. My wife and I rented bikes for the day and had a great time cycling along the coast. No they’re not the best bikes ever, but for $15/day I thought it was a great deal and would come back.

Had a wonderful experience with QQ bikes! Super friendly and helpful guys, and the bikes were just great, a whole day of cruizing in Malaga for just €25 per E-bike!

Op de fiets de omgeving van Malaga verkennen is een absolute aanrader. We hebben de fietsen hier gehuurd en dat was helemaal naar wens. Vriendelijk en deskundig personeel en het waren echt goede fietsen! Wij hebben genoten!

We had a bad experience with QQ Bikes. One of the bikes got a flat tire. We had to walk for an hour. Which is fine by us. The tire has start to get loose of the wheel so it was very difficult to walk. We called QQ bikes and we needed to share our location. We did and waited half an hour. This is when we decided to ask for a time range for the pick up. Instead we got three options (it was better if they told us this directley). 1) go to an service point and they will pay the cost (there was'nt one where we are at that moment). 2) just try to walk and hope it will not break. 3) call a special taxi for us to bring the bikes back, splitting the taxi costs (this could take up to two hours). We decided to walk, which was very hard to do so with a tire thats of the wheel. We did get the money back for the broken bike, but the communication and solutions are terrible. Just be aware that you are on your own when something happends to the bike

Hice una reserva con una semana de antelación, de 3 bicis eléctricas de montaña, el hombre me dijo que sí que las tenía preparadas y cuando llegamos solo tenía 2 de montaña y una de ellas encima estaba con los frenos fatal, la verdad es que nos hemos sentido estafados y muy poca profesionalidad y ganas por parte del hombre porque le llame el mismo día para recordárselo y me dijo que las tenía preparadas pero ya vi que no era así y encima estaba tocándose los huevos sin arreglar los frenos ni nada

Una estafa. Me dieron un coche eléctrico para mi hijo que ya estaba roto. Pagué 20 euros de fianza previamente que después no me devolvieron alegando que mi hijo habia roto el coche. Suerte que hice fotos y videos de como estaba el coche antes y después de cogerlo. Al reclamar la estafa que estaba sufriendo el dependiente,sin modales educación y muy despectivamente me dijo que me echara a un lado. Gracias a la intervención de un agente de seguridad del centro comercial pude poner la hoja de reclamaciones ya que desde el establecimiento se negaban a facilitámela ( cosa que por otra parte es ilegal) Para que me fuera y no pusiera hoja de reclamación el dependiente me dijo que su jefe me ofrecia devolverme solo 10 euros si no ponia la reclamación. Me negué y tarde 2 horas de reloj en poder irme con la hoja de reclamación sellada puesto que el dependiente quería hacernos perder el tiempo a mi hijo de 5 años y a mi por querer recuperat mi dinero. Muy mala experiencia no se lo recomiendo a nadie al menos el alquiler de coches eléctricos. Una vergüenza que se permita que personas así trabajen de cara al público y más aún con peques que van con toda la ilusión.
