Best car rental companies in Malaga: find options near you

Απαράδεκτοι! Αρχικά ήμουν ευχαριστημένος από τις υπηρεσίες (αυτοκίνητο, εξυπηρέτηση), δυστυχώς όμως διαπίστωσα οτι χρεώνουν αυθαίρετα 40 ευρώ για να στείλουν εμαιλ κοινοποιώντας κλήση ή πρόστιμο τροχαίας παράβασης. Έλαβα 2 πρόστιμα από Ισπανία και μου παρακράτησαν αυθαίρετα από την κάρτα μου χωρίς ενημέρωση και χωρίς συναίνεση 80 ευρώ (2Χ40), μόνο για την αποστολή του εμαιλ (χώρια τα πρόστιμα!!!). Το θεωρώ κλοπή!

Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από ευγενικούς υπαλλήλους. Η εταιρεία παρέχει σύγχρονα αυτοκίνητα στις πιο ανταγωνιστικές τιμές. Τους επιλέγω κάθε φορά που νοικιάζω αυτοκίνητο.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – nicht empfehlenswert!

Ich habe für den Zeitraum vom 31.05. bis einschließlich 10.06. ein Auto bei Record Go am Flughafen Málaga gemietet. Da mein Flug am 01.06. um 00:10 Uhr landen sollte, habe ich extra 40 € für die Abholung außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten bezahlt. Aufgrund einer Flugverspätung habe ich noch vor Abflug den Support per E-Mail – wie auf dem Infoblatt von Record Go empfohlen – über die neue Ankunftszeit informiert.

Trotzdem war bei meiner Ankunft am Flughafen niemand am Schalter, und auch der Automat funktionierte nicht. Ich war nicht der Einzige: Ein weiterer Kunde aus England stand ebenfalls vergeblich vor verschlossenen Türen.

Am nächsten Morgen um 08:00 Uhr ging ich erneut zum Schalter. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass mein reservierter Toyota Corolla bereits weitervermietet wurde. Man bot mir lediglich ein Fahrzeug einer höheren Klasse an – allerdings nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 100 €, da angeblich keine anderen Fahrzeuge mehr verfügbar waren. Zudem war das Fahrzeug ohne zuvor innen gereingt worden zu sein uns abgegeben worden.

Dieses Vorgehen ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel. Besonders ärgerlich: Bereits im letzten Jahr hat mein Vater bei Record Go eine ganz ähnliche negative Erfahrung gemacht. Es scheint also System zu haben, dass gebuchte Fahrzeuge trotz Reservierung und bezahlter Zusatzleistungen nicht bereitgestellt werden und Kunden vor Ort zu teureren Alternativen gedrängt werden.

Fazit:
Unzuverlässiger Service, keine Kulanz bei Verspätungen (trotz vorheriger Information), Zusatzleistungen werden nicht erbracht und stattdessen wird man vor Ort abgezockt. Ich kann Record Go leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

PS: Dies ist nicht mein echter Name. Anhand meiner Bewertung können Sie ziemlich einfach aussortieren, welche Buchung meine war. Man hat mir einen Jaecoo 7 mit dem Kennzeichen 2003 MZZ geliehen.

Wypożyczalnia ok. Wypożyczyłem auto wcześniej online bezpośrednio na ich stronie z pełnym ubezpieczeniem. Jedna z Pań pracujących w biurze mówi po polsku co może znacznie ułatwić niektóre rzeczy. Odbiór auta i znalezienie go na parkingu bezproblemowe. Przy wcześniejszej płatności za wynajem i ubezpieczenie na miejscu jest pobierana jeszcze opłata za paliwo gdybyśmy nie oddali go zgodnie z wytycznymi. I uwaga, na stronie (doczytałem to dopiero później) jest informacja, że jako potwierdzenie zatankowania auta do pełna jest wymagany paragon ze stacji benzynowej w odległości max 10 km od lotniska. Nam zostało odliczone ponad 30 euro. Samochód który dostaliśmy to SWM. Był większy od tego co zamówiliśmy. Zdecydowanie brakuje mu mocy. Lekko pod górę nawet na autostradzie trzeba było redukować bieg. Ogólnie polecam i pewnie skorzystam w przyszłości ze względu na stosunek jakości do ceny ale następnym razem bardziej zagłębie się we wszystkie warunki.

ATTENZIONE TRUFFATORI:
Non noleggiate l’auto da questi ladri. Vi addebitano costi per danni già esistenti. Per fortuna prima di prendere la macchina ho fatto video e foto. Mi hanno chiesto più di 500€ per un danno già esistente spero annullino la fattura altrimenti li denuncio. Vi allego le foto della fattura e le condizioni della vettura quando l’ho ritirata e si vede che era già danneggiata la serratura!! Rivoglio i miei soldi!!!

Aunque el coche estaba en perfectas condiciones, el trato que recibimos fue totalmente inaceptable. Al recoger el vehículo, la chica de pelo canoso que nos atendió (Clara) no solo fue poco profesional, sino que desde el primer momento no nos tomó en serio por ser jóvenes, (25 años) y llegó a presionarnos con las posibles consecuencias si no contratábamos el seguro adicional.

Una cosa es informar y otra muy distinta es presionar de esa forma. Estoy convencida de que si hubiésemos sido personas mayores, el trato habría sido totalmente diferente. Además nosotros estábamos felices por alquilar el coche, y llegó hasta el punto de decirnos que no nos riésemos.

Una pena, porque el coche estaba genial. Pero mientras no mejoren la atención al cliente, no pienso repetir y no recomendaría esta compañía a nadie.

I had previously used RecordGo in 2023, renting a Ford Kuga for two weeks at a reasonable price. The only issue I had then was the car took a puncture, I was unable to change the wheel myself as the toolkit had been stolen. RG at first tried to charge me the recovery call out cost, until I pointed out that they had provided a car without the appropriate tools. They only charged me for the tyre, which my excess insurance refunded to me. Overall, a good experience at that time.

Fast forward to 2025, I returned to Malaga and wanted to have the assurance of getting the car which I had requested. I again chose ‘Ford Kuga or similar SUV’. When I arrived, I was presented with something that looked superficially like a Kuga; the SWM G01. For those of you who don’t know, this is some Chinese knock off cheap car manufacturer. When I went to use the car, I found the phone tray cover was jammed, so I couldn’t use the Android auto. I notified the desk, who offered me the bait and switch of taking a lower spec MG (another Chinese knock off cheap car manufacturer – do you see a pattern forming?). I said no, I’ve paid for a Kuga sized vehicle, that’s what I want. I was given another SWM G01, with no apparent issues or damage (according to the damage report). The vehicle had multiple areas of damage (larger than the 4cm minimum) which I duly photographed to evidence upon the return. The car itself, whilst comfortable, was awful; very plasticy, the Android Auto barely worked (taking 3 minutes to connect, whereas Kugas are instant), with only 44k on the clock the carpet had a massive hole at the throttle heel point. The engine was pretty gutless for its size, returning only 23mpg / 10l/100km economy, so it is a false economy to use this car. There were NO driver aids, auto lights, auto wipers, lane control etc. Just 4 wheels and an engine.

Worst of all, when I returned the car I was told that the two pre-authorisations for fuel and damage would be released within 10 working days. The fuel one was released in 3 days, but after 10 days the Euro 1,200 still hadn’t been returned for the damage. I contacted RG and was told it would be back soon, but if it was a charge I would need to request it back. I checked my credit card statement and found that it wasn’t a pre-authorisation BUT AN ACTUAL CHARGE against the credit card, which has now incurred interest and exchange fees. I told this to RG and they returned the money, but I have still been left out of pocket due to their incorrect processing.

I will never use RG again, they seriously need to look at their fleet and processes.

Also notice that they do not deny that they are actually CHARGING renters for the deposits, not PRE-AUTHORISING. The money ends up in THEIR bank not YOURS.

I was a bit unsure about this company after seeing its name in booking via intermediary portal. But all was very professional and smooth. Branded shuttle bus collects you from the terminal, it’s a 2 min drive. On site they speak good english and explain everything in a trustworthy way – here big compliment to Hector from the staff who was very professional. Car was good quality and clean. We booked a 7 seater and received VW Caddy with 20k km mileage. We took videos around the car to have it documented. At drop off up there were absolutely no cheap tricks and looking for dents. Just a quick exchange if all is fine, standard fuel and mileage procedure + short walkaround. Nice and smooth. We had full external insurance though (glass, roof, wheels excl.). Overall price was attractive. Would definitely rent again.

Ich kann diese Vermietung nicht empfehlen. Erstmals mussten wir lange warten, bis wir am Schalter an der Reihe waren. Als wir dran waren, hat es beinahe 30Minuten gedauert, bis wir am Auto waren. Der Fiat 500 Cabrio den wir für 50€ mit Vollkasko für 1 Tag gebucht haben war auch schon sehr runter gerockt. Die Kupplung ist gesprungen und die Bremsen waren auch überfällig. Die Reifen abgefahren. Als wir das Auto zurück geben wollten, sollten wir 50€ für eine Sonderreinigung der Fußmatten bezahlen. Wir sagten der Dame, dass wir einfach fix zur Tanke fahren möchten um es selbst zu saugen. Sie verneinte und meinte es wäre jetzt nicht mehr möglich. Dazu möchte ich sagen das wir das Auto 1h früher als gebucht abgegeben haben. Meine Begleitung spricht sehr gut spanisch und nach einer weiteren Diskussion mit dem Manager durften wir dann selber saugen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass man als Tourist sich garnicht hätte wehren können. Highlight war der schmierige Fußabdruck von Innen an der Frontscheibe. Ob die Kunden wohl auch eine Sonderreinigung bezahlen mussten

Generalnie wszystko ok, do wypożyczalni dowozi bus z lotniska, 5 min drogi. Trochę jest czekania w kolejce do odbioru auta. Warto na miejscu w biurze zarejestrować się online wtedy już idzie bardzo szybko.
Należy zrobić dobre i szczegółowe zdjęcia samochodu. Przy odbiorze wnikliwie jest to sprawdzane, chyba że ktoś na miejscu wykupi dodatkowe ubezpieczenie.

Un desastre total, mi vuelo llegó a las 11;50 a malaga, según dicen que cada 5 minutos sale un bus para la agencia y es mentira nos tocó esperar más, hemos llegado a las 12:30 a la agencia, al llegar nos hacen tomar un número por orden de llegada para poder recoger el coche desde las 12:20 estábamos esperando a ser atendido son las 14:00 y aún seguimos aquí esperando vinimos por un viaje de trabajo y por culpa de esta gente ya nos llegamos a la reunión. Es una falta de respeto el tiempo que te hacen perder aquí. No recomiendo esta agencia para nada le pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Juegan con el tiempo de las personas a su antojo

Rented a car with FullClick insurance for eight days. Price was competitive. They gave me a brand new car. Had to wait an hour though but there were a lot of people and it was late at night. They had a shortage of cars. After 45mins they drove many new cars to the site. MICAELA B on the counter was really friendly and calm despite the situation. Rent your car DIRECTLY from their website and take full insurance. Don’t use brokers

Perhaps like many others, the negative reviews made me nervous about renting from ClickRent initially. But I’m pleased to say that I had a very positive first experience. I booked a Mini convertible directly through ClickRent’s website, opting for their full insurance. Although all the email communication was in Spanish only, I was able to understand enough to complete the online check-in. While we had to wait a while to be served, collecting the car was a very quick process once I was served. The staff member was courteous and answered all my questions. I was not upsold any insurance as they confirmed that I had already paid for their best offering.

We received the model we booked and we took our time documenting all the existing damage, still mindful of the negative reviews we have read. The most obvious defects were already recorded in the car’s documentation but we were careful to take pictures and videos of some more minor defects that we found. Perhaps I could have requested that these were included in the damage report but I was eager to get on the road and crossed my fingers that the pictures were sufficient should anything happen. Over the next few days we would have no problems with our car at all.

When we returned we were greeted by a very friendly and cheerful staff member. She took a quick look inside and around the car, nothing like our own detailed inspection, and quickly told us everything looked fine. In no time the pre-authorisation on my credit card was returned to me in full. It was not a long wait for the shuttle and within 20 minutes of dropping off the car we were already in the airport terminal.

All in all, I was relieved that my experience with ClickRent was nothing like what the many negative reviews suggested. But I was also really satisfied with their great service in its own right, and found them to be great value too.

Noleggio per Malaga, di 4 GG, esperienza fantastica, tutto perfetto, personale super gentile e professionale, ti seguono in ogni momento, costo sopportabile e consiglio di fare il premium perché così eviterete la caparra e sarete coperti contro ogni danno… L’auto era nuova, aveva solamente 6 km, avete letto bene 6 km, l’operatore si è subito prodigato a farci avere un auto più adeguata per una famiglia di 2+2 cambiandola con una di dimensioni più generose.
Una lode in più va all’operatore e autista Juan che è stato super… Continuate così consigliato e se dovrò noleggiare ancora un auto sicuramente lo farò con voi TOP

Got a car from them for 4 days. The whole thing went as smooth as possible. Very easy and fast to get the car. The agent was super helpful in explaining everything and there were no hidden fees except the gas fee which is refundable. The car was practically new (it even had dealer stickers) and super clean. No problems during the hire and super easy and fast return for the car. All in all super recommended for an easy, fast and painless car hire near Malaga with really good prices.

Cette agence m’a loué un véhicule défectueux qui est tombé en panne moteur après 3j. Le véhicule m’a servi pour le trajet entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel puis était garé dans un parking pendant 3 j il n’a pas bougé. Le 3eme jour le témoin moteur s’allume et le véhicule n’avance plus et la boîte à vitesse a du mal à passer. J’appelle l’assistance au téléphone avec une attente de plus d’une heure sans que personne ne décroche, aucune réponse. Personne ne décroche au téléphone de l’agence non plus. Je décide de retourner le véhicule à l’agence de la gare qui ne voulait pas le reprendre en me demandant de le rendre à l’aéroport. J’ai refusé de prendre le risque. En insistant ils ont repris le véhicule et m’ont loué un autre. J’ai rendu le premier véhicule avec le plein de carburant initial je n’en ai pas rajouté car le véhicule est défectueux. Et j’ai rendu le second véhicule à l’aéroport avec le plein de carburant que j’ai fait à la station. À l’agence on m’a confirmé que le dépôt de garantie pour le carburant que j’ai payé de 97€ sera donc remboursé. Depuis 2 semaines je n’ai pas été remboursé, personne au téléphone. J’ai fait une réclamation sur leur site, ils m’ont répondu que j’avais fait le mauvais gasoil dans le premier véhicule et m’ont accusé d’être à l’origine de la panne moteur. Une honte et un manque de considération totale à leur clientèle. Centauro m’a donc volé 97e en plus du véhicule défectueux qu’ils m’ont loué. En photo les tableaux de bord des 2 véhicules avec le niveau de carburant au retour. Une expérience médiocre. À fuir

Je vous ai déjà envoyé 3 fois le numéro de réservation depuis plus d’un mois. Vous m’avez répondu par mail d’avoir rempli le mauvais essence et que j’étais responsable de la panne. Alors que je vous ai donné la preuve vérifiable que je n’avais rempli aucun essence. Vous m’avez loué un véhicule avec de l’essence mélangé dès la prise du premier véhicule. En plus vous avez gardé le dépôt de garantie. Ce qui est problématique c’est qu’au retour du véhicule, l’agent m’a confirmé que le dépôt de garantie sera remboursé car les 2 véhicules étaient restitués avec le plein.
Au lieu de faire des réponses d’apparence dans les réseaux sociaux pour tromper vos clients, vous devriez vérifier le kilométrage et répondre à vos clients au téléphone. Voici en photo votre réponse après 1 mois. Une honte.

The rental and return of the car was very fast(27/05/25), and the car I got was very new(only 4000km). However, the cleaning inside the car was not good, and there were stains on the back seat that had not been cleaned. Other aspects were very satisfactory.

The staff was very nice so I added a star… However, our car had car problems and eventually broke down. We skipped dinner and cut our trip early. Despite this, the car broke down (all electrical started failing) and eventually turned off. We were very close to the return in San Julián so we walked to the rental office. They were very nice, no problem. Then we were CHARGED an additional $53.87. I presume for a quarter tank of gas? This makes no sense as the car BROKE DOWN and we couldn’t fill it up. We also cut our trip early. Very disappointed. Screenshot shows charge jumped from $95 all the way up to $148.87

Súper profesionales. Nada más llegar al aeropuerto me recogieron a los 5 minutos. Servicio de recogida de coche en menos de 3 minutos al tener puesto en mi perfil todos los datos. Con la tarifa Premium, viajas sin preocuparte de nada. El personal impecable, atento, amable. Da gusto alquilar con ellos. Ya van unos cuantos alquileres en toda España y siempre están por encima de lo esperado. Son unos cracks!

Helemaal perfect! Super service. Shuttle haalt je zeer snel op bij vliegveld. Zowel het ophalen als het brengen van de auto verliep vlekkeloos. Duidelijke uitleg en oprie voor volledige dekking werd uiteraard aangeboden maar die hadden we zelf al geregeld. Er werd keurig uitgelegd hoe eea werkt en totaal geen opdringerig gedrag wat je vaak hoort bij andere aanbieders. Auto had lichte schade die prima gedocumenteerd was (we kregen document hiervan met foto’s netjes op de mail)en we kregen het advies om zelf even foto’s van de staat van de auto te maken voordat we vertrokken. Snel, vriendelijk, eerlijk en transparant! Bovendien een prachtige Nissan Qashqai precies zoals we hem geboekt hadden met groot infoscherm met Apple Carplay dat erg handig was tijdens onze roadtrip. Inleveren binnen 10 minuten en borg ivm volle tank snel teruggestort. Volgen keer zeker opnieuw Wiber!
Langs Wiber ligt overigens een tankstation waar je de auto even kunt voltanken als je hem terugbrengt. Vlakbij ligt tevens het Holiday Inn Express hotel waar we 1 nacht verbleven bij aankomst. Ideale combi als je pas later op de avond aan komt.

Everything was perfect, from ordering, picking up the car, transfer to the airport and back, the deposit was returned within 2 days. Very professional company. I recommend it to everyone. With their car, which we rented for 8 days, we saw many beautiful places around Malaga. Thank you to Wiber rent a Car.

Wypożyczyłem małego Hyundaya(lepszy niż fiat 500) w opcji z ubezpieczeniem all inclusive. Koszt wypożyczenia auta na 4 dni z pełnym ubezpieczeniem wyniósł 134EU. Płatność pelnej kwoty kartą debetową przy odbiorze. Nie była zabezpieczona nawet kwota na poczet paliwa. Auto wypożyczyłem na prawo jazdy bezterminowe(w formularzu online checkin podałem dowolną wartość waznosci, bo coś podać trzeba bylo). Po wyjściu z terminala przechodzi się przez przejścia dla pieszych idąc w kierunku dworca(renfe), tuż za nim stoją już busiki różnych firm wypozyczajacych auta. Podjeżdżaja tam także busiki wibera. Busy kursują co ok 10 minut. Po 5 minutach byliśmy już w biurze, odbierając auto w bardzo miłej atmosferze. Oddaliśmy auto bez problemu, ale tez nic z autem się złego nie stało, no może poza tym, że było trochę zakurzone. Polecam i będę korzystał. Dla mnie ważna była możliwość płatności kartą debetową, a nie tylko kredytową, której nie posiadam.

Eine sehr seriöse Autovermietung. Sehr gut durchorganisiert. Von der Abholung bis zur Anmietung, über Abgabe des Fahrzeugs und Fahrt zum Flughafen war alles optimal. Das Fahrzeug war in einen topzustand. Rückgabe problemlos Ich würde hier zu jeder Zeit wieder ein Fahrzeug anmieten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

There were many doubts due to bad reviews, but the experience was wonderful. Initially, we booked a car for a trip to Andalusia, took full insurance so as not to worry about scratches and dents (since in many cities the car is parked for you by hotel employees, and drivers in parking lots have a specificity of often scratching other people’s cars, since the driving culture is not the highest). At the airport, at the exit, we quickly found a shuttle to the company’s office, from the moment the shuttle was found to receiving the car, it literally took 15 minutes. The company offers to do a pre-check-in online a few days before arrival, so as not to waste time filling out forms, which is convenient. The car was given out quickly, in a wonderful configuration (with parking sensors and a rear view camera), with a full tank, without unnecessary questions and papers, here are your keys – go (I think it’s because of the full insurance). The car ate amazingly little fuel, only 45 liters for ~900 km. The experience of returning the car was just as simple and quick, they checked if the tank was full, checked the mileage, took the keys without any extra papers and took it to the airport. Yes, the car had dents and scratches from previous trips when I received it, but that’s normal for this region, and the full insurance meant I didn’t have to worry.

The only real problem is that the company’s office is not close, and during periods of high traffic the shuttle may not be able to keep up, but we were lucky, everything was quick. In extreme cases, you can take a taxi and get there in 5 minutes.

Having read all the reviews about the company and having used its services, I will write 2 conclusions: 1) If you take full insurance within the company, everything will be fine, there will be no problems 2) Do not be surprised by scratches and chips on the cars, in this region of Spain this will be the case in all rental offices

Agence de location très bien organisée ! La navette pour l’aéroport est très pratique !
Le personnel est agréable, souriant et prend son temps pour expliquer le contrat. Ils ne poussent pas a prendre une assurance optionnelle et le tarif (très correct !) est respecté. La caution est rendue très rapidement, sans aucune mauvaise surprise !

Μέναμε στη Μάλαγα και πήγαμε στο γραφείο τους να πάρουμε αυτοκίνητο. Στο site έγραφε 15€ την ημέρα +8,80€ αν θέλαμε φουλ ασφάλεια. Μας ζήτησαν 80€ όταν φτάσαμε στο γραφείο και μας είπαν ότι είναι και οι φόροι μαζί. Συμφώνησα. Μου ζήτησαν εγγύηση και ρώτησα “γιατί αφού έχω πλήρης ασφάλεια?” Δεν μπόρεσαν να μου απαντήσουν. Είπα οκ… Φτάσαμε να πληρώσω το αυτοκίνητο… Έδωσα τα χρήματα και φτάσαμε στο high light της ημέρας … Μου είπαν όλο ευγένεια “δεν δεχόμαστε μετρητά, ούτε χρεωστικές κάρτες… Μόνο πιστωτική”
Μετά απ’ όλο αυτό, ένα πράγμα έχω να πω… Κάποιος πρέπει να τους βάψει με μπλέ χρώμα και να τους πετάξει στο λιμάνι, ώστε να μην φαίνονται στον βυθό της θάλασσας!!!!

Κλείσαμε ηλεκτρονικά μέσω της ιστοσελίδας τους. Δώθηκαν ξεκάθαρες οδηγίες για τον τρόπο και τον τόπο συνάντησης.
Μας παρέλαβαν από το αεροδρόμιο αμέσως μετά την άφιξή μας (από τον χώρο λεωφορείων και ταξί βγαίνονταν αριστερά στα 200m). Μας δώθηκε νεότερο από το συμφωνηθέν αμάξι, καθαρό με μια πολύ καλή, ευγενική και γρήγορη διαδικασίας παράδοσης. Είχαμε πάρει την πλήρη ασφάλιση και έτσι ούτε στην παραλαβή ούτε την παράδοση χρειάστηκε να γίνει κάποιος έλεγχος στο αμάξωμα. Bardzo miła obsługa. Elastyczne godziny pracy. Możliwość zwrotu auta nawet o 3.00 rano. Wypożyczalnia oddalona od terminalu lotniczego w Maladze o około 1 km. Kursuje bus wahadłowy na dla 9 osób podwożący bezpłatnie w obie strony. Bus na ogół biały z żółtymi napisami Delpaso, które są trochę mało widoczne. Dlatego przeczekaliśmy pod terminalem dobrą godzinę żeby jego wypatrzeć wśród wielu innych busów obsługujących inne wypożyczalnie. To taki minus naszej podróży. Z wypożyczonego auta VW Transporter T6 w wersji Caravelle byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Auto było wystarczająco wygodne i pojemne. Czystość i sprawność auta była bardzo zadowalająca. Auto radziło sobie przy stromych podjazdach. Po Andaluzji przejechaliśmy nim ponad 600 km. Na plus zasługuje pełne ubezpieczenie i full to full, dzięki któremu nie musieliśmy się martwić o dodatkowe koszty. Serdecznie polecam tę wyporzyczalnię, również za pośrednictwem strony Economy Cars Rental.

Zdecydowanie POLECAM! Rezerwowałam samochód bezpośrednio przez stronę internetową i to była najlepsza opcja! Auto dostałyśmy czyste, zgodne z opisem podczas zamawiania. Cena bardzo dobra i wliczone w nią jest pełne ubezpieczenie! Nie trzeba wpłacać depozytu przy wyborze Economic Car – można sprawdzić na stronie, które to są grupy samochodów. Obsługa bardzo miła, zarówno podczas wynajmowania jak i podczas oddawania samochodu. Z lotniska jedzie bus do wypożyczalni – około 1km oddalonej od lotniska. Z pewnością będę polecać wszystkim, którzy będą lecieć do Malagi! Zamówienie auta tylko bezpośrednio przez stronę internetową Delpaso. Dzięki za tak miłe doświadczenie z wypożyczeniem auta! 😉

This company scams people in buying an extra full insurance, even though we’ve already bought it thrrough an intermediary- economybookings. The price was 160€ which is about 70% of what we paid for the car itself.
Optionally we could allow them to block an excess of 2000€ on credit card, but considering many dents and scratches on the exterior they would surely rip us off by claiming that the damages are our fault
Repulsive business practices.
Also, I’ve had an issue on the last day of hire, and I needed to call their customer service, which of course was unreachable. Tried twice, waited about 10-15 minutes for a consultant, no one picked up the phone.
On the bright side when I called their assistance number, a man picked up and helped me with the issue.
Still, stay away from this disgusting joke of a company.

Yo no llegué a contratar nada, porque me pusieron esa condición.

I booked this car with economy booking website as it was fairly priced with all the usual add ons, when I went to collect the car from DELPASO I provided my ID and payment card which was my credit card, I was told it didn’t show my full name to leave a deposit for the duration of cover which is standard with hiring but in my case I wasn’t given that choice and instead had to pay extra cover which I didn’t require for the car which totalling the price of car hire, this surely is unfair, I showed them my other cards which they don’t accept as they were not credit card. This should be made very clear prior to booking and after when we received an email confirmation so we have the right to cancel in time and look for other companies rather than tell us on spot when all plans are made.

Generally good experience except for pick up times. This was so far the longest wait from all my rentals. Took about 1.5 hours from walking out the terminal to driving off. Very busy company. About 40 minutes wait time for the bus to take me to the office which is 5 minutes drive from the airport. This due to high number of customers waiting. Then another 40 minutes at the office queue. They have good online system to manage the queue just too long to take. Only 2 desks were working efficiently at the time. Got the car exactly as booked. Fully roadworthy and clean. Got it with 3/8 fuel tank and windscreen washer run out after first wash. Would definitely use again but not during peak months.

Najlepsza wypożyczalnia z jakiej do tej pory korzystałam. Nie blokują żadnych środków na karcie. My korzystaliśmy z ich usług w Maladze. Dodatkowo mogliśmy tym autem pojechać na Gibraltar i do Portugalii, co nie jest oczywiste a każdej wypożyczalni. Co prawda nie mają biura na lotnisku, ale transfer był szybki, bo to dosłownie 3 minuty drogi. Na miejscu wszystko super zorganizowane . Cała procedura pobrania auta trwała maksymalnie 10 minut, a zdania minutę. Podjechaliśmy w miejsce zdania auta, wypakowaliśmy swoje rzeczy i od razu czekał bus który zawiózł nas na lotnisko. Auto dostaliśmy nowiutkie, miało przejechane 3000 km. Na parkingu nie widziałam też żeby stały jakieś auta, które wyglądałyby gorzej.

Wszystko w porządku. Auto rezerwowaliśmy online przez stronę wypożyczalni.
Ofertę bardzo czytelna, wszytko było ładnie opisane na stronie internetowej.
Sprawny transfer z lotniska i po zwrocie auta na lotnisko.
Trochę biurokracji przy odbiorze auta, trzeba wypełnić kilka papierów.
Uwaga! Wypożyczalnia nie akceptuje kart debetowych. Trzeba okazać kartę kredytową jako zabezpieczenie. Nie pobierali żadnego depozytu.
Samochód w dobrym stanie. Czysty i w miarę zadbany.
Wykupiłem pełne ubezpieczenie i zwrot pojazdu bez żadnych komplikacji.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z usług. Mają korzystną ofertę, bo w cenie pełnego ubezpieczenia jest już zawarty drugi kierowca i wjazd na Gibraltar. Brak limitu kilometrów. Brak depozytu, trzeba jedynie pokazać kartę kredytową, że się ją ma. Przewóz z i na lotnisko sprawnie. Przy odbiorze auta czeka się w kolejce, na ekranie pojawia się po nazwisku czyja jest kolej, potem dokumenty i proponują ewentualną opcję zwrotu auta z pustym bakiem paliwa za opłatą, zamiast zwrotu full do full. Przy oddaniu auta sprawdzono tylko licznik i czy jest pełny bak paliwa, i od razu do shuttle busa na lotnisko, cały proces poszedł szybko i bezproblemowo. Jeśli chodzi o auto (Fiat 501, hybryda) było dosyć zarysowane i przy ostatnim tankowaniu wlew paliwa nie chciał się domknąć, ale jeździło bez zarzutu i paliło mało paliwa. Jakbym miała wrócić do Andaluzji to nie szukałabym innej wypożyczalni:)

Zwrot i wynajem bez problemowy. Busik dowozi szybko i nie czeka się długo. Auto świeże i czyste. Nikt nie sprawdza rys czy posprzątania bo jest w cenie all-inclusive.

Be extremely careful when renting a car from SIXT at Málaga Airport, especially if you booked through a third-party platform. Watch out for these three major issues:

1. Insurance scam: They often claim that the insurance you purchased via the third party is invalid, especially for cross-border travel, and will either pressure you or secretly add their own extremely expensive insurance. Their rental agreements are tricky, and it’s hard to spot the hidden charges — you might think you are only paying a deposit, but later find out they charged you hundreds of euros more.

2. Pre-existing vehicle damage: The car might already have damage that you didn’t cause. Make sure you thoroughly inspect the car (including the bodywork and bumpers) and take clear photos before driving away. The staff’s inspection standards are inconsistent — some are careful, others are very careless — and you could end up being blamed for damages you didn’t cause when returning the car.

3. Fuel deposit: Even if you return the car with a full tank, they might not refund your fuel deposit. It’s very easy to miss this if you don’t double-check the final bill carefully.

I originally paid €280 through a third-party platform, but SIXT charged me an additional €300 — more than double my planned budget!

I recently had yet another fantastic experience with SIXT at Malaga Airport, and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. I had booked a BMW 4 Series online with the VIP pickup service, and as always, SIXT continues to set the gold standard in airport rentals. Their stand is always spotless, well-staffed, and, unlike the competition, never has those frustrating snake-like queues. It’s smooth, efficient, and premium from the moment you arrive.

Upon reaching the counter, I was warmly welcomed by Manuel Jesus, who instantly made me feel like a valued customer. He pulled up my reservation on the SIXT tablet, clearly showing everything I had booked—including the specific insurance package—and explained every detail with patience and precision.

I cheekily asked if there were any upgrades available, and to my delight, Manuel offered me an upgrade to a Porsche Cayman for a small additional fee. It absolutely made my day. He was incredibly accommodating, even waiting patiently while I transferred additional funds for the increased deposit on this stunning vehicle.

Manuel then clearly explained where to pick up the Porsche in the airport car park and provided all the necessary info about the vehicle. When I got to the car, I was blown away—it was absolutely immaculate, looking straight out of a showroom. Driving the Cayman was an incredible experience, and the entire rental period was seamless and enjoyable.

Returning the vehicle was just as smooth—quick, professional, and without any issues. Even the deposit was refunded promptly within three days, which is always appreciated.

Yes, SIXT might be slightly more expensive than some of the other options out there, but trust me, the premium service, newer cars, and unmatched convenience make it more than worth it. A huge thank you again to Manuel Jesus for making an already great experience truly exceptional. SIXT continues to be my go-to rental company across the globe!

We went to pick up rental car at 11 PM on April 5. A woman who introduced herself as Laura welcomed us kindly. She checked that we have a long rental period (27 days) and started giggling with colleague next to her in a way that felt unprofessional.

She repeatedly suggested us to upgrade an Audi for an extra 12€ per day, but we chose to stick with our original option. From that moment her attitude and tone changed noticeably unpleasant and dismissive.
Every time we declined her “suggestions”, she sneered and made sarcastic comments to her colleague, making us feel mocked.

Then, she began to push us to purchase the company’s full coverage insurance—not as a suggestion, but more like a mandatory.
We’d already purchased insurance through a third party but she ignored this and kept listing worst-case scenarios and acted as if we had no choice and we need to contract directly with them. We refused multiple times, but she made no attempt to hide her displeasure. Her attitude became increasingly aggressive, she even said, “Do you want to be in trouble?” which I doubt what I heard.

She started to show visible anger and frustration while we were reading the agreement before confirmation. We were checking if the option of cross border driving to Portugal we applied was included but she yelled at us and kept forcing us clicking confirmation button immediately on us. The option was not included and we almost missed it. We felt extremely pressured and we were very upset. I told her we‘re reading now but she ignored and kept repeating like she heard nothing.

Is this a normal way to deal with customers?

Laura, is it your job to threaten and pressure customers? If you can’t control your temper, you’re only proving your lack of professionalism yourself. I truly hope you think about basic manner and work ethic for customers.

We used another rental car company before, the staff there explained things clearly and accepted our decisions right away.

That night, we moved to accommodation feeling very upset and uncomfortable. My husband couldn’t sleep feeling anxious. even though he was fully aware of insurance conditions as we booked 7 months a go.

On may 2, we returned the car to the Madrid airport location. Staff there checked the car and confirmed everything was fine without any issues.

This rude and dismissive attitude of the staff was the only unpleasant experience during our entire 40-day honeymoon in Spain. It was our first time using Sixt, and we’re not sure if we’ll ever use it again.

Fast service and car as promised.
The car matched the description and was delivered in great condition. However, I felt pressured to purchase additional insurance. Also, the quality of the child seat could be improved—it seemed quite basic and worn.

Alles Prima, neuwertiges Auto, vollgetankt aber leider kein AdBlue aufgefüllt. Das sollte so nicht sein.
Ansonsten alles prima und sehr freundlich.
Schalter ist aktuell im Auto-Abholbereich, das sollte unbedingt besser (bzw überhaupt) ausgeschildert werden.

Ook al hadden we 45 minuten vertraging op de heenreis; de heren van CarGest stonden keurig op de afgesproken plek (achter treinstation Malaga airport) te wachten met meerdere shuttle busjes. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, werken goed door en waren erg behulpzaam. 10 minuten rijden en daar aangekomen redelijk snel het papierwerk in orde kunnen maken. We hadden een Fiat500 of soortgelijk gevraagd, en kregen een Mini Cooper. Schoon, netjes, weinig schade; top. Na de vakantie naar de afgesproken plek gebracht, netjes overgedragen en binnen een paar minuten stonden we weer met onze koffers op Malaga airport. Al met al top geregeld! De reservering van de borg moet nog worden teruggeboekt (vandaag auto ingeleverd), maar daar heb ik alle vertrouwen in. Dank nogmaals en voor wie nog twijfelt; CarGest is zéker aan te raden.

Noleggio auto top. Servizo veloce e senza sorprese. Navetta all’esterno dell’aeroporto zona metro/treno e velocissimo arrivo alla sede. Check-in e checkout veloci. Scelta auto anche diversa dalla categoria prenotata e pagata. Consiglio la copertura assicurativa totale che nel mio caso a funzionato in modo eccellente per un piccolo incidente incorso con altro automobilista. Consegnata la costatazione amichevole e nessun pagamento extra. Personal gentilissimo. Complimenti sia per la qualità, il servizo e prezzo. Consiglio vivamente. Prima volta con loro ma diventeranno il mio preferito a Malaga o in altre loro sedi. Ottima auto pulitissima e nuova. Servizio transfer veloce e frequente essendo ubicati in prossimita’ dell’aeroporto. Prezzi ottimi con copertura totale. Personale simpatico.

Got a BMW X4 Msport with 26km on the clock.
Booking direct with them cost £10 more for their full insurance compared to without. So £186 for 11 days rental.
Zero hassle, no fuss,, quick pick up, easy drop off. Key deposit returned within minutes. They have got the right idea cos I must’ve recommended them to 200 people in the space of a week .
All I would say is the shuttle bus or behind the railway station immediately in front of the terminal. Took me a minute to find it. The photo of the mileage is taken after I had driven to Nerja.

Only downside is I now want a new car

Wow wat een goede en zeer snelle service.. makkelijk te reserveren online goede en nette auto’s met weinig kilometers je betaalt soms net iets meer maar krijg ook meestal een veel betere auto. Vanuit het vliegtuig loop je naar de ophaal plaats net achter station. Dan brengt hij je binnen 5 min naar de ophaalpunt daar even nog wat papierwerk van 5 min en ik reed dus binnen 20 min vanuit het vliegtuig weg ik een prachtige automaat. Bij terugkomt auto inleveren en gelijk terug dat ging nog sneller dan de heenweg.
Gelijk weer mail dat alles inorde was.
Mij zien ze zeker terug.

La location des véhicules est très correcte et nous ne sommes jamais déçus par les véhicules de prêt qui sont en très bon état .
Les 2 dernières fois, nous avons eu des Opel avec un kilométrage de 10 à 15000 kms.
Quand on réserve via leur site, on accuse réception avec le montant exact à payer sans aucun acompte à payer. Lors de l’arrivée, il suffit de leur téléphoner en précisant votre nom ou votre identifiant de réservation puis on vient vous chercher gratuitement à l’aéroport.
Une fois sur place, on paye, ils nous remettent un document avec les caractéristiques du véhicule et le schéma du niveau d’essence et c’est parti

Got a car there last year, they picked us up off the airport, offered us shade and cold water while we waited. We reserved the car for 4 hours later by accident, yet they still were able to prepare it for us without any troubles. The car was great, excactly as advertised and we didn‘t have have any issues with it. The return was smooth and they gave us a lift back to the airport. Highly recommended

Super profesjonalna obsługa przemili ludzie. Auto seat Ibiza na prawie 5 dni 85 euro z pełnym ubezpieczeniem. Bez problemowy zwrot kaucji na ewentualne nie zatankowanie 150euro wróciło na następny dzień (revolut) choć informowali że może do 5 dni ale to kwestia banku. Polecam auto zadbane bardzo dobrze wyposażone czyste i super się sprawdziło. Polecam na pewno jak wrócę do Andaluzji to tylko tam będę brał samochodzik. 🙂

Wij hebben onlangs een auto gehuurd bij Nizacars in Malaga en zijn ontzettend tevreden over de service! Vanaf het moment dat we geland waren, werden we snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Bij aankomst op de luchthaven stond de shuttlebus al klaar, en binnen een paar minuten waren we bij de parkeergarage van Nizacars – vlakbij het vliegveld, dus geen gedoe of lange wachttijden.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en sprak goed Engels, wat het allemaal extra makkelijk maakte. De afhandeling bij de balie ging vlug en soepel, en we konden snel op pad met een nette en goed onderhouden huurauto.

Er is veel keuze uit verschillende types auto’s, van compact tot ruim, en de prijzen zijn heel betaalbaar in vergelijking met andere verhuurbedrijven. Geen verborgen kosten, duidelijke uitleg, en gewoon een prettige ervaring van begin tot eind.

Kortom: als je een auto wilt huren in Malaga, is Nizacars absoluut een aanrader! Wij huren hier zeker weer als we terugkomen.

Ich habe den Wagen rechtzeitig abgegeben. Ohne Schaden und voll getankt.
Aber, niza Cars hat von mir 120 Euro zusätzlich abgebucht!
Ich habe nachgefragt, warum von meiner Kreditkarte 120 Euro abgebucht wurden. Es hat lange gedauert und kam Antwort.
Der Grund für 120 euro strafe war: Im Auto haben sie einige schalen von Sonnenblumenkernen gefunden. Zum ersten Mal in meiner Erfahrung passiert so was, fuer einige Kerner 120 Euro zu bezahlen. Niemals und nirgendwo habe das gemietete Auto waschen lassen bevor es abgegeben wurde.
Ist es eine neue Regelung?
Der Manager hat gar nichts darüber gesprochen.
Er wollte von mir 150 Euro kassieren bei der Abholung. Er hat mir verschiedene Dienstleistungen und Versicherungen angeboten, obwohl ich vollkaskoversicherung hatte. Sein Angebot war großzügig, er sagte entweder ich zahle 150 Euro nochmal für seine Vollkaskoversicherung, oder er blockiert 1.500 Euro als Kaution von meiner Kreditkarte. Ein guter Verkaufs Manager. Keine große Wahl fuer Kunden.
Ich habe keine Versicherung bei ihm gekauft, und er hat 1500 Euro als Kaution blockiert.
Es ist sehr viel. Zu viel. Besonders, wenn das Auto voll versichert war. Diese Summe war fast zwei Wochen lang von niza cars blockiert.
10 Tage nach der Abgabe des Autos hat der Auto Vermieter 120 Euro von meiner Kaution abgebucht. Zurück waren nur 1380 Euro freigegeben. Ich bin damit nicht einverstanden.
Nie mehr bei niza Cars. Good bye.
Was noch wichtiges, Parkplatz von niza Cars befindet sich ungünstig weiter vom Flughafen. Sie müssen mit Gepäck mit Taxi, Bus oder Transfer zu niza Cars, um Auto abzuholen. Es ist sehr unbequem.
Nie mehr zu Nizacars.

They are the best & one of the most professional car rental companies I have experienced with. They pick you up from the airport in their courtesy van to bring you to the office just outside airport. Pick up & drop off were smooth and quick as took full insurance with them. Got the best rate for a new Mini Cabrio as guaranteed model as compared to all other car agencies.
Tank policy as normal being full to full. Money blocked on credit card was released within 2 days.
Overall great experience and bad reviews doesn’t do justice.

The service was really good. I got the deposit back as they promised. Very good. We got a car there last minute, it really saved our trip! Very good. They maybe need to invest in an air conditioning, and they charged extra for multiple drivers. I don’t know if this is business standard. Otherwise it was excellent!

Avis aux Français: vous allez payer le double du prix initial : Dans mon cas, le ‘problème’ est que j’avais que des cartes en débit immédiat et pas en débit différé. J’ai pourtant fait de nombreuses fois des locations de voiture sans aucun problème, et ma carte supporte les security deposit sans soucis.
Changer de carte pour celle de ma compagne n’était pas possible, payer en cash n’est pas possible. Et si j’avais eu une carte de crédit je suis sur qu’il y aurait eu un autre “trick in the playbook” pour faire payer +. Regardez bien tous les avis Google.
La voiture que l’on a eu était confortable et plutôt récente (25000 km). Elle avait pas mal de rayures et autres impacts, mais rien de gênant pour nous.

这次的租车体验非常好。强烈建议直接在Nizacars的官网预定，价格更便宜且这个all inclusiv就真的啥都有了，用车很安心，也不会给你找事儿。我在淡季租了10天宝马1系，这里只有118d，但在西班牙动力足够了，油耗也很低，重要的是他们的车不是丐版的，配置还行的，除了没有座椅加热其他我都收货的，关键还是租车价格真的是这边最低得了，全包才180欧，要什么自行车。

Terrible experience!
I rented a car for a 3-day trip in Spain. At pickup, they rushed the handover and said, “No worries, the car is brand new.” No proper inspection, no clear instructions.
On return, they spent 20+ minutes inspecting every inch of the car and suddenly claimed there was a “hit” — something I never noticed or caused.
They charged me €380 without any real proof.
This feels like a scam. Totally unfair and dishonest practice. Avoid this company if you value transparency and fairness.
